Bid on this bottle of 2017 Carter "Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard - La BAM" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96JD, 93RP, 92VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "Even better, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras La Bam boasts a saturated purple hue as well as a feral, wild bouquet of earthy tobacco, bouquet garni, dark chocolate, and assorted cassis and currant-like fruits. With a terrific sense of minerality, full-bodied richness and depth, and a balanced, focused, ageworthy style on the palate, it’s going to benefit from 3-5 years of bottle age and evolve gracefully for 20 years. Bid on this magnum of 2017 Next Of Kyn (Sine Qua Non) "Numero Tres" Central Coast Touriga Nacional (1.5L) (98RP, (95-97VN)). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This cuvée comes entirely from the Krankl’s “home” vineyard—the Cumulus vineyard—from a small, one-acre 2008 planting. The 2017 Touriga Nacional Numero Tres is a blend of 80% Touriga Nacional, 8% Petite Sirah, 6% Syrah and 6% Grenache using 44% whole clusters. It spent around 33 months in French oak barrels, 60% new. Very deep garnet-purple, the nose is a little reticent to begin, offering broody tar, new leather and fertile loam suggestions before giving way to come-hither scents of baked black plums, blackberry pie, dark chocolate, candied violets, pencil lead, menthol and dried roses. The first thing that hits you on the decadent, full-bodied palate is the texture—like stroking a kitten in your mouth. Wonderful freshness electrifies the bright, crunchy black fruits, developing into a long-lingering perfumed finish. Stunning! Wh

Bid on this magnum of 2017 Next of Kyn (Sine Qua Non) "Cumulus Vineyard No. 11'' Central Coast Red Blend (1.5L) (97RP, (94-96VN)). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Next of Kyn is the label of Elaine and Manfred Krankl (owners/creators of Sine Qua Non), based entirely on fruit from their home vineyard in Oakville, called Cumulus vineyard. This 2017 vintage is composed of 48% Syrah, 24.8% Grenache, 10.6% Petite Sirah, 12.7% Mourvèdre, 1.7% Roussanne and 2.2% Petit Manseng, using 23% whole clusters. It spent around 32 months in French oak barrels, 68% new. The deep garnet-purple colored 2017 Cumulus Vineyard No. 11 prances out of the glass with fragrant, provocative scents of cinnamon stick, potpourri, dusty soil and pencil shavings over an emerging core of wild blueberries, Morello cherries, baked black plums and mulberries plus a suggestion of incense. Full-bodied, the palate is both voluptuous and elegant, with refreshing acidity and super-plush tannins making this so tempting to drink

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Saxum "Paderewski Vineyard" Paso Robles Red Blend (97VN, 95JD, 94RP, 93WS). Vinous: "Opaque ruby. Powerful, deeply pitched black and blue fruit, candied licorice, violet pastille and fruitcake flavors are braced by a spine of juicy acidity and a hint of smoky minerals. Stains the palate with densely packed cassis, bitter cherry and blueberry flavors that pick up exotic spice, cola and dark chocolate on the back half. This deeply concentrated wine shows remarkable clarity and litheness for its richness and finishes extremely long and spicy, with a resonating floral note and chewy, steadily building tannins. In the glass, the 2017 is racy, open-knit and super-expressive, with striking Franc top notes, the Proprietary Red is gorgeous. I loved it. (AG)" (01/2020)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Mending Wall Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinous: "The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is a bold, powerful wine. Super-ripe dark black cherry, licorice and chocolate all build in the glass. The 2017 is a solid entry-level wine in the range, but there is no getting around the slightly grainy, rough-around-the-edges tannins in this vintage. (AG)" (01/2020)

A bright wisp of cassis shines on the midpalate, enlivening the bold, supple texture. Underlying layers of crushed rock and iron provide a welcome and intriguing minerality that highlights the finish. *Cellar Selection* (VB)" (12/2020)

Bid on this bottle of 2017 Louis Jadot Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Caillerets". From the famed Puligny-Montrachet Les Cailleret 1er cru, "Jadot's Frédéric Barnier is pleased with his 2017 portfolio. It's a good white vintage, he says, neither over nor underripe, and in some instances—as is the norm at this address—malolactic fermentation was blocked to retain additional freshness." (Wine Spectator 01/2019)

It offers a more focused, chiseled, structured style than normal and has beautiful notes of blackcurrants, cassis, dark chocolate, graphite, and ample earthy minerality. It’s a rock star of a wine, yet 4-5 years of bottle age are warranted." (01/2020)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2017 Saxum "Heart Stone Vineyard" Paso Robles Red Blend (97JD, 96VN, 93RP, 93WS). Jeb Dunnuck: "There was a single foudre of the 2017 Heart Stone Vineyard, which checks in as a blend of 50% Syrah, 22% Grenache, 14% Graciano, and the rest Petite Sirah and Touriga Nacional that was mostly destemmed. Showing even better from bottle than barrel, it offers a stunning nose of ripe blueberries, black raspberries, ground pepper, and violets. Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Venge "Bone Ash Vineyard" Calistoga Cabernet Sauvignon (95WE, 92JD). Wine Enthusiast: "This is a 100% varietal and estate-farmed wine, unabashedly rich, ripe and luxurious in approach. Spicy tar and leather lead to an explosive midpalate of wild berry, cocoa powder and graphite, with a tight texture of firm tannins. The opulence doesn't detract from the structure. It will do well in the cellar. *Cellar Selection* (VB)" (05/2020)

Bid on this bottle of 2017 Realm "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD, 94VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "Winemaker Benoit Touquette hit a home run with the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane, which is possibly the wine of the vintage. Based mostly on Cabernet Sauvignon from a magical, first growth site just outside of St. Helena, it reveals a deep purple hue as well as powerful notes of blackcurrant liqueur, chocolate, unsmoked tobacco, and gravelly earth. With its full-bodied richness, sweet tannins, and opulent texture, you’d never guess it came from the 2017 vintage. It’s a remarkable achievement for an incredibly talented team. I suspect it might close down with 2-4 years of bottle age, so I’d either try a bottle immediately on release or do your best to hold off for 7-8 years." (01/2020)
