Bid on this magnum of 2017 Next Of Kyn (Sine Qua Non) "Numero Tres" Central Coast Touriga Nacional (1.5L) (98RP, (95-97VN)). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This cuvée comes entirely from the Krankl’s “home” vineyard—the Cumulus vineyard—from a small, one-acre 2008 planting. The 2017 Touriga Nacional Numero Tres is a blend of 80% Touriga Nacional, 8% Petite Sirah, 6% Syrah and 6% Grenache using 44% whole clusters. It spent around 33 months in French oak barrels, 60% new. This 2017 vintage is composed of 48% Syrah, 24.8% Grenache, 10.6% Petite Sirah, 12.7% Mourvèdre, 1.7% Roussanne and 2.2% Petit Manseng, using 23% whole clusters. It spent around 32 months in French oak barrels, 68% new. The deep garnet-purple colored 2017 Cumulus Vineyard No. 11 prances out of the glass with fragrant, provocative scents of cinnamon stick, potpourri, dusty soil and pencil shavings over an emerging core of wild blueberries, Morello cherries, baked black plums and mulberries plus a suggestion of incense. Full-bodied, the palate is both voluptuous and elegant, with refreshing acidity and super-plush tannins making this so tempting to drink
