Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2008 Chalk Hill Winery "Furth" Sonoma County Red Blend (93WS, 92ST). Wine Spectator: "Bold, ripe, rich and lavishly oaked, this is an expressive mix of supple plum, currant, black cherry and berry jam notes. Full-blown, ending with melted black licorice, spice and wild berry flavors. (JL)" (09/2011)
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this bottle of 2003 Marcassin "Blue Slide Ridge" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (98RP, 96WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "(Note from 2007 review, re-reviewed with no new note in 2008) The utterly profound 2003 Pinot Noir Blue Slide Ridge is a candidate for one of California’s greatest Pinot Noirs. A full-bodied beauty, it offers up aromas of plums, anise, forest floor, black and blue fruits, and gamy, sweet, aged beef. With unreal complexity, in addition to superb texture, purity, and definition, this is a tour de force in winemaking that confirms the brilliance of this husband and wife team who recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. (RP)" (12/2008)
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2017 Pride Mountain "Vintner Select" Sonoma County Merlot (92VN, 91RP). Vinous: "The 2017 Merlot Vintner Select races out of the glass with super-ripe red cherry, kirsch, sweet pipe tobacco and cedar. The Vintner Select Merlot is a typical 2017, ripe and overt, but also lacking a bit in structure. I would prefer to drink it on the earlier side. (AG)" (01/2021)
Starting Bid: $185.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 Occidental (Kistler) Freestone-Occidental Pinot Noir (95RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2018 Pinot Noir Freestone-Occidental comes mostly from younger vines at the Occidental property but is made with the same attention to detail as the other wines in the portfolio, using free-run juice. Its nose is an aromatic well, offering crushed blueberries, charcuterie, Earl Grey tea leaves, graphite, saline, bitter orange peel and potpourri aromas. In the mouth, it explodes with lush fruits that give way after their initial rush to bitter, citrusy, minerally accents. It has a fine grain, seamless freshness and long, layered finish. It's enjoyable now but will age well over the next five to eight-plus years. (EB) 95+" (07/2020)
Starting Bid: $130.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2013 Littorai Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir Horizontal, including 1-bottle of 2013 Littorai "B.A. Thieriot Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (91VN), 2-bottles of 2013 Littorai "Mays Canyon" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (92VN), and 1-bottle of 2013 Littorai "Savoy Vineyard" Anderson Valley Pinot Noir (91VN). Of the 2013 Littorai "Mays Canyon" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir,Vinous writes: "The 2013 Pinot Noir Mays Canyon is one of the darker wines in the range. There is good up-front fruit, but then the tannins become a bit more austere through the middle and into the finish. Hints of dried flowers, herbs, licorice, red cherries, plums and mint add nuance, while savory notes add an attractive flourish on the close. The Mays Canyon is a solid wine for the year. (AG)" (02/2016)
Starting Bid: $251.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 Aubert Sonoma Coast Chardonnay Horizontal, including 1-bottle of 2018 Aubert "UV-SL Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (100JD, (96-98RP), (94-97VN), 94WS) and 1-bottle of 2018 Aubert Sonoma Coast Chardonnay. Of the 2018 Aubert "UV-SL Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay,Jeb Dunnuck writes: "From a cooler site (it’s one of the last to be harvested), the 2016 Chardonnay UV-SL Vineyard is a perfect wine any way you look at it. Caramelized pineapple, marzipan, citrus, candle wax, and layers of complex Chardonnay fruit all flow to a beautifully pure, silky, perfectly balanced 2016 that has depth, freshness, complexity, and length. It develops even more complexity with time in the glass and is a brilliant effort from this estate. As with the other releases here, it was brought up in 80% new French oak." (06/2018)
Starting Bid: $205.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Peter Michael "Les Pavots" Knights Valley Bordeaux Blend (98JS, 98RP, 93DC, 93WS, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Les Pavots, which is their proprietary red wine blend from Knights Valley, is a killer effort, and one of their all-time greats, ranking right up there with the 2007 or 1997. A blend of 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Cabernet Franc and the rest Merlot and Petit Verdot, there are 3,600 cases of it. The wine displays plenty of mocha, chocolate, blackberry, creosote and charcoal in an incredibly complex fragrance. Full-bodied and opulent, it shows, loads of tannin, a hint of unsmoked cigar tobacco and plenty of black and blue fruits. Opaque purple to the rim, this wine is in need of a good 5-6 years of cellaring and certainly has 30-40 years of life in it. (RP) 98+" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $331.