Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 1985 d'Issan, Margaux (90CG). Connoisseurs Guide: "I cannot recall having ever tasted the 1985 d’Issan previously, but the wine turned out to be one of the great positive surprises of our October tasting. This is one of the lowest octane wines of the vintage, coming in at 11.5 percent alcohol, but it has turned out to be a lovely and very stylish middleweight of very impressive complexity and breed. The wine wafts from the glass in a classy blend of cassis, dark berries, singed tobacco, dark soil tones, a touch of clam shell and a smoky topnote. On the palate the wine is medium-full, low fat and very complex, with a good core, fine focus and balance, modest tannins and excellent length and grip on the classic finish. This wine is fully into its apogee of peak drinkability, but will continue to cruise along for many decades to come. A lovely wine of the old school. 90+" (09/2014)
Starting Bid: $225.00

Bid on this magnum of 2000 Gruaud-Larose, St-Julien (1.5L) (94RP, 93ST, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A very strong effort for Gruaud Larose, possibly eclipsed by what they have done in 2009, this is a pure, full-bodied Gruaud Larose with plenty of new saddle leather, cedar wood, black currants, cherries, licorice, and Provencal herbs. Spicy, earthy, full-bodied, and rich, it has hit its plateau of full maturity, where it should stay for another 20 or more years. (RP)" (06/2010)
Starting Bid: $290.00

Bid on this bottle of 2005 Harlan Estate Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (99JD, 98RP, 96JS, 95VN, 95WE, 94WS). Jeb Dunnuck: "A big step up over the 2003, the 2005 Harlan Estate is still youthful and vibrant with incredible purity and elegance, as well as a huge, opulent, sweetly fruited, irresistible style. Blackberries, blueberries, violets, spring flowers, lead pencil and a remarkable minerality all emerge from this sensational wine that has sweet, present tannin, no hard edges, and a great, great finish. It’s certainly a joy to drink today but will keep for another two to three decades. " (12/2017)

Bid on this 3-magnum lot of 1996 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) ((89-92ST), 91RP). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Deep ruby-red. Spicy aromas of cassis, black plum, black cherry, roasted nuts and shoe polish. Fat and sweet, with good depth of flavor and harmonious acidity. Thick but ripe tannins coat the tongue." (06/1999)
Starting Bid: $420.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Hall Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, (93-95VN), 94WE, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Part of what Kathryn Hall calls her Artisan Collection, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain has a dense ruby/purple color and a glorious nose of boysenberry, mulberry and blueberry that soars from the glass and saturates the olfactory senses. This is one of the greatest Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignons I have ever had the pleasure of tasting, and I’ve had many a top one. With just a hint of graphite and beautiful well-integrated acidity, the new oak, which I’m sure is substantial – pushed way to the background because of the extravagant fruit and an unctuous texture – make for a near-perfect wine to drink over the next two decades. This is stunning, even profound, wine. Kudos. (RP) 98+" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $310.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Harlan Estate Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100JS, 100RP, 99VN, 97DC, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "As I predicted last year, the 2013 Harlan Estate is one of their all-time greats, although they have had many of them, starting with the 1991, followed by 1994, 1995, 1997 (although controversial in some circles), 2001, 2002, 2005, 2007, 2010 and 2012. This great first-growth property, with aspirations to produce the finest Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine made in the New World, has given us a wine that has it all in 2013. Dense purple to the rim, with notes of espresso, white chocolate, mocha, blackberry, cassis, and cedar wood, the wine is full-bodied, opulent, but also structured, pure and incredibly long (well past a minute aftertaste). It is probably closest in personality and overall character to the compelling 2001, which is still a youthful wine at age 15. Drink it over the next 50+ years. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $2,160.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Dana "Onda" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend.
Starting Bid: $405.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2009 Anthem "Estate" Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Mint, wild flowers and expressive black fruit are woven together nicely in Anthem’s 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon. Firm Mt. Veeder tannins provide support and backbone. (AG)" (12/2012)
Starting Bid: $110.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1998 Dunn Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (97VN). Vinous: "Ironically, the 1998 Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain from a much weaker vintage than 1997 on paper, is a much more interesting wine. Huge and explosive on the palate, the 1998 boasts serious depth and concentration. Iron, smoke, anise and dark red/blackish fruit all swirl around in the glass in a striking, nuanced Cabernet that is among the wines of the year in Napa Valley. If there is a dark horse in this tasting, the 1998 is it. Beautiful. (AG)" (02/2014)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this magnum of 1990 Opus One Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (96WS, 94DC, 93RP, 90VN). Wine Spectator: "Dramatic, with its ripe, rich, plush core of exotic currant, anise, cedar, vanilla and berry notes that are enormously complex on the finish. Delicious. (JL)" (02/2000)
Starting Bid: $415.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2004 Etude Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon (92ST). 92 points from Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Good medium-deep red-ruby. Wild, ripe aromas of berries, smoke and leather; clearly higher in pH than the 2005. Big, rich and full, with a lovely sweetness to the berry, black cherry and melted licorice flavors. Really spreads out on the back, finishing with substantial but suave dusty tannins." (May/June '08) The fruit for this dusty, opulent cabernet sauvignon comes from Napa's acclaimed Cohn Vineyard, which contributed the wine's distinctive Rutherford Dust character. Fruit from the adjacent Morisoli Vineyard added crushed berry notes to the wine. Blue fruit, chocolate gingerbread and ripe olive work together to create this wine's aromatic allure. Dark fruit flavors and lingering Rutherford Dust notes dominate the palate now, but the wine shows ample complexity that can develop with near term cellaring.

