Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Araujo "Eisele Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 98RP, 97JS, 95ST, 94WS) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Araujo’s 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Eisele Vineyard is a picture perfect example of the year. Vibrant, precise and beautifully chiseled, the 2010 boasts serious depth and concentration. The aromas and flavors are incredibly vivid in this textured, dazzling Cabernet Sauvignon. Hints of dark blue and black fruit, mocha, espresso and grilled herbs flesh out on the huge finish. Today the 2010 is unusually open, but it is almost certain to shut down in bottle over the next 6-12 months. The 2010 is a super-classic Eisele Cabernet Sauvignon from Araujo. (AG)" (12/2012)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2010 Domaine Arlaud Chambolle-Musigny.
Starting Bid: $220.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Robert Mondavi "To Kalon" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon. The To-Kalon vineyard is indisputably one of the "first growth" sites in Napa Valley. It's no surprise that Robert Mondavi chose this benchland terroir in west Oakville the home of his new winery in 1966. This was a special bottling available only by visiting the winery.
Starting Bid: $450.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Hundred Acre "Ark Vineyard" Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP, 95ST, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Ark Vineyard is medium to deep garnet in color and delivers a beautiful nose of kirsch, red currants and blackberries complementing the fragrant core of cassis, tilled soil, red roses and black tea. The palate is full and firm with lovely vivacity and loads of mineral sparks, finishing long with expressive black truffles and sauteed herbs layers. (LPB)" (12/2018)
Starting Bid: $580.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2010 Araujo "Eisele" Napa Valley Syrah (96RP, 95WS, 92ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Another standout, the 2010 Syrah Eisele Vineyard is drop-dead gorgeous. A bevy of black olives and plums burst from the glass in an explosive wine loaded with varietal nuance and sheer power. The cooler vintage brought out the best. This is a marvelous, totally compelling wine endowed with massive concentration and depth. The addition of 3% Viognier and a small amount of stems add complexity. Black fruit, tobacco, savory herbs, licorice and menthol are layered into the brooding finish. (AG)" (12/2012)
Starting Bid: $340.00

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Colgin "Cariad" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100RP, 97VN, 95JS, 95ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2010 Proprietary Red Cariad reveals great intensity along with abundant notes of unsmoked tobacco leaf interwoven with blueberry, blackberry and cassis fruit, charcoal and coffee bean nuances as well as a Pauillac-like lead pencil shaving character ... one of the finest wines I tasted over the 12 days I spent tasting in Napa Valley in late August and early September. (RP)" (10/2013)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Biondi-Santi (Tenuta Greppo) Brunello di Montalcino (96VN, 96WE, 95JS, 95RP, 93WS). Vinous: "Biondi Santi’s 2010 Brunello di Montalcino is one of the more controversial wines of the night. Some tasters admire the wine’s classical austerity and potential, but for others the wine is too tight to deliver real pleasure. There is little question the Biondi Santi needs time, but it is in my view impressive on this night, even if it is not as sexy as many other wines. (AG)" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $279.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2010 Galardi "Terra di Lavoro" Roccamonfina (98JS, 97VN, 95RP, 93WS, 91WE). James Suckling: "A unique wine with iodine, red seaweed, mineral and dried fruits with hints of figs. Balsamic. You can feel the warmth of the volcanic soil. Full body with soft and silky tannins. Stylish and characterful. Better in a year or two. You need to try this." (01/2014)
Starting Bid: $220.00

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Angélus, St-Émilion (99DC, 99JS, 99RP, 98VN, 97WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The deep garnet colored 2010 Angélus is an atomic bomb of powerful fruit scents from the moment the cork is pulled! Boysenberries, stewed plums, blackcurrant cordial and black raspberries all burst from the glass, followed up by nuances of tar, star anise, mocha and unsmoked cigars plus a waft of camphor. The big, rich, full-bodied palate is built like a brick house, featuring super firm, ripe, grainy tannins and tons of freshness to support the taut, muscular black fruits, finishing very long and savory. It's starting to enter its drinking window, but based on this tasting, I would recommend waiting another 3-5 years before broaching and then drinking it over the next 40+ years. (LPB) 99+" (10/2020)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Abreu "Rothwell Hyde" St. Helena Bordeaux Blend (94RP, 94VN). Vinous: "Perhaps the greatest compliment I can pay the 2010 Rothwell Hyde, Abreu's rarely seen second wine, is that Brad Grimes served it last in our tasting and it more than held it's own. Sure, there is plenty of vintage 2010 pedigree, along with the typical Abreu textural richness, but it is the wine's overall balance that leaves the most lasting impression. Rothwell Hyde is made from a selection of the wines that don't go into the four main labels and is sold mostly through the mailing list and in a few select restaurants. If you see the 2010, grab it. (AG)" (12/2014)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2010 Ridge Vineyards "Jimsomare" Late Harvest Santa Cruz Mountains Zinfandel. From the winery: "Since the late 1960s, Ridge has made small quantities—ranging from five to seventeen barrels—of wine from this nineteenth-century vineyard. A number of you are familiar with our Jimsomare Zinfandel. The vines were planted by Alsatian Pierre Klein, a San Francisco restaurateur. While famous for his Bordeaux-varietal wines, which won gold medals at the Paris Exposition of 1900, it was his zinfandel plantings that survived Prohibition and the Depression. In 1936, San Francisco's Schwabacher family purchased Klein's Mira Valle property, re-naming it "Jimsomare," for James (father and son), Sophie (wife and mother), and Marie Louise (daughter). In 1966, vineyard manager Elmano Homem pruned the long-neglected vines, and brought the vineyard back to life. Ridge first harvested the zinfandel in 1968. We shared in replanting the cabernet vineyards adding some chardonnay ac

