Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Gaja Barbaresco (98WE, 96VN, 95JD, 94RP, 93JS, 93WS). Wine Enthusiast: "This isn't just a great wine for what was a notoriously cool, wet vintage, it's quite simply a magnificent wine. Perfumed and loaded with finesse, it opens with scents of woodland berry, iris and baking spice while the vibrant, balanced palate doles out Marasca cherry, dark culinary spice, crushed herb and menthol. Refined tannins and fresh acidity provide the taut framework while a licorice note wraps around the finish. Gorgeous. Drink 2022–2034. *Cellar Selection* (KO)" (03/2018)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 1976 Troglia Barbaresco. Giovanni Troglia was a Turin-based negociant who bottled Barbaresco and Barolo from local producers from the '50s through the 70s.
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this bottle of 2015 Gaja "Sorì San Lorenzo" Barbaresco (98WE, 97JS, 97WS, 95RP, 94VN). Wine Enthusiast: "Dark-skinned berry, pipe tobacco, a hint of menthol and a whiff of blue flower slowly take shape in the glass. Full bodied, with the firm's hallmark finesse, the smooth savory palate boasts succulent morello cherry, raspberry compote, star anise, clove and crushed mint. It has great length and is impeccably balanced, with fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity. (KO)" (02/2019)
Starting Bid: $255.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2016 Produttori del Barbaresco Barbaresco (95RP, 95WE, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2016 Barbaresco is a tight and beautiful wine that will require more time to unwind and soften. This beautifully balanced vintage is characterized by a tight inner core of fruit that underlines the graceful aging capacity of these wines. The 2016 is shaping up to be one destined for long cellar aging. Now in its youth, the wine offers wild berry, rose and licorice aromas. (ML)" (06/2019)
Starting Bid: $245.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2014 Vietti "Masseria" Barbaresco (OWC - 94VN, 93RP, 92WS) in original wood. Vinous: "The 2014 Barbaresco Masseria is superb. Dark, ample and structured, the 2014 captures all the pedigree of this important Barbaresco vintage. As always, the Vietti's Masseria is a wine that has Barolo-like structure and depth, partly because it is vinified and aged pretty much along the same lines as those wines. I expect the 2014 will require at least a handful of years to shed some tannin and start showing some of its inherent inner sweetness. There is so much to look forward to. Bright acids and a firm spine of tannin give the red-toned fruit energy and vivacity throughout. (AG) 94+" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $330.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2014 Produttori del Barbaresco "Pora" Barbaresco Riserva (94RP, 94VN, 94WE, 93WS, 92DC). Vinous: "The 2014 Barbaresco Riserva Pora is a dark, sensual beauty. Deeply spiced and balsamic, with tremendous textural richness, the Pora is utterly beguiling. I can't remember a Pora with this much depth, textural resonance and brooding intensity. The 2014 needs at least a few years to be at its best, but it is superb even in the early going. I won't be surprised if the 2014 turns out to be better than this note suggests. (AG)" (10/2018)
Starting Bid: $360.00

Bid on this bottle of 2015 Gaja "Costa Russi" Barbaresco (99WE, 97JS, 96DC, 96VN, 95WS, 93RP). Wine Enthusiast: "Aromas of rose, violet, red berry and baking spice mingle with a whiff of menthol on the nose of this compelling, gorgeous red. The vibrant, full-bodied palate is all about flair and finesse, delivering crushed raspberry, Marasca cherry, licorice and a hint of tobacco, all framed by taut, fine-grained tannins. Young and intense, it will be ideal after a few more years of aging, but will continue to develop for decades. (KO)" (02/2018)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2010 Marchesi di Barolo Barbaresco (92RP, 91JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2010 Barbaresco offers a classic portrait of a beautiful wine in a celebrated vintage. There’s not much to criticize here: The fruit is fleshy and lively, the aromas are intense and well-defined, and the finish is long and juicy. There’s a playful dusting of white pepper that works exceptionally well to add focus and overall sharpness. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2025. (ML)" (06/2013)

Bid on this bottle of 2015 Gaja "Sorì Tildìn" Barbaresco.
Starting Bid: $230.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1988 Gaja Barbaresco. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1988 Barbaresco offers the classic nose of dried cherries, herbs, cedar, and toasty oak. In the mouth, it is medium to full-bodied, with considerable tannic clout. The long finish is dominated by the wine's tannins. It should benefit from 3-4 years of cellaring and keep for 10-15. All of Gaja's 1988 Barbarescos are backward, reserved wines. Even after sitting four days with the corks pulled they exhibited no signs of oxidation. While they should be uncommonly long-lived, I did not see quite the flesh and richness possessed by such vintages as 1985 and 1982. (RP)"
Starting Bid: $460.00

Bid on this bottle of 1995 Bruno Giacosa Barbaresco Santo Stefano (92ST, 91RP, 90WS). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Good medium red. Lovely aromatic nose combines redcurrant, underbrush, dried flowers, tobacco and woodsmoke; essence of Barbaresco perfume. Silky and expressive, with less sheer sweetness than the '96 Santo Stefano but very good structure, particularly considering that this wine features a high percentage of the rose clone. Lovely developing flavors suggest that this wine will begin to drink well with another two or three years of bottle aging. Finishes with dusty, slightly hard tannins. (ST)" (11/1998)
Starting Bid: $128.00

Bid on this bottle of 1989 Gaja Barbaresco (96RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1989 Barbaresco smells like freshly cut roses and sweet, aromatic spices. This impeccable, young Barbaresco reveals exceptional elegance without even the faintest hint of oxidation. As it sits in the glass, the wine’s inner perfume continues to emerge in a dazzling display of class and elegance. Simply put, this is extraordinary juice--and those are not words I use lightly.