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2013 Robert Mondavi "Reserve - To Kalon Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
Starting Bid: $525.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2005 Brane-Cantenac, Margaux (95RP, 94DC, 94WE, 93VN, 92WS, 91ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A sexy, style of wine from the Lurtons at Brane-Cantenac, this wine (a blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Merlot and the rest Cabernet Franc) has a stunning nose of forest floor, licorice, blackcurrants, plums and spring flowers. Soft tannin, full-bodied opulence and beautifully textured, lush richness, make for a brilliant wine from this large, 180-acre vineyard. In spite of the wine’s stunning forward fragrance and lushness, the color still looks as if it is 3-4 years old, rather than a decade. This is a big-time winner in 2005 and should drink well for at least another 25+ years. (RP)" (06/2015)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2008 Scarecrow Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 99JS, 96WS, 94VN, 93RP) in original wood. James Suckling: "Like listening to cool mellow rock 'n' roll. Extraordinary aromas of violets and dark fruits such as blueberries and currants. I can't get over the aromas here. Then it goes to minerals with just a hint of bay leaf. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins with a beautiful softness and beautifulness. I love the balance and harmony to this with bright acidity. I would drink this before the 2007. Just under 1,000 cases of 12 but all sold in threes. Reminds me of Leoville Las Cases but with Napa brightness. Enjoy or hold for a long time." (06/2011)
Starting Bid: $1,300.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1983 Ducru-Beaucaillou, St-Julien (94JG, 91RP). John Gilman: "The 1983 Ducru-Beaucaillou is one of the finest wines of the vintage on either bank of the Gironde and it is now just starting to drink at its apogee. The utterly refined bouquet wafts from the glass in a mix of red and black cherries, a touch of nutskin, a beautiful base of gravelly soil tones, cigar ash, a touch of juniper berry and a smoky topnote. On the palate the wine is svelte, full-bodied and very pure on the attack, with excellent mid-palate depth, fine focus and grip, melting tannins and a long, complex and seamlessly balanced finish. This still has several decades of fine drinking ahead of it, but the 1983 Ducru is now entering its peak period and is an outstanding glass of claret. " (09/2020)
Starting Bid: $360.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1990 Léoville-Las-Cases, St-Julien (96RP, 94ST, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "As one might expect, this is a brilliant wine, but it remains shockingly young, even for the fast evolving 1990s. Its deep ruby/purple color is accompanied by a classic, nearly restrained set of aromatics that includes notions of sweet black cherries, black currants, lead pencil, and wet stones. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, and while technically low in acidity, there is a freshness, delineation, and classicism in this full-throttle, rich, concentrated, impeccable 1990. While still youthful, it is easy to appreciate despite its substantial tannins. It is not quite as backward as the 1990 Lafite Rothschild or 1990 Latour. Anticipated maturity: now-2035. (RP)" (06/2009)
Starting Bid: $675.00

