Bid on this bottle of 2014 Tyler "Sanford & Benedict Vineyard" Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir.
Starting Bid: $42.00

Bid on this magnum of 2014 Morlet "La Proportion Dorée" Sonoma County White Blend (1.5L) (100RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A perfect wine is the 2014 La Proportion Dorée, a blend of 65% Semillon, 24% Sauvignon Blanc and 1% Muscadelle. This 650-case cuvée is from 29-year-old, dry farmed vines and was barrel-fermented. The wine is absolutely out of this world. With a light greenish gold color and a killer nose of lanolin, caramelized citrus, honeysuckle, orange marmalade and candle wax, the wine displays great acidity, a magnificent, massive, full-bodied mouthfeel, and seems to come across like a Sonoma County version of a dry Haut Brion blanc. This is singular wine - profound, compelling, whatever! It should drink well for at least 10 years, if you can resist its early charms. (RP)" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $305.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 MacDonald Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, (93-96VN), 94DC). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon from MacDonald comes from the To Kalon Vineyard just outside of Oakville. It’s a classic 2014 possessing the purity, elegance, and sheer charm that’s the hallmark of this terrific vintage in the Valley. Crème de cassis, black raspberries, crushed flowers, and incense notes all develop with time in the glass, and while it starts out reticent and lightly textured, it gains incredible depth and length over the evening. This is Napa Valley at its most finesse-driven and elegant, and it’s going to drink beautifully for another two decades." (02/2018)
Starting Bid: $945.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Quilceda Creek "Palengat" Columbia Valley Bordeaux Blend (96RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A blend of 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, the sensational 2014 Palengat Vineyard is loaded with notions of chocolate covered plums, licorice, roasted herbs, and graphite/lead pencil shavings. Up there with the of the top vintages of the cuvee, this full-bodied, rounded and hedonistic 2014 shines in the vintage, has no hard edges, gorgeous purity, and plenty of ripe, sweet tannin. It’s a serious mouthful of a Cabernet and will drink nicely for 10-15 years. (JD)" (06/2017)
Starting Bid: $360.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Scarecrow Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 100JD, 100RP, 96VN, 95WS) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The utterly perfect 2014 Scarecrow Cabernet Sauvignon (1,500 cases) has everything one could possibly want in a Cabernet. Inky purple-colored to the rim, with a glorious nose of white flowers, crème de cassis, hints of blackberry and boysenberry, some licorice and forest floor are followed by an enormously concentrated wine with fabulous purity, a skyscraper-like mid-palate and texture, a length of nearly a minute, and stunning flavors, with flawless integration of acidity, tannin, wood and alcohol. This is a great, great wine and certainly one of the Cabernet Sauvignons of this vintage. (RP)" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $1,455.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2014 Domaine Gérard Julien & Fils Nuits-St-Georges. William Kelley writes of the domaine for Wine Advocate: "Etienne Julien, a sixth-generation winemaker, took the helm at this 10-hectare domaine in 2012, and this was my first visit to his estate. Julien told me that his family's first mise en bouteille took place with the 1947 vintage and that since 1959 the entire production has been bottled at the domaine. Traditionally, the Juliens worked both in Comblanchien's quarry and the vineyards, and Etienne's grandfather was the first Julien to live solely as a winemaker. The domaine expanded in the 1960s, with purchased vineyards in Côte de Nuits-Villages, Aloxe-Corton and Nuits-Saint-Georges, and that continued under Etienne's father who acquired some Echezeaux. Worked soils, cuvaisons of two weeks after a cold soak and a year's élevage in barrel (exclusively from Tonnellerie Cavin) followed by four months in tank before bottling are the rudiments of the approa

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Morlet "Mon Chevalier" Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 95JS, 95VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Mon Chevalier comes from a hillside in Knights Valley and is 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, and the rest Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. It offers sensational notes of crème de cassis, graphite, camphor, and loamy earth characteristics, full body, incredible elegance and purity, and a building sense of minerality on the finish. It’s both powerful and elegant, and already impossible to resist." (06/2018)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Bryant Family "Bettina" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (98JS, 97VN, 94JD, 93RP). James Suckling: "Fabulous blackberries, fresh mushrooms, wet concrete and oyster shells. Full-bodied, dense and wonderfully textured. Fantastic mouthfeel. Great finish. Goes on for minutes." (01/2017)