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Pax "Sonoma Hillsides" Sonoma County Syrah (100VN). Vinous: "The 2016 Syrah Sonoma-Hillsides has been nothing less than stunning on the three occasions I have tasted it so far. A wine of extraordinary purity and depth, the 2016 dazzles from the very first taste. The richness and power are simply breathtaking. Bacon fat, smoke, grilled herb and lavender are woven into a graceful, seamless core of inky blue/purplish fruit. Even with all of its intensity, the 2016 remains remarkably light on its feet. The Sonoma-Hillsides is a blend of fruit from Castelli-Knight Ranch, Griffin's Lair and Walker Vine Hill, done with 100% whole clusters and aged in a combination of concrete and neutral oak, with no SO2. I am not sure how the 2016 will age, but I am also not sure it will matter, as most bottles will be long gone before that is an issue. Quite simply, the Sonoma-Hillsides is a total pleasure bomb and a modern-day benchmark for Syrah in California. Don't miss i
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2017 Kosta Browne Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (96JD, 94JS, 94WE, 92RP, 91WS). Jeb Dunnuck: "Moving to the two reds, the appellation 2017 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast reveals a ruby/purple, translucent color as well as a stunning perfume of black raspberries, cassis, crushed violets, spice box, sweet earth. It's rich, medium to full-bodied, has beautiful depth, a kiss of background oak, and a great finish. Mostly destemmed and aged 17 months in 40% new French oak, it's a brilliant wine..." (06/2019)
Starting Bid: $319.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2011 Hanzell Sonoma Valley Pinot Noir.
Starting Bid: $246.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Kistler "Cuvée Cathleen" Sonoma Valley Chardonnay (95ST, 94RP). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Light yellow, with a green hue. An intense, mineral-dominated bouquet evokes nectarine, orange, lemon pith and white flowers, with a chalky topnote. Racy, focused and strikingly pure citrus and orchard fruit flavors are underscored by vibrant mineral and iodine qualities and pick up flesh with aeration. Closes with superb clarity and length, trailing notes of honeysuckle, sweet butter and citrus zest. (ST)" (06/2013)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Captûre "Revelation" Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon (91VN). Vinous: "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Revelation has turned out well, but at the same time, the jump in quality here over the two vintages is marked. Black fruit, mocha, plum, smoke and licorice, along with big, grippy tannins, are among the signatures. (AG)" (03/2017)
Starting Bid: $87.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 Aubert "UV Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (98RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2018 Aubert Pinot Noirs were bottled at the beginning of July 2019. Medium to deep ruby-purple colored, the 2018 Pinot Noir UV Vineyard rolls out of the glass with intense notes of Morello cherries, rhubarb, raspberry pie, bouquet garni and lilacs with suggestions of Marmite toast, fungi, fragrant soil and forest floor. Full-bodied, the palate is packed with crunchy red berries plus loads of earthy accents, framed by firm, grainy tannins and seamless freshness, finishing long with a wonderfully spicy kick. Delicious now, this should age incredibly well, generously rewarding those with enough patience to defer their gratification. 98+ (LPB)" (10/2019)
Starting Bid: $400.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1991 Ravenswood "Pickberry" Sonoma Mountain Bordeaux Blend (92RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1991 Pickberry Proprietary Red Wine (a blend of approximately two-thirds Merlot and the reminder mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with a tiny dollop of Cabernet Franc) is another great success for this luxury-priced proprietary wine. The opaque ruby/purple color is followed by intense aromas of chocolate, cassis, herbs, and meaty scents. Deep and full-bodied, with high tannin, fine acidity, and superb richness... Although most consumers are fanatically attached to this winery's terrific Zinfandels, Ravenswood also does other things well. (RP)" (04/1994)
Starting Bid: $84.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 & 2018 Bedrock Wine Company Sonoma Valley Tasting Lot, including 1-bottle of 2016 Bedrock Wine Company "Bedrock Vineyard - Heritage Wine" Sonoma Valley Red Blend (95VN, 95WS, 93RP) and 2-bottles of 2018 Bedrock "Monte Rosso Vineyard" Sonoma Valley Zinfandel (96VN, 90WS). Of the 2018 Bedrock "Monte Rosso Vineyard" Sonoma Valley Zinfandel,Vinous writes: "The 2018 Zinfandel Monte Rosso Vineyard is so elegant, so pure, so refined. Medium in body and yet remarkably deep, Bedrock's 2018 Zinfandel Monte Rosso shows why this site is so highly regarded. Soaring aromatics, beautifully layered fruit and silky tannins give the 2018 much of its appeal. Dark red cherry, spice, cedar, tobacco, lavender and pipe tobacco all add layers of nuance, but it is the wine's feel that stands out most. Structure and bright acids give this Zinfandel such a unique profile. I loved it. (AG)" (04/2020)