Bid on this 6L-bottle of 1993 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (6L) (OWC - 90RP) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1993 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is one of the more tannic and backward wines I have tasted from Silver Oak...The color remains a healthy dark ruby/purple, and the nose offers earthy, toasty new oak, and sweet black fruit aromas. Tight, yet powerful and rich, this full-bodied, dense, atypically backward Cabernet Sauvignon does not possess Silver Oak's usual approachability and precociousness. Nevertheless, this wine has plenty of merit. It should drink well after 3-5 years of cellaring, and last for 15+ years." (12/1996)
Starting Bid: $700.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2017 Corison Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95WE, 94JS). Wine Enthusiast: "From benchland vineyards, the winemaker's perennial beauty of a wine is structured, evolved, graceful and complex, with powerful floral aromatics of rose and violet. Earthy and herbal, it tastes of rock and iron, with bright underlying invitations of cassis, tangy cherry and plum. This will do well in the cellar. (VB)" (09/2020)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1982 Talbot, St-Julien (95RP, 93JG, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Along with the 1986, the 1982 is one of the greatest Talbots ever made. Far more evolved than its stablemate, Gruaud Larose, it exhibits a dense garnet color to the rim along with a huge, sweet, exotic nose of charcoal, beef blood, licorice, herbs, and black fruits. A hint of figs suggests borderline overripeness, but the wine remains fleshy and full-bodied with sweet tannin and an expansive, heady mouthfeel. While fully mature, it should hold for another decade. (RP)" (06/2009)
Starting Bid: $409.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 San Guido "Sassicaia" Bolgheri (99WE, 95JS, 94VN, 94W&S, 93WS). Wine Enthusiast: "One of Italy’s most iconic bottlings, the 2012 Sassicaia is drop-dead gorgeous. A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc, it boasts sensations of blue flowers, cedar, juicy red currants, ripe raspberries, white pepper and a balsamic note. Structured, radiant and loaded with finesse, it delivers everything you’d expect from a world-class wine and more. *Top Ten Cellar Selections of 2018* (KO)" (08/2015)
Starting Bid: $205.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Marciano Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 94VN, 93RP, 92WS) in original wood. Vinous: "A gorgeous wine, the 2013 Marciano Estate has really come together since I tasted it last year. Black cherry, mocha, espresso, dark spices and new leather flesh out in the glass. Dark, powerful and enveloping, the 2013 captures the power and intensity of this site beautifully, with soft, sensual tannins that give the wine much of its immediacy and appeal. Today, the 2013 is a knockout. (AG)" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $360.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Dominus Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100DC, 100JS, 100RP, 100VN). Vinous: "The 2013 Dominus overwhelms all the senses with its magnificent overall balance and towering intensity. Deep and nearly impenetrable in the glass, the 2013 boasts off the charts dry extract and overall power. Violets, smoke, black cherries, menthol, incense, crème de cassis and dark spices are some of the many signatures that take shape in the glass. Even better in bottle than it was in barrel, the 2013 is utterly magnificent. This is a remarkably vivid, nuanced wine considering its sheer size. (AG)" (01/2015)
Starting Bid: $800.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 1992 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The deeper purple-colored 1992 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, which is being released in February, 1997, does not exhibit any of the Alexander Valley's herbaceous side. It offers more of the classic blackcurrant, cedar character. There is plenty of high quality, sexy, smoky oak in the nose to go along with copious quantities of jammy black fruits. Full-bodied, with a creamy texture, and a sweet, expansive, chewy mid-section, this dense, exceptionally rich 1992 will provide gorgeous drinking for 12-15 years. These All-American Cabernet Sauvignons continue to be 'can't miss' propositions with the majority of Cabernet lovers. (RP)" (12/1996)
Starting Bid: $480.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2006 Rudd "Oakville Estate" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (95RP, 91ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The brilliant 2006 Proprietary Red Oakville Estate is a 1,890-case blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, and the rest Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. Its dense purple color is followed by a sweet nose of charcoal, scorched earth, blackberries, blueberries, cigar tobacco, and cedar. (RP)" (12/2008)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2012 Castello di Amorosa "Don Thomas Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2004 Chateau Montelena "Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95RP, 95VN). Vinous: "Dark ruby-red. Knockout nose combines black fruits, spices, volcanic minerality and earth, plus a sexy note of coffee torrefaction, all lifted by a violet topnote; reminded me of a ripe-year Pauillac. Wonderfully silky and concentrated on entry, then tactile and solid yet juicy as well in the middle palate, conveying terrific sweetness of sun-baked dark fruits complicated by licorice and exotic spices. This compellingly rich, deep wine displays the sappiness of a fruit reduction. The wine's saline minerality contributes to its impression of energy and a note of juicy cranberry enhances its current appeal. But this beauty is just embarking on what should be a multi-decade plane of peak drinkability. Uncommon flavor intensity here--and still just 30% new oak. Incidentally, this is the first year that "Calistoga" appeared on the front label, along with Napa Valley. (It was act