Starting Bid: $430.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Cos d'Estournel, St-Estèphe (98JS, 97WE, 96VN, 95DC, 95JD, 94RP, 94WS). James Suckling: "If you want to know what St.-Estèphe smells like, this is it. Aromas of spices, black truffles, forest floor, dried strawberries and tar. It’s full-bodied yet pinpointed on the palate with fabulous density and richness. It’s opulent but in a reserved and checked way. This needs at least five or six years to come around, but it’s already fantastic. What harmony and structure. Try in 2022 if you can keep your hands off it!" (02/2017)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Quilceda Creek "Galitzine Vineyard" Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 95VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The finest vintage ever for this cuvee, the utterly spellbinding 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Galitzine Vineyard is 100% Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon that was brought up in new barrels. Slightly deeper and richer than the Columbia Valley Cabernet, its deep ruby/purple color is followed by a smorgasbord of graphite, crushed violets, crushed rocks, cassis and dark chocolate. With incredible richness, ultra-fine tannin, no hard edges and a stacked mid-palate, give this crazy good red 2-3 years of cellaring and enjoy over the following two decades! Bravo to the team at Quilceda! (JD)" (06/2017)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Ridge Vineyards Paso Robles Zinfandel. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The two Zinfandels among the current releases include the 2014 Zinfandel Paso Robles, which comes from the Benito Dusi Ranch. One hundred percent Zinfandel tipping the scales at 14.4%, this straightforward, dark ruby-colored Zinfandel offers briary, spicy, easygoing strawberry and black cherry fruit. It is medium-bodied, cleanly made, and best drunk over the next 4-5 years. (RP)" (08/2016)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Joseph Phelps "Backus" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (96JD, 96RP, (93-96VN)). Vinous: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Backus Vineyard has developed nicely over the last year. Less forbidding than it once was, the 2014 offers lovely depth in the mid-weight style of the year. Cherry compote, raspberry jam, mint and wild flowers grace this super-expressive Cabernet Sauvignon. The aromatics need time to fully develop, but all the elements are nicely balanced. Bid on this bottle of 2014 Caymus "Special Selection" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (91WS, 90WE). Wine Spectator: "Pure and rich, well-centered on melted black licorice, spice, cedar and dark berry flavors. Deep and complex, if short on finesse and grace, ending with musclebound tannins. (JL)" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 12-bottle lot of 2014 Haut Bergey, Pessac-Léognan ((91-93WE), 91WS, 90DC, (89-90JS), 90VN). Wine Enthusiast: "91–93. Barrel Sample. Tight, nervy and textured, this wine is still masking its fruit with upfront toast flavors. It does, however, have great richness at the end that promises good things to come. (RV)" (02/2015)

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2014 Rhys "Alpine Vineyard" Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir (95VN, 94JG, 94RP, 91BH). Vinous: "The 2014 Pinot Noir Alpine Vineyard bristles with energy. Rose petal, mint, white pepper and blood orange give the Alpine its super-appealing aromatic upper register, but there is plenty of depth lurking beneath. Here the flavors are bright and nicely focused, while the richness of the vintage is mostly felt in the dense, potent finish. (AG)" (07/2016)
Starting Bid: $351.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2014 K Vintners "Roma - River Rock Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94WS, 93RP, 93WE, 91VN). Wine Spectator: "Deftly combines refinement with muscle, offering expressive black cherry and crushed stone aromas and deeply structured plum, roasted herb and spice flavors that finish with big, polished tannins. Starting Bid: $185.00

Bid on this magnum of 2014 Rhys "Alpine Vineyard" Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay (1.5L) (94RP, 92JG, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Chardonnay Alpine Vineyard is another terrific white from this team. Offering tons of white fruits, white peach, honeyed apples and a touch of toasty oak, with a saltiness on the finish, it's an impeccably balance, clean, pure Chardonnay that excels on its purity of fruit and elegance. It's beautiful today, but I suspect it will evolve nicely through 2024. (JD)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $130.00

Bid on this 1.5 liter 2-bottle lot of 2014 Rhys "Alpine Vineyard" Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir (1.5L) (95VN, 94JG, 94RP). Vinous: "The 2014 Pinot Noir Alpine Vineyard bristles with energy. Rose petal, mint, white pepper and blood orange give the Alpine its super-appealing aromatic upper register, but there is plenty of depth lurking beneath. Here the flavors are bright and nicely focused, while the richness of the vintage is mostly felt in the dense, potent finish." (07/2016)