Starting Bid: $125.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2013-2015 Pride Mountain "Vintner Select Cuvée" Sonoma County Merlot Vertical, including 1-bottle of 2013 Pride Mountain "Vintner Select Cuvée" Sonoma County Merlot (95RP, 92WE, 90WS), 2-bottles of 2014 Pride Mountain "Vintner's Select Cuvée" Sonoma County Merlot (94RP, 92CG, 92WE, 91VN, 90WS), and 1-bottle of 2015 Pride Mountain "Vintner Select Cuvée" Sonoma County Merlot (94RP, 90WE, 90WS). Of the 2013 Pride Mountain "Vintner Select Cuvée" Sonoma County Merlot,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The 2013 Merlot Vintner’s Select was sourced from clone 3 of Merlot and aged 20 months in 40% new French oak. The wine offers plenty of mocha, mulberry, black cherry and blacker fruits, some licorice and truffle, full-bodied opulence, and a heady (14.8% alcohol), nicely textured, long finish. (RP)" (10/2016)

Bid on this bottle of 2013 Kosta Browne "Giusti Ranch" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (95RP, 94VN, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "From the Russian River Valley and the newest single vineyard from this team (the first vintage was 2012), the 2013 Pinot Noir Giusti Vineyard is another big, rich, full-flavored Pinot Noir that gives up slightly lifted notes of dark fruits, graphite and peppery spice. Almost completely destemmed and aged 16 months in 40% new French oak, it’s a sensational Pinot Noir with terrific purity in its concentrated, layered and textured personality. It's superb today, but will cruise through at least 2023. (JD)" (10/2015)
Starting Bid: $70.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2016 Rochioli "Sweetwater Vineyard" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (93RP, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Medium ruby-purple colored, the 2016 Pinot Noir Sweetwater Vineyard features notes of red currants, red plums and Bing cherries with suggestions of cinnamon stick, dried herbs and forest floor. Medium to full-bodied, the palate reveals a firm, chewy texture and racy line supporting the intense earthy/savory flavors, finishing long. (LPB)" (06/2018)
Starting Bid: $355.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Morlet "Coup de Coeur" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (100JD, 98RP, 93VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "Pure perfection in the glass is the 2016 Chardonnay Coup de Coeur, a selection of Luc’s favorite barrels. It offers extraordinary notes of caramelized citrus, toasted brioche, marzipan, white flowers and a liqueur of rocks-like minerality. With full body, incredible purity, a layered, huge palate presence, yet a weightless, elegant texture, it needs to be tasted to be believed. Hats off to Morlet for an incredible Chardonnay. Give it a year and enjoy over the following decade or more." (06/2018)
Starting Bid: $325.00

Bid on this bottle of 2006 Kistler "Cuvée Elizabeth - Bodega Headlands Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir ((96-98RP), 94ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2006 Pinot Noir Bodega Headlands Cuvée Elizabeth is undeniably a grand cru effort. Black raspberry, spring flower (violets), and kirsch aromas soar from the glass of this dark ruby/purple-tinged wine. Medium to full-bodied with zesty acidity, beautiful penetration, and a soaring mid-palate as well as length result in a prodigious example of Pinot Noir that should drink well for a decade or more. (RP)" (12/2007)
Starting Bid: $110.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Cobb "Coastlands Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (92RP, 92VN). Vinous: "The 2013 Pinot Noir Coastlands Vineyard opens with a rush of exotic aromatics. Orange peel, star anise, cinnamon, mint and dried flowers soar out of the glass. The 50-60% whole clusters add intense aromatics. The 2013 is heavily reduced, but it starts to find its focus with time in the glass. Ross Cobb gave the 2013 30 months in barrel, which is quite long for Pinot. Readers should expect a wild, eccentric wine that is a sort of roller coaster. There is certainly no shortage of intrigue or personality. If opened young, the 2013 needs quite a bit of oxygen. The 2013 is a blend of fruit from the 1906 and Old First blocks. (AG)" (03/2017)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2017 Morlet "Coup de Coeur" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (99JD, 99RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Coup de Coeur is an über barrel-selection blend of the Morlet’s Chardonnay vineyards, using exclusively Old Wente clone selection. The 2017 Chardonnay Coup de Coeur bursts with spicy notions of allspice and coriander seed over a core of ripe Bosc pears, apple pie and almond croissant with wafts of beeswax and candied ginger. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is tightly wound, offering beautiful tension to offset all the opulent, spicy flavors, finishing very long and incredibly harmonious even at this very youthful stage. 150 cases are due to be made. (LPB)" (12/2019)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2010 Aubert "Lauren Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (96RP, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2010 Chardonnay Lauren Vineyard brings together all of the elements of the house style. Layers of fruit emerge effortlessly from this textured, totally beautiful Chardonnay. Despite its richness, there is more than enough underlying minerality to buffer the fruit. This is the most nuanced and detailed of the 2010 Chardonnays from Aubert. Dried apricots, flowers and mint are some of the many notes that linger on the finish. (AG)" (02/2012)
Starting Bid: $370.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2008-2009 Williams Selyem "Allen Vineyard" Russian River Valley Tasting Lot, including 1-bottle of 2008 Williams Selyem "Allen Vineyard" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (96WE, 91BH, 91VN) and 3-bottles of 2009 Williams Selyem "Allen Vineyard" Russian River Valley Chardonnay (94WE, 92ST, 90W&S). Of the 2008 Williams Selyem "Allen Vineyard" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir,Wine Enthusiast writes: "A joy to drink now, and will develop over a decade or more. A dry, pure, focused wine whose intricately detailed cherry, cola and cranberry flavors are enhanced by minerally things from the earth and a near-perfect application of oak. Changes by the second in the glass, ever fascinating. *Cellar Selection*" (02/2011)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Martinelli "Charles Ranch" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (94RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Charles Ranch Chardonnay offers notes of white peaches, honeysuckle, coriander seed and lightly buttered toast with a waft of orange blossoms. Full-bodied with a seductive oiliness to the texture, this buxom beauty fills the palate with perfumed stone fruit flavors, finishing with great length. Only 112 cases were made. (LPB) 94+" (02/2017)
Starting Bid: $74.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (100RP, 99JD). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Chardonnay Marcassin Vineyard, which will probably be released in a few months, displays great minerality, notes of honeysuckle, orange marmalade, poached pear, and white flowers as well as a touch of quince. A wine of great intensity, yet incredibly ethereal elegance, this light greenish gold-colored wine is full-bodied, stunningly rich, and altogether remarkable. When you consider that they use 100% new French oak and 100% heavy toast for both their Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs, it is remarkable how little oak appears in these wines. This wine should age well for 10-15 years, as most of the Marcassin Estate Chardonnays have done to date. (RP)" (03/2016)
Starting Bid: $565.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2018 Carlisle "Radiant Ridge Vineyard" Bennett Valley Syrah (93JD). Jeb Dunnuck: "From the cooler Bennett Valley in Sonoma, the 2018 Syrah Radiant Ridge Vineyard is all Syrah and has a cool-climate, complex, almost Cornas-like vibe that I certainly love. Black and blue fruits, olives, bacon fat, and ground pepper all dominate the bouquet, and this beauty hits the palate with loads of Syrah meatiness, medium to full body, ripe, polished (yet present) tannins, and a great finish. It's beautifully done and is undeniably California Syrah yet seems to have one foot in the Northern Rhône." (05/2020)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Williams Selyem "Calegari Vineyard" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (95WE, 92VN, 91BH, 90RP, 90W&S). Wine Enthusiast: "Woody, herbal and resplendent in forest-floor pine and sandalwood, this is a complex, earthy and medium-bodied wine. It's low in oak, and revelatory in cool-climate seductions of pomegranate, cranberry and rhubarb compote. The finish is all black tea, with still-developing tannin structure and power. (VB)" (05/2016)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this bottle of 1988 Williams Selyem "Rochioli Vineyard" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (95WS). Wine Spectator: "Delicious wine, ripe, smooth and juicy, with tiers of plum, black cherry, anise and spice. Amazingly elegant, complex and delicate. (JL)" (10/1997)