Bid on this bottle of 2003 Léoville-Barton, St-Julien (98WS, 96JD, 96RP, 95WE, 93DC, 93ST, 92JS). Wine Spectator: "Intense blackberry and cherry, with hints of currant. Toasted oak and sweet tobacco too. Roses and other flowers, such as lilacs. Full-bodied, with masses of tannins yet incredibly long and seductive. *Ranked No. 3, Top 100 Wines of 2006, Collectibles* (JS)" (03/2006)

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Screaming Eagle "Second Flight" Oakville Bordeaux Blend (97JS, 96RP, 95JD, 94VN). James Suckling: "This is very structured with ripe and silky tannins that shows a dense and compacted fruit character. It's full and racy. Impressive tone and form. A blend of 43% Merlot, 48% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Cabernet Franc. " (07/2015)
Starting Bid: $460.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Bevan "Saunders Vineyard" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (98VN, 96JD, 96RP, 93WS). Vinous: "The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Saunders Vineyard is one of the most expressive wines in this range. Super-ripe red cherry, plum, mocha, spice and new leather infuse this sumptuous, creamy Oakville Cabernet. Russell Bevan and his team have done a tremendous job in coaxing out all the potential of this rugged hillside site. More than anything else, the Saunders has an element of brightness that completes the wines beautifully. Don't miss it. (AG)" (12/2018)
Starting Bid: $345.00

Bid on this bottle of 1945 Margaux, Margaux (91VN). Vinous: "The palate is medium-bodied with an extant sweet core of red fruit, still youthful, broad-shouldered for a Château Margaux with a hearty, rather rustic dried blood/ferrous finish. (NM)" (06/2018)
Starting Bid: $1,000.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 Keever Yountville Cabernet Sauvignon (93VN). Vinous: "The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is a very beautiful wine, especially within the context of the year. Sweet red cherry and purplish berry fruit, lavender and spice are nicely woven together in this very pretty, understated wine. Medium in body and classy, Keever's Cabernet has so much to offer. Above all else, the 2015 has a good bit of freshness, something that is rare in this vintage. (AG)" (12/2018)
Starting Bid: $190.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2011 Abreu "Las Posadas" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend. Antonio Galloni says of Abreu: "Brad Grimes is one of the most brilliant winemakers in Napa Valley. He seems guided more by a sense of intuition married to experience rather than the more technical approach which is quite common in the valley. Simply put, these are some of the most beautiful wines being made in Napa Valley today."
Starting Bid: $530.01

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 1983 Léoville-Las Cases, St-Julien (94DC, 94RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Tasted at the Las-Cases off-line at The Square. Many years have passed since I last tasted the ’83 Las-Cases. It is reticent at first, like an old tongue-tied friend entering the room, then it blossoms with aeration offering scents of leather, chestnut, brambly black fruit and freshly rolled tobacco. The palate is medium-bodied with melted red-berry fruits, firm tannins and superb balance. Hints of bell pepper and sandalwood furnish the long, harmonious finish. This is a wonderful wine for the vintage that is drinking perfectly now. (NM)" (07/2011)
Starting Bid: $725.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 1994 Jordan Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine Spectator: "Tight, firmly tannic and well focused, with complex cherry, currant, menthol and cedar flavors. Turns dry and tannic on the finish, but it's not out of line for its age. Needs cellaring." (06/1998)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2005 Arietta Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94VN, 92ST). Vinous: "One of the highlights in this vertical, the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is distinguished by its soaring aromatics and bright, pungent red-toned fruit. Silky and light on its palate for such a big wine, the 2005 is firing on all cylinders today. Chocolate, espresso, licorice and a host of dark red stone fruit flesh out in a full-bodied, voluptuous Cabernet screaming with character. What a gorgeous wine the 2005 is. (AG)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $145.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 1985 Fieuzal, Pessac-Léognan (90WS). Wine Spectator: "The first in a string of outstanding wines from this estate. Still not giving much but has plenty on reserve to assure a long and excellent maturation. Shows fruity, chocolate, toasted oak aromas and flavors and super-firm fruit and tannins. (JS)" (10/1994)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2005 Cantenac-Brown, Margaux (91WS). Wine Spectator: "Shows blackberry, treacle tart and licorice aromas. Full-bodied, with wonderful vanilla, berry and milk chocolate character, followed by a long finish. Needs time to develop." (03/2008)

