A surpisinngly delicate single malt of 15 years from a rather obscure, but very old distillery. Glencadam was founded in 1825 and spent much of the 1900's in the Allied Distiller's porfolio before being mothballed in 2000 and sold to the current ownership group in 2003. Angus Dundee Distiller's purchased the distillery and got it up and running again. They've stayed true to their original style of a very mellow and easy drinking Highland Scotch.