Starting Bid: $230.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Varner "Los Alamos Vineyard" Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir. Vinous: "Crushed flowers, sweet tobacco, dried cherries and mint are some of the notes that lift from the 2014 Pinot Noir Los Alamos Vineyard. Distinctly savory and aromatic, the Pinot is a very pretty wine. Ideally, it might have a bit more mid-palate richness to fill out its frame, but nevertheless, this is a strong debut from the Varner brothers. And the price? A steal in the realm of handmade wines. (AG)" (07/2016)
Starting Bid: $30.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Realm "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 98JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "There are 400 cases of the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard, which is 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Petit Verdot. This comes from the backstreets of St. Helena and the site basically looks like a quarry with its extreme gravelly soils. The wine is made from clone 337, which may be my favorite of the Cabernet clones. As I have said before, this is a Mission Haut-Brion on steroids – an incredibly fabulous wine with notes of scorched earth, charcoal embers, blackberry and blueberry fruit, an almost endless mouthfeel with powerful fruit, but elegance as well as purity. A thoroughly flawless and seamless full-bodied wine with 30 years of upside, this is pure perfection. If you have the patience, try to hold off for a couple of years, as this is one of the more structured of the 2014s. (RP)" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $295.00

Bid on this 12-bottle lot of 2014 Vieux Taillefer, St-Emilion (OWC - 91VN, 90JS) in original wood. Vinous: "Succulent red plum, tobacco, mint and dried herbs all flesh out in the glass. Silky tannins and soft contours suggest the 2014 will drink well pretty much upon release. Soft, sensual and inviting, the wine is impeccably balanced from start to finish. I would prefer to drink it over the next decade, give or take. (AG)" (02/2017)
Starting Bid: $720.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Domaine Roulot Meursault 1er Cru "Clos des Bouchères" ((93-94JG), 93VN). John Gilman: "The 2014 Clos des Bouchères had only been filtered the day before my visit, but it seemed relatively unaffected and its quality was pretty self-evident. The nose wafts from the glass in a very elegant blend of lime blossoms, chalky minerality, pear, apple, almond, a touch of iodine and a touch of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and nicely soil-driven in personality, with a good core, fine focus and grip and impressive energy on the long finish. Structurally, this seemed just a touch laid back, but I have to believe that is a result of its filtration." (03/2016)
Starting Bid: $265.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Justin "Isosceles" Paso Robles Bordeaux Blend (93WE, 93WS). Wine Enthusiast: "This flagship bottling is still a whopper of a wine. This vintage, a blend of 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 12% Merlot, offers barely ripe black cherry, green peppercorn and charred fennel on the nose. The palate is loaded with both savory and ripe flavors, from roasted black plums and charred beef to oregano and dill. Very complex and chalky in texture. (MK)" (04/2018)
Starting Bid: $105.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Kongsgaard "The Judge" Napa Valley Chardonnay (98RP, 96WS, 95VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Chardonnay The Judge (275 cases) emerges from his best parcel, which was planted in 1976 and 1990 on St. George rootstock in rocky, malnourished soils that rarely give up more than one ton of fruit per acre. This is a fabulous Chardonnay, and certainly one of the Chardonnays of the vintage. Rocky minerality intermixed with lemon custard, orange blossom, pineapple and white peach are all present in this big, complex, sensational Chardonnay to drink over the next decade or more. (RP)" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2014 Dominus Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (OWC - 98JS, 97JD, 97RP, 96VN, 95DC, 94WE) in original wood. James Suckling: "Loads of dark tobacco aromas with blackcurrants and black olives. Boysenberries, too. Full to medium body, ultra-fine tannins and lots of flavors of smoke, dried roasted chillis, black truffles, mushrooms and fruit. Bright acidity on the finish. Sexy and subtle austerity. Alluring. *Top 100 of 2017*" (01/2017)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Schrader "Boars' View" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (OWC - 94RP, 94WS, 93JS) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The production of the Pinot Noir is much higher. The 2014 Pinot Noir was aged 11 months in 60% new French oak after 100% destemming and a cold soak prior to fermentation. It offers up deep, dark raspberry fruit along with black cherry, forest floor, clove and cinnamon. There is plenty of spice, a medium to full body, outstanding ripeness, purity and overall balance. Drink it over the next 10-12 years. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Reynvaan "Stonessence" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (96RP, 93WS, 91WE, 90VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Syrah Stonessence checks in as 100% Syrah that's all from the In The Rocks Vineyard in the rocks region of Walla Walla. Notes of blackberries, blueberries, crushed violets and peppery herbs all emerge from this tight, backward, concentrated Syrah that has thrilling purity. With air, it shows a touch more meat and game, but it desperately needs 2-3 years of cellaring and will keep for a decade or more after that. It’s a killer bottle of wine! (JD) 96+" (06/2007)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Aubert "CIX" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (99RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Lastly, the virtually perfect 2014 Chardonnay Cix Estate, planted with a Montrachet clone on Goldridge soils, again exhibits amazing intensity, notes of wet gravel interwoven with apple blossom, caramelized citrus, apricot, white peach and honeysuckle. It is full-bodied, multidimensional and a profound glass of Chardonnay. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $115.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Odette Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon (95JD, 95RP, 93VN, 92JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, and the rest Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. The wine has terrific aromatics of graphite, spring flowers, and some blackberry and blueberry fruit. Full-bodied, elegant, but also substantial and long, this is super-impressive, rich wine can be approached now or cellared for 20 or more years. (RP)" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2014 Casas del Bosque Cabernet Sauvignon Grand Reserva Maipo Valley.
Starting Bid: $77.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Promontory Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (OWC - 100VN, 99JS, 99RP, 98JD) in original wood. Vinous: "I knew it was only a matter of time before Davide Cilli would make a wine at Promontory that would represent the maximum expression of this rugged hillside site. The 2014 Promontory has been exceptional in the past, but it has also gained another gear or two over the last year, which is pretty much now standard for these wines. Stunningly delineated and precise, with tremendous purity and exceptional balance, the 2014 Promontory dazzles from start to finish. This is an especially translucent style, one that is more about persistence and balance than power alone. Stated simply, the 2014 Promontory is towering achievement from one of Napa Valley's most talented young winemakers. Kudos to the Harlan family and the winegrowing team led by Bob Levy and Cory Empting for creating the framework that allowed Cilli to craft this exquisite, riveting Cabernet Sauvignon.
Starting Bid: $1,629.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Cayuse "Bionic Frog" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (100RP, 99JS, 96DC, 95VN, 94WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Always one of the most unique in the lineup, the 2014 Syrah Bionic Frog is phenomenal stuff any way you look at it. Cold fireplace, charred meat, tapenade, shiitake and loads of dark, earthy fruit all emerge from this full-bodied, tight, backward and beautifully concentrated Syrah that readers just need to taste. Incredibly long, elegant, building and heavenly juicy, don't miss a chance to get some of this! It needs 3-5 years of cellaring and is going to blow you away over the following two decades. (JD)" (06/2017)
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Bryant Family Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100JS, 99VN, 97JD, 97RP). James Suckling: "Aromatic and vivid with blackberries, fresh mushrooms, blackcurrants and flowers. Full-bodied, firm and very silky. Tightly wound ball of silk. Extremely long and linear. Fine-grained. Lasts for minutes. Reminiscent of the great Napa reds of the 1950s and 1960s. Best to taste in 2025 but superb now. Greatest Bryant ever. *Top 100 of 2017*" (01/2017)
Starting Bid: $320.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Outpost "True Vineyard" Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The limited-production 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon True Vineyard (475 cases) is also 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 20 months in 90% new French oak. This is an amazing 2014 and one of the few perfect wines that I could find while tasting at the top addresses in Northern California. Blue/purple in color, with extraordinarily intense floral notes intermixed with blueberry, blackberry, crushed charcoal and camphor, the wine hits the palate with a spectacular display of glycerin, fruit, sweet tannin, adequate acidity, and wonderful equilibrium and purity. The finish was close to a minute. This wine is irresistible, although it is certainly capable of lasting three decades or more. Kudos to the Dotzlers and Thomas Rivers Brown for this magnificent achievement! (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $225.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Rhys "Bearwallow Vineyard" Anderson Valley Pinot Noir (94RP, 93JG, 92VN, 90BH). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Pinot Noir Bearwallow Vineyard is a solid step up over the Anderson Valley release and has more tension, elegance and precision. Offering up classic notes of strawberries, spice, black cherries and a touch of sous bois, it has medium to full-bodied richness, terrific purity of fruit and integrated acidity. Give bottles a year or two and drink through 2026. While the majority of 2014s are charming and supple, that’s certainly not the case with these latest releases from Kevin Harvey. I found all of his 2014s to be concentrated, structured wines that defy the vintage stereotype. While it's going to be great to follow the 2014s, 2013s and 2012s over the coming decade or more, I suspect when all is said and done, the 2014s will be the best of the three. (JD)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Bodegas El Nido "El Nido" Jumilla (95VN, 93JS, 92RP, 92WS). Vinous: "Dark, bright-rimmed purple. A powerfully scented, deeply complex bouquet evokes mineral-accented boysenberry, cherry preserve, licorice, exotic spice and vanilla aromas that expand slowly with air. Stains the palate with sweet, deeply concentrated black/blue fruit, spicecake, mocha and candied violet flavors that show a surprisingly graceful touch for their heft. Velvety, steadily mounting tannins lend gentle grip to a broad, smoky finish that hangs on with superb, spice-driven tenacity. (aged in new French and American oak barrels for two years) (JR)" (04/2019)
Starting Bid: $105.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Abreu "Rothwell Hyde" St. Helena Bordeaux Blend (94RP, 93JD, 93VN, 92DC). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2014 Rothwell Hyde Proprietary Red has a very classic nose of cassis, black plums and black cherries with hints of unsmoked cigars, pencil shavings, camphor and underbrush with a waft of bay leaves. The full-bodied palate is lively, velvety, generous and packed with fruit, finishing long and spicy. (LPB)" (10/2018)

Bid on this 3-magnum lot of 2014 Le Clos du Caillou "Les Quartz" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (1.5L) ((92-94VN), 93RP, 92JD). Vinous: "Brilliant ruby-red. Deep-pitched aromas of ripe red and blue fruits, along with hints of licorice, floral pastilles and white pepper. Broad, palate-caressing blueberry and bitter cherry flavors become sweeter and livelier as the wine opens up, showing very good energy and back-end punch. Finishes sweet, smoky and very long, featuring slow-building tannins and an echo of sappy dark fruit. (JR)" (04/2016)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Aubert "Lauren Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (99RP, 98JD, 97VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Flirting with perfection is the 2014 Chardonnay Lauren Estate, from 16-year-old vines, which offers great extract, richness, and plenty of honeysuckle, tropical fruit and citrus oil. The wine, showing its concentration because of the drought year, should easily last 12-15 years. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $460.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2014 Schrader Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Horizontal (OWC) (OWC), including 2-bottles of 2014 Schrader "Beckstoffer Las Piedras - LPV" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 97JS), 1-bottle of 2014 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon - CCS" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 96JS, 95WS), 2-bottles of 2014 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon - RBS" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96JS, 96RP, 94WS), and 1-bottle of 2014 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon - T6" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 95JS, 94WS). Of the 2014 Schrader "Beckstoffer Las Piedras - LPV" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon LPV is from clone 337 from the Las Piedras Vineyard in St. Helena. This shows Mission Haut-Brion-like characteristics as it has in the past, with crushed rock, wet gravel, scorched earth, blackberry and blueberry fruit. It is clearly one of my favorites of this entire tasting. It has 14.5% natural alcohol and was a

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Sine Qua Non "Light Motif" Central Coast Proprietary White Blend (97RP, 95JD, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Starting with the whites and a rich, thrillingly concentrated and unctuous wine from Manfred, the 2014 White Wine Lightmotif is made from 47% Roussanne, 21% Chardonnay, 14% Petite Manseng, 11% Viognier and 7% Marsanne that spent 19 months in a combination of concrete eggs, new French oak, neutral barrels and a tiny portion in stainless steel. Coming from close to equal parts Eleven Confessions, Cumulus and Bien Nacido vineyards, this beauty sports a medium gold color to go with a rich, layered profile that carries tons of ripe peach, honeycomb, pineapple, flowers and citrus. Pure, elegant and silky on the palate, with full-bodied richness, it never puts a foot wrong, is ethereally textured and has a great finish. Drink it anytime over the coming decade. (JD)" (08/2016)