Bid on this bottle of 2016 Myriad "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD, 98RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Made up of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the deep purple-black colored 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard opens with seriously earthy notions of tilled black soil, mossy tree bark, morels and wet pebbles over a black-fruited core of cassis, freshly crushed blackberries and warm plums plus touches of unsmoked cigars and fallen leaves. Full-bodied and packed to the gills with complex mineral, earth and black fruit layers, it has a rock-solid structure of firm, ripe, fine-grained tannins and seamless freshness, finishing long with a provocative spiciness coming through. Drink through 2050. (LPB)" (10/2018)
Starting Bid: $135.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 1999 Cos d'Estournel, St-Estèphe (92VN). Vinous: "The 1999 Cos d’Estournel has a well-defined bouquet that takes a few swirls of the glass to get going. It is not complex or vigorous, yet nicely detailed. Melted tar and cigar humidor infuse the black fruit, becoming earthier with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with a fine line of acidity. This feels quite masculine and structured, and very fresh and linear. A light fish oil note tinctures the tarry black fruit toward the finish. This exudes Saint-Estèphe character and is drinking perfectly now. Tasted from an ex-château bottle at the estate. (NM)" (09/2019)
Starting Bid: $600.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2008 La Mission-Haut-Brion, Pessac-Léognan (96VN, 95RP, 95WE, 94DC, 93JS, 92ST, 90WS). Vinous: "The 2008 La Mission Haut-Brion has an open, feisty, lively bouquet with blackberry, briary, cedar, black olive and a light seaweed (Japanese nori) aroma. This is wonderful, an intoxicating bouquet. The palate is beautifully balanced with a fine bead of acidity, very focused with good weight and structure. This is a very convincing showing, at the moment more pleasurable than the 2008 Haut-Brion, just so fresh and complex, offering a discrete tertiary, smoke-tinged finish that goes on and on. One of the best 2008s out there. (NM) 96+" (02/2018)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Quintessa Rutherford Bordeaux Blend (96JS, 94RP, (91-94ST), 92WS). James Suckling: "Fabulous aromas of blackberry, tile and clay. Porcini undertones. Starting Bid: $325.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Hall "Jack's Masterpiece" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 95WS, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Jack’s Masterpiece, which is a blend from their finest vineyards, displays super-sweet tannins, an opaque purple color and beautiful crème de cassis, blueberry and blackberry fruit. Its flawless integration of acidity, tannin, wood and alcohol and its opulent, full-bodied mouthfeel make for a true elixir and fabulous Cabernet Sauvignon to drink now or cellar for 25-30 more years. I would still try to defer gratification for 2-3 years prior to drinking this big boy. It has three decades-plus of longevity. (RP)" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $536.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Araujo "Eisele Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 98RP, 97JS, 95ST, 94WS) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Araujo’s 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Eisele Vineyard is a picture perfect example of the year. Vibrant, precise and beautifully chiseled, the 2010 boasts serious depth and concentration. The aromas and flavors are incredibly vivid in this textured, dazzling Cabernet Sauvignon. Hints of dark blue and black fruit, mocha, espresso and grilled herbs flesh out on the huge finish. Today the 2010 is unusually open, but it is almost certain to shut down in bottle over the next 6-12 months. The 2010 is a super-classic Eisele Cabernet Sauvignon from Araujo. (AG)" (12/2012)
Starting Bid: $725.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2015 Alter Ego de Palmer, Margaux (96JS, 94WE, 93JD, 92DC, 92VN, 92WS, 91RP). James Suckling: "This is sensational, characterized by such purity and beauty and with aromas of blackberries, dark chocolate, walnuts, cedar and lavender. Full-bodied, tight and focused — in part thanks to sensational tannin tension that is intense yet polished. Needs five to six years of bottle age to come together. Great second wine of Palmer." (02/2018)

Vinous: "Black cherry, tobacco, cracked pepper, juniper berries cedar, leather, dried herbs and smoke are all finely sketched in the 2011 Vecina. Savory in its aromatics, yet also quite deep, the 2011 possesses remarkable concentration, especially within the context of the vintage, not to mention terrific overall balance. (AG)" (11/2017)