Starting Bid: $134.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2010 Kistler "Kistler Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (93RP, 93ST, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Ash, game, tar, licorice, incense and dark cherries are some of the notes that emerge from the 2010 Pinot Noir Kistler Vineyard. A pretty, soft, understated wine, the 2010 also has a hint of wildness running through it. At present, the 2010 is a bit compact, but I very much like the sense of grace here. Sweet floral notes reappear on the finish, adding a burst of freshness and vivacity to a finish underpinned by lovely streaks of saline minerality. In 2010 yields were too low for Kistler to bottle the Cuvee Elizabeth Pinot. The little fruit that came in was blended into the Kistler Vineyard Pinot. (AG)" (04/2013)
Starting Bid: $380.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Occidental (Kistler) "Freestone-Occidental" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (94JD, 92RP, 92VN, 91DC). Jeb Dunnuck: "Possessing a great nose of black raspberries, kirsch, violet, and forest floor, the 2016 Pinot Noir Freestone-Occidental is bright and juicy, with elegance and beautiful purity of fruit. Showing fine tannins, a lovely floral quality, integrated acidity, and a great finish, this is pure class." (06/2019)
Starting Bid: $111.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Kosta Browne Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (93RP, 92VN, 92WS, 91ST, 90CG). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast is a beautiful wine that comes from four vineyards, Gap’s Crown, Griffin’s Lair, Terra de Promissio and Walala. It has a deep ruby/semi-opaque color that is followed by a youthful, rich and concentrated wine offering classic dark cherries, plum, licorice, ground herbs and baking-spice-driven aromas and flavors. Medium to full-bodied, layered and structured, it opens up beautifully with air, has seamlessly integrated fruit, tannin and alcohol, and stays classy and nicely focused on the finish. It can be enjoyed now with a decant, but will be better in another year, and have over a decade of longevity. (JD)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $360.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (97JD, 97RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Pinot Noir Marcassin Vineyard, which comes primarily from the Calera clone (although I suspect there are a few mystery clones in their plantings), always seems to remind me of a grand cru from Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, particularly Morey-St.-Denis. Dense ruby/plum, its sweet nose of strawberries, black cherry liqueur, fresh porcini mushrooms and forest floor is followed by a dark, full-bodied, rich and concentrated wine that is supple, dramatic, and even flamboyant. (RP)" (03/2016)
Starting Bid: $585.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Rochioli "River Block" Russian River Valley Chardonnay (93RP, 92ST, 92VN, 91WS). It offers up notes of buttered tangerine oil, lemon grass, white peach, an underlying stony character, and a fresh, full-bodied, rich mouthfeel displaying terrific texture and length. (RP)" (12/2013)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Williams Selyem "Estate Vineyard" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (96CG, 95WE, 94RP, 93VN, 91WS). Connoisseurs Guide: "Taking its place at the top of the Williams Selyem roster of outstanding 2013 Pinots, this lovely offering exhibits the uncanny combination of riveting richness and grace that only the finest renditions of the varietal can. It is at once both solid and genuinely elegant stuff with great vigor and verve and a sense of seamless integration from beginning to end. As is the case with so many of the winery's youthfully charming releases, it is a wine of so much immediate appeal that waiting will not come easy, but even a bit of patience will pay dividends as it gains complexity over time. *Three Stars*" (02/2016)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (99RP, 94VN, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "With a slightly smokier edge to the honeysuckle, poached pear, pineapple and caramelized citrus notes, the 2010 Chardonnay Marcassin Vineyard hits the palate with a full-bodied, thunderous affect of fruit, glycerin and acidity. The wine reveals some smoke in the aromatics, but little, if any, in the flavor profile. Full-bodied, lovely, and again, close to perfection (as so often these wines are), this is a beauty to drink over the next decade or more. (RP)" (08/2015)
Starting Bid: $432.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2009 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (98RP, 97WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Light gold in color, with an extraordinary nose of poached pears, citrus honey and a touch of orange rind, the 2009 Chardonnay Marcassin Vineyard has beautiful fruit, a full-bodied mouthfeel, penetrating acids and an underlying minerality and richness. The finish goes on for a good 40-45 seconds. This is sensational Chardonnay and very much in keeping with this vineyard. (RP)" (08/2015)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Orange, nectarine, pineapple, citrus oil, and pear notes emerge from the 2007 Chardonnay Richard Dinner Vineyard Cuvee Agustina. A thick, juicy white with good underlying acidity as well as hints of crushed rocks/minerality, it should drink well for 7-8 years. Readers looking for wines packed with flavor as well as personality can do no better than uber-consultant Paul Hobbs’ line-up of Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs, and Syrahs. (RP)" (02/2010)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this bottle of 2018 Aubert "Powder House" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay ((96-99RP), 97JD, 96WS, (92-95VN)). