Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2012 Attilio Contini "Inu" Cannonau di Sardegna Riserva (93VN, 90W&S). Vinous: "Full ruby-red. Deep, complex aromas of black cherry, truffle and clove are complicated by flinty minerals. Very dense but juicy, conveying an impression of brooding energy to its flavors of red cherry, smoky plum and aromatic herb. Still youthfully imploded but displays lovely balance, sneaky concentration and a very long, vibrant finish. Well done. (ID)" (06/2016)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2011 Sine Qua Non "Dark Blossom" California Grenache (97RP, 97VN, (93-95ST)). Vinous: "The 2011 Grenache Dark Blossom emerges from the glass with darker tonalities of fruit and firmer tannin compared to the 2012. Vivid, complex and nuanced, the 2011 is flat-out stunning today. Grilled herbs, smoke, sage, mint and black cherries linger on the explosive, structured finish. (AG)" (07/2014)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2017 Sine Qua Non California Tasting Lot, including 1-bottle of 2017 Sine Qua Non "The Gorgeous Victim" California Grenache ((98-100RP), (97-99JD), 97VN) and 1-bottle of 2017 Sine Qua Non "The Hated Hunter" California Syrah ((98-100JD), (97-100RP), 96VN). Of the 2017 Sine Qua Non "The Gorgeous Victim" California Grenache,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "Medium garnet-purple, this young, bombastic Grenache explodes from the glass with the most incredible perfume: red roses, cinnamon stick, lilacs and crushed black cherries with chocolate box, aniseed, garrigue and dried herbs plus gentle waves of lavender, dusty soil and smoked meats. Full-bodied with an incredibly silky texture, the decadently fruited palate features amazing freshness and vibrancy, finishing with stacks of flavor layers and a provocatively savory/chewy lift coming from the use of whole cluster. Just. Magic. It is anticipated that 1225 cases and 600 magnums will be bottled. (LPB)" (06/2

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Sine Qua Non "Stockholm Syndrome" Sta. Rita Hills Grenache (100JD, 100RP, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The current release of the estate vineyard (a.k.a. the extended barrel-aged cuvee), the 2010 Grenache Stockholm Syndrome is an incredible effort that I couldn’t find a fault with. A blend of 75% Grenache, 22% Syrah, 2% Roussanne and 1% Viognier, all from the Eleven Confession Vineyard, it spent just under 30 months in 22% new and 78% used French oak prior to bottling. Locked and loaded, it knocks it out of the park with its cassis, licorice, smoked duck, spice-box and exotic herb-styled bouquet. The palate follows suit and while it has the expected depth and richness of the estate, it’s seamless, elegant and lively, with perfect balance, ultra-fine tannin and a finish that just won’t quit. It doesn’t get any better and count yourself lucky if you can latch onto a couple of these. It will thrill for 15-20 years. (JD)" (08/2014)

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2010 Espelt "Vieilles Vignes" Garnacha Emporda (92RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A magnificent custom cuvee for Eric Solomon, this 2010 was made from high-elevation vineyards in the Costa Brava planted in granite. It was fashioned by the brilliant Jean-Marc Lafage, whose wines are reviewed elsewhere in this article. Composed of 100% Grenache aged 3 months in new French oak, it reveals copious aromas of raspberry jam, black currants, kirsch, flowers and forest floor, full body, terrific fruit, lots of complexity already, and a multidimensional mouthfeel. Drink this stunning red over the next 4-5 years." (06/2012)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014-2015 Espectacle "Espectacle del Montsant" Montsant Catalonia Vertical , including 1-bottle of 2014 Espectacle "Espectacle del Montsant" Montsant Catalonia (97RP, 95VN) and 1-bottle of 2015 Espectacle "Espectacle del Montsant" Montsant Catalonia (96RP, 94VN). Of the 2014 Espectacle "Espectacle del Montsant" Montsant Catalonia,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The cooler and more austere 2014 Espectacle del Montsant could have some similarities with 2008. It has beautiful floral aromas and hints of orange peel and wet stones. It has a serious, balanced and austere palate, a closer expression of Espectacle, with contained ripeness and an earthier, more mineral finish. It's very different from 2015, which is possibly a more classical expression of the vineyard, while this 2014 is quite unique and different. But I like this austerity very much. (LG)" (04/2018)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2003 Domaine Beaurenard "Cuvée Boisrenard" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (97WS, 94RP, 94ST, 93WE, 90W&S). Wine Spectator: "Loaded with rich, dark layers of black currant, blackberry, truffle, tar, mocha and bittersweet cocoa, this pumps out both fruit and terroir on the gripping finish. Immense in scale and depth, this is hard to lay off now, but should be even more impressive when it drops its muscle to show more elegance (that will take a while, though). Best from 2008 through 2030. *Collectibles. Rank 16, Top 100 Wines of 2006* (JM)" (04/2006)
Starting Bid: $110.00

Bid on this bottle of 1989 Pignan (Château Rayas) "Réservé" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (93RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Similar to the 1990, although slightly less port-like and without the color saturation of that wine, the full-throttle, robust, intense, rich 1989 Pignan coats the palate with layers of viscous fruit flavors, high alcohol, and an impressive velvety sweetness. This high-octane wine exhibits no signs of going into a closed stage. (RP)" (12/1996)

Rita Hills Grenache (100RP, 100VN, 98JD) and 3-bottles of 2015 Sine Qua Non "M - Eleven Confessions Vineyard" Sta. Rita Hills Syrah (99JD, 99RP, 98VN). Of the 2015 Sine Qua Non "E - Eleven Confessions Vineyard" Sta. Rita Hills Grenache ,Vinous writes: "The 2015 Grenache E, from Elaine and Manfred Krankl’s Eleven Confessions Vineyard, is stunningly beautiful. Remarkably light on its feet for such a sumptuous wine, the 2015 has so much to offer. Beautifully expressive aromatics make a strong opening impression. Dark red and purplish berry fruit, mint, sweet spice and licorice develop with air, but it is the wine’s overall feel that stands out most. At times, the E is quite powerful, while in other moments it is much more delicate. That contrast makes for an utterly captivating wine. (A

Of the 2016 Sine Qua Non "Pajarito del Amor - Eleven Confessions Vineyard" Sta. Rita Hills Grenache,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "Composed of 85.4% Grenache, 7.1% Petite Sirah, 6.9% Syrah and 0.6% Viognier, employing 56% whole cluster, the nose of this opaque, garnet-purple colored uber-Grenache completely explodes with a candied violets, mandarin peel and Indian spices perfume, giving way to a core of bursting-ripe red berries—redcurrants, Morello cherries and raspberries—with an undercurrent of earth, earth and more sweet, fragrant earth. The numbers are telling me this is a full-bo
