Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Sine Qua Non "Light Motif" Central Coast Proprietary White Blend (97RP, 95JD, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Starting with the whites and a rich, thrillingly concentrated and unctuous wine from Manfred, the 2014 White Wine Lightmotif is made from 47% Roussanne, 21% Chardonnay, 14% Petite Manseng, 11% Viognier and 7% Marsanne that spent 19 months in a combination of concrete eggs, new French oak, neutral barrels and a tiny portion in stainless steel. Coming from close to equal parts Eleven Confessions, Cumulus and Bien Nacido vineyards, this beauty sports a medium gold color to go with a rich, layered profile that carries tons of ripe peach, honeycomb, pineapple, flowers and citrus. Pure, elegant and silky on the palate, with full-bodied richness, it never puts a foot wrong, is ethereally textured and has a great finish. Drink it anytime over the coming decade. (JD)" (08/2016)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1985 & 1987 Sauternes & Savennières Tasting Lot, including 1-bottle of 1985 Rieussec, Sauternes and 1-bottle of 1987 Nicolas Joly "Coulée de Serrant" Savennières . Of the 1985 Rieussec, Sauternes,For several generations, Château Rieussec has been a leading name in Sauternes wines. As early as 1868, Charles Cocks remarked that "Beyond any of the others, Rieussec produces wines that are very similar to Yquem wines."

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1996 M. Chapoutier "De L'Orée" Ermitage Blanc (99RP, 94WS, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "It is no secret that I adore Chapoutier's luxury cuvee of white Hermitage called Cuvee L'Oree. Made from 90-year old vines and microscopic yields of 10-12 hectoliters per hectare, this wine flirts with perfection. It is a compelling white Hermitage. Made from 100% Marsanne, it is as rich and multidimensional as the fullest, most massive Montrachet money can buy. It is unctuously textured, yet extraordinarily and beautifully balanced. I suspect it will drink well early in life, and then shut down for a few years. It should last for 4-5 decades. The 1996 possesses some of the most amazing glycerin levels I have ever seen in a dry white wine. In short, this wine must be tasted to be believed. (RP)" (02/1999)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Château de Beaucastel "Vieilles Vignes" Roussanne Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc (97RP, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Similar in color to the classic white, the 2013 Châteauneuf du Pape Roussanne Vieilles Vignes is deeper and richer, with more viscosity, glycerin and minerality. Loaded with notes of buttered citrus, flowers, orange marmalade and crushed-rock nuances, this beauty hits the palate with full-bodied power, juicy, lively acidity and terrific length. Like the classic white, this does not go through malolactic fermentation, but sees slightly more oak (some new) in its élevage, which always gives it slightly more richness, as well as hints of vanilla in its youth. It’s unquestionably the greatest white wine coming from the Southern Rhône, and while I prefer to drink it in its first 4-6 years, it can evolve for decades. (JD)" (10/2014)

Bid on this bottle of 1996 Krug Brut Champagne (100W&S, 99ST, 99WS, 98VN, 97JG, 97RP, 96DC). Wine & Spirits: "It's hard to imagine how a wine of this power can sustain perfect balance. What is now a more nonchalant intensity in the aroma was, in fact, too much to handle when we tasted this last year, as if the wine had no time for mere humans with their limited sense receptors. If you stop to taste ripe pear, ginger spice, apple blossom and butterscotch the wine leaves you lost in random flavor descriptors as it soars off into a vinous glow that lasts for minutes. This may well be the greatest vintage wine of Henri Krug's career (unless it is challenged by the 2002). It is impossible to predict how long this wine will thrive in bottle, though considering the current fine condition of the 1959 Krug, the first 50 years are a given." (12/2008)

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2008 Château Musar Blanc Bekaa Valley Lebanon (93DC). Decanter: "Made from two local grape varieties, Obaideh and Merwah, from 100 year old pre-phylloxera vines. The wine is released eight years after the vintage, and this is the latest release. It has an expressive nose with notes of jasmine flower, citrus and a touch of honeyed exotic fruit. The palate is broad and textured, with layers of fruit and a fine acidity, leading onto a long-lasting fruit and floral finish. Best to decant and enjoy with food. (CG)" (12/2017)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Booker "White" Paso Robles Roussanne-Viognier (93JD, 92RP, 91ST). Jeb Dunnuck: "A blend of 75% Roussanne and 25% Viognier that was fermented and aged in concrete, the 2010 Booker Vineyard White is decidedly lean and racy by Eric’s standards and delivers a mineral-laced aromas of pear, spring flowers, and citrus rind to go with a steely, energetic, medium-bodied palate. Despite the vibrant acidity, this builds in richness through the mid-palate, and has outstanding length." (06/2012)
Starting Bid: $77.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 Sine Qua Non "Entre Chien et Loup'' White Blend (97JD, 97RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2015 Entre Chien et Loup is a blend of 44% Chardonnay, 40% Roussanne, 8% Petit Manseng and 8% Viognier coming 44% from Bien Nacido Vineyard, 30% from the Cumulus (Estate) Vineyard and 26% from the Eleven Confessions (Estate) Vineyard. No settling was done to the juices—they were fermented as 'dirty' as possible and, as usual, they were not racked. This wine was matured for around 19 months (bottled April 12, 2017), in: 19% concrete eggs, 20% stainless steel, 20% used barrels and 41% new French oak. It opens with a positively electric nose of ripe apricots, pink grapefruit and green mango with notions of candied ginger, honeycomb, allspice and baking bread. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has a wonderfully satiny texture and incredible freshness, cutting through the dense tropical and stone fruit layers, finishing with epic length and many layers of

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Sine Qua Non "Résisté" Central Coast White Blend (97RP, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "the 2013 White Wine Resiste is a sensational white from California that's made from 45% Roussanne, 26% Chardonnay, 14% Petite Manseng, 10% Viognier and 5% Marsanne that spent 19 months in 46% new French oak and the balance in concrete eggs and used barrels. Possessing rock-star levels of richness and texture on the palate, with full-bodied depth and power that never seems heavy or cumbersome, it has classic SQN white notes of buttered golden fruits, honeysuckle, honeycomb, toast and white flowers. Unctuous, full-flavored and still lively and fresh, it needs 2-3 years of cellaring and will keep for two decades. (JD)" (08/2015)
