Bid on this 3L-bottle of 1997 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (3L) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley is a dense purple color with boisterous, sweet, spicy, new oak, licorice, and olive notes. This flamboyant wine tastes lighter than I would have expected for a 1997. In the mouth, it reveals medium body, sweet jammy cherry fruit, and a soft finish. (RP)" (12/2000)
Starting Bid: $309.00

Bid on this 3L-bottle of 1994 Anderson's Conn Valley "Estate Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (3L) (91WS). Wine Spectator: "Marked by an appetizing gamy edge, the core of cedar and currant is dense and intense, finishing with big, chewy tannins and lots of finesse." (10/1997)
Starting Bid: $175.00

Bid on this 3L-bottle of 1992 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (3L) (OWC - 92RP) in original wood. 92 points Robert Parker: "The 1992 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon was released in August, 1996, and was sold out within 24 hours. It possesses that tell-tale Silver Oak, lavishly oaky, Provencal herb, sweet, smoky, jammy black-cherry and cassis-scented nose. Full-bodied, opulent, and succulent, this creamy-textured, luscious, low acid wine should continue to drink well for 10-12+ years. These All-American Cabernet Sauvignons continue to be "can't miss" propositions with the majority of Cabernet lovers." (12/96)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this 3L-bottle of 1996 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (3L) (OWC - 92RP) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The dark ruby-colored 1996 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley exhibits a pronounced smoky, espresso bean, and kirsch-scented nose. Round, dense, rich, full-bodied, and open-knit, its low acid flavors are undeniably appealing. Black olives make an appearance in the wine's aromatics as it sits in the glass." (01/2000)
Starting Bid: $306.00

Bid on this 3L-bottle of 1982 La Lagune, Haut-Medoc (3L) (94JG, 92RP). John Gilman: "Though La Lagune is listed as a wine from the Haut Médoc, I have always thought of it as really a wine from Margaux, as it lies just outside of the communal boundary there and stylistically, shares much with the wines of Margaux. The 1982 vintage of La Lagune remains the very finest year I have ever tasted from this consistently outstanding property. Today the wine is drinking at its apogee, but still has decades and decades of life ahead of it, with the superb bouquet offering up scents of black cherries, cassis, French roast, cigar ash, some gently roasted fruit elements, dark soil and a touch of toasty new oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, complex and absolutely velvety on the attack, with a sappy core, lovely focus and grip and a long, meltingly tannic and opulent finish. " (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $420.00

Bid on this 3L-bottle of 1992 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (3L) (OWC - 94RP) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The deeper purple-colored 1992 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, which is being released in February, 1997, does not exhibit any of the Alexander Valley's herbaceous side. It offers more of the classic blackcurrant, cedar character. There is plenty of high quality, sexy, smoky oak in the nose to go along with copious quantities of jammy black fruits. Full-bodied, with a creamy texture, and a sweet, expansive, chewy mid-section, this dense, exceptionally rich 1992 will provide gorgeous drinking for 12-15 years. These All-American Cabernet Sauvignons continue to be 'can't miss' propositions with the majority of Cabernet lovers. (RP)" (12/1996)
Starting Bid: $565.00

Bid on this 3L-bottle of 2009 Joseph Phelps Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (3L) (92WE, 91RP, 91VN). Wine Enthusiast: "Expensive, yes, but it shows the drama and interest that a Joseph Phelps Cabernet predictably delivers. It’s rich and ripe in blackberry, cherry, currant and oak flavors, with wonderful tannins and a dry finish. " (06/2012)
Starting Bid: $225.00