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The second vintage of this wine, the 2018 Chardonnay Powder House comes from eight acres of what are now estate-owned vines planted in 2013, to Hyde Old Wente and Mt. Eden clones on Goldridge soils. The vineyard is located in downtown Forestville, right across from the high school. The nose bursts from the glass with notes of lemon meringue pie, lime curd, tangerine peel and candied ginger plus touches of lightly browned toast, cashews and a waft of cedar. The full-bodied palate starts out gentle and floral, expanding into a citrus explosion on the finish, featuring a wicked backbone of freshness and loads of compelling savory sparks that will keep you coming back for more. (LPB)" (10/2019)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2012 Rochioli "Rachael's Vineyard" Russian River Valley Chardonnay (95RP, 94ST, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Made from the Mt. Eden clone, the 2012 Chardonnay Rachael’s Vineyard comes across as the most Corton-Charlemagne-like of these cuvees. I would not be surprised if decades ago this clonal material had been culled from Louis Latour’s Corton-Charlemagne vineyard in Burgundy. Very stony with lots of peach, honeysuckle, apricot, poached pear and buttered citrus characteristics, this big, rich, definitive Chardonnay has a certain flamboyance as well as a long, long finish. Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Williams Selyem "Allen Vineyard" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (96WE, 93VN, 92BH, 90RP). Wine Enthusiast: "A vineyard for both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Allen is exquisitely detailed in this textured bottling that’s weighty, with a tannin backdrop and replete with savory fruit. Wild strawberry, Bing cherry and black tea stand out, with an undercurrent of lushness that’s hard to resist. *Editors’ Choice* (VB)" (05/2016)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Louis M. Martini "Monte Rosso Vineyard - Gnarly Vine" Sonoma Valley Zinfandel (95RP, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Another fabulous wine, although there’s not much of it, is the 2014 Zinfandel Gnarly Vine Monte Rosso Vineyard from this fabulous first-growth vineyard in Sonoma. This is a blend of 97% Zinfandel and 3% Petite Sirah aged in 66% new French oak, 16% new American oak and the rest used. Only 500 cases were made of this whopper, which is full-bodied, has great intensity with a stunning nose of black fruits, pepper, Mediterranean herbs and spice. Good natural acidity gives focus and vibrancy to this wine that comes from vines as old as 120 years. This is a full-bodied classic Zinfandel at its very best, from one of the great vineyards in California. Finished alcohol is 16.2%, so this is a heck of a mouthful. It is hard to believe that the iconic Louis M. Martini Winery first made Napa Cabernet Sauvignon in 1933. Louis Martini is long gon

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2008 Pride Mountain "Vintner's Select Cuvée" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (93JS, 93WE, 93WS, 92RP, 92ST, 91VN, 90CG). Wine Enthusiast: "Hugely delicious, just a joy to drink. So soft and velvety, so rich in blackberry jam, cassis and chocolate flavors, with the tannins so smooth and round." (09/2011)

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2016 Morlet "En Famille" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (97JD, 95RP, 95VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2016 Pinot Noir En Famille comes from a warmer, more southerly slope and has more red fruits as well as a sauvage, wild, complex style. Kirsch, wild cherries, underbrush and load of spice, a rounded, seamless texture, no hard edges, and a great finish all make for one incredible Pinot Noir that can be drunk today or cellared for a decade." Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Rivers-Marie "Occidental Ridge Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (92RP, 92ST, 91BH). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2010 Pinot Noir Occidental Ridge Vineyard is laced with freshly cut flowers, mint, roses and sweet red berries, all of which are woven together in a fabric of unusual class. Sweet floral notes lead to a long, sensual finish underpinned by lively acidity. This feminine, totally sensual Pinot possesses striking overall balance and tons of finesse. The Occidental has the highest acidity of the 2010 Pinots, which should help it age gracefully over the coming years. (AG)" (02/2012)
