Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2015 Martinelli "Giuseppe & Luisa" Russian River Valley Zinfandel (94VN, 93RP). Vinous: "A rich, boisterous wine, the 2015 Zinfandel Giuseppe & Luisa is explosive in the glass. Here, too, the flavors are bright and vibrant. Red-toned fruit and expressive floral notes abound. Voluptuous and intense, the 2015 possesses tremendous thrust in its flavors and overall feel. Even with all of its intensity, the 2015 retains considerable freshness and acidity to play off the forward fruit. (AG)" (03/2017)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2006 Turley "Rattlesnake Ridge" Howell Mountain Zinfandel ((89-91RP), 90ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "At 15.9% alcohol, one wouldn’t expect a Zinfandel with a Pinot Noir character to it, but the 2006 Zinfandel Rattlesnake Ridge from the cool upper elevations of Howell Mountain displays a lighter style, medium body, a fragrant, up-front, almost Pinot Noir-like delicacy, but some real strength in the background. This is not one of the bigger Zinfandels despite the high alcohol, and in fact it seems to be finesse-styled. (RP)" (12/2007)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2018 Carlisle "DuPratt Vineyard" Mendocino Ridge Zinfandel (94JD, (90-93VN), 93WS). Jeb Dunnuck: "From the Mendocino region and basically all Zinfandel (there's 1% Schiava Grossa), the 2018 Zinfandel Dupratt Vineyard gives up loads of spice and cedar notes as well as beautiful wild strawberry and blueberry fruits, medium to full-bodied richness, a juicy, elegant texture, and a great finish. It's another stunning 2018 Zinfandel that does everything right, showing the fresher, more elegant, pure style of the vintage to a T." (05/2020)

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2013 Rafanelli Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel. The Rafanelli family is now in its fourth generation of growing grapes and making wine in the Dry Creek Valley. The winery is small and family operated, with a strict focus on quality over quantity since its founding by Italian immigrant Alberto Rafanelli at the turn of the 20th century. The winery consistently makes among the finest Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon in Sonoma County!

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Louis M. Martini "Monte Rosso Vineyard - Gnarly Vine" Sonoma Valley Zinfandel (95RP, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Another fabulous wine, although there’s not much of it, is the 2014 Zinfandel Gnarly Vine Monte Rosso Vineyard from this fabulous first-growth vineyard in Sonoma. This is a blend of 97% Zinfandel and 3% Petite Sirah aged in 66% new French oak, 16% new American oak and the rest used. Only 500 cases were made of this whopper, which is full-bodied, has great intensity with a stunning nose of black fruits, pepper, Mediterranean herbs and spice. Good natural acidity gives focus and vibrancy to this wine that comes from vines as old as 120 years. This is a full-bodied classic Zinfandel at its very best, from one of the great vineyards in California. Finished alcohol is 16.2%, so this is a heck of a mouthful. It is hard to believe that the iconic Louis M. Martini Winery first made Napa Cabernet Sauvignon in 1933. Louis Martini is long gon

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Linne Calodo "Problem Child" Paso Robles Red Blend (94VN, 93RP, 90WS). Vinous: "The 2012 Problem Child is terrific. Dark red cherry, plum, leather, menthol and cloves flesh out in a beautifully layered, voluptuous wine endowed with superb depth and class. Intense, but with no excess weight or sense of heaviness, the 2012 delivers tons of flavor. Sweet floral notes add brightness on the finish. Zinfandel is much more expressive in Problem Child than it is in Outsider, Linne Calodo's other Zinfandel-based blend. (AG)" (07/2014)
