Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2015 Ridge Vineyards "Lytton Estate" Dry Creek Valley Tasting Lot, including 2-bottles of 2015 Ridge Vineyards "Lytton Estate" Dry Creek Valley Petite Sirah (94VN, 92JD) and 2-bottles of 2015 Ridge Vineyards "Lytton Estate" Dry Creek Valley Syrah (94JD, 93VN). Of the 2015 Ridge Vineyards "Lytton Estate" Dry Creek Valley Petite Sirah,Vinous writes: "The 2015 Petite Sirah Lytton Estate is all class. There is plenty of depth to the inky blue and purplish Petite fruit, while the tannins are remarkably polished for a young Dry Creek Petite. Hints of lavender, tobacco, mint, smoke and crème de cassis develop in the glass, adding further shades of complexity. This clay-rich site seems to be especially well suited to Petite. Whole berry fermentation and gentle extractions yield and especially refined Petite. The 2015 is another drop-dead gorgeous wine from Ridge. (AG)" (08/2017)

Of the 1997 Lane Tanner "JK Vineyards" Santa Ynez Valley Syrah ,Wine Enthusiast writes: "Exceedingly fine aromas of cherry and smoke, with a perfume of smoked meat and peppery notes. Rich and fine, a star of the vintage, so round and complete. Delivers tiers of fruit but is wonderfully balanced. Almost Burgundian in its soft complexity." (10/1999)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2016 Ridge Vineyards "York Creek" Napa Valley Petite Sirah. A members-only bottling for Ridge's Advance Tasting Program, this Petite Sirah hails from the York Creek Vineyard on Spring Mountain. Although limited in production, it's not an obscure bottling for Ridge as they've been making it since 1971. Winemaker's notes: "Dark opaque in color, peppery nose with hints of bacon fat and vanilla. Blackberry fruit, full bodied, firm tannic grip, rich, layered finish of mint and thyme."

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2013 Ridge Vineyards "Lytton Estate" Dry Creek Valley Tasting Lot, including 2-bottles of 2013 Ridge Vineyards "Lytton Estate" Dry Creek Valley Petite Sirah (93VN, 91RP, 90CG), 2-bottles of 2013 Ridge Vineyards "Lytton Estate" Dry Creek Valley Syrah/Grenache, and 2-bottles of 2013 Ridge Vineyards "Lytton Estate" Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel. Of the 2013 Ridge Vineyards "Lytton Estate" Dry Creek Valley Petite Sirah,Vinous writes: "The 2013 Petite Sirah Lytton Estate is oddly enough quite civilized and even a touch tame by Petite standards. There is plenty of inky blue/black-fleshed fruit but the tannins are surprisingly soft. Game, smoke and a hint of tobacco add nuance through the mid-palate and finish. The 2013 is a beautiful wine, but readers expecting a full-on Petite experience might be slightly disappointed, as this is an especially tamed Petite with varietal character that has largely been subdued. Ridge remains one of the finest operations I visit anywh