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2010 d'Arenberg "d'Arry's Original" Shiraz Grenache McLaren Vale South Australia (91JH, 91ST, 91WE). Wine Enthusiast: "A terrific value, this 50-50 blend displays gentle oaking and a hint of warm asphalt, just enough to highlight the wine's plum and black cherry fruit. It's full bodied and features a long finish, outlined by wonderfully fine, dusty tannins. Drink now-2018."

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2010 Ridge Vineyards "Lytton Springs" Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel (95CG, 93RP, 93ST). Connoisseurs Guide: "Rich, ripe and refined, Ridge's Lytton Springs bottling is once again a showcase for complex yet wonderfully mannerly winemaking. There is fullness in the body and balance at every stop making for a firm yet alluring palatal impression even at the wine's tender age. Its deep berry and spice flavors are lifted further by a dollop of creamy, somewhat vanillin-scented oak, and the wine's tannins, while somewhat elevated by the underlying acidity are no more than one would want to find in a wine that will lie down for a half decade and more while it achieves its comfortable majority. *Three Stars*" (01/2013)
Starting Bid: $155.00

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Harlan Estate Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100JS, 100VN, 98RP, 98ST, 96WS). Vinous: "The 2010 Harlan Estate is a total head-turner. Powerful, dense and exotically ripe – as so many wines are in this vintage – the 2010 dazzles with magnificent intensity. Baritone inflections run through the black cherry, graphite, smoke, tar and licorice flavors. Heat spikes at the end of what was generally a cold growing season yielded wines that bring together structure and fruit density. (AG)" (09/2017)
Starting Bid: $675.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Pian dell'Orino "Bassolino di Sopra" Brunello di Montalcino (100RP, 97VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2010 Brunello di Montalcino Bassolino di Sopra is the equivalent of the estate's Riserva. Only 3,000 bottles were made and the wine was not produced in 2009 or 2008. Nor will it be made in 2011 or 2013. Future editions are 2012 and 2015. Bassolino di Sopra is silky and smooth, but it also has a fine textural fabric that gives the wine an enormous sense of tactile intensity in terms of mouthfeel. This is a magnificent achievement with an extreme sense of purity and freshness that is elegant and streamlined. The bouquet reveals slight and miniature shifts in its evolution that keep your curiosity as you contemplate the wine in the glass. Wild berry is followed by a steady stream of balsam herb, cola, crushed oyster shell and delicate floral tones. The vineyards are located between 330 and 370 meters above sea level with limestone deposits and red

Bid on this magnum of 2010 Col d'Orcia Brunello di Montalcino (1.5L) (93WS, 92WE, 91DC). Wine Spectator: "This smells like beef bouillon, picking up pure cherry and plum fruit on the palate, along with savory elements. Lean, with well-integrated tannins and a long, meaty finish of tobacco and earth. (BS)" (06/2015)
Starting Bid: $105.00

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Domaine Tortochot Clos Vougeot Grand Cru (92BH). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "An adroit but not invisible hint of wood does not unduly diminish the purity of the reserved, cool and again airy spicy red berry fruit and warm earth aromas. The medium weight plus flavors are brooding and quite firmly structured with good mid-palate concentration and fine length on the youthfully austere, balanced and impressively persistent finish." (01/2013)
Starting Bid: $92.00

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Harlan "The Maiden" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (94JS, 94VN, 93ST, 92RP, 90DC). Vinous: "The 2010 The Maiden is fabulous. Dark red cherries, lavender, menthol and spices all flesh out in the glass. A textured, inviting wine, the 2010 wraps around the palate with striking depth and purity. Silky tannins add a measure of finesse, but in the end, the 2010 is a wine to enjoy for its forward fruit and juicy, extroverted personality. What a gorgeous wine this is. The 2010 captures the essence of Harlan Estate to the core. It is a fabulous Maiden. (AG)" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $165.00

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Peter Michael "Les Pavots" Knights Valley Bordeaux Blend (98JS, 95RP, 95ST, 93VN, 91WS). James Suckling: "Superb nose of sweet tobacco, dark fruits, iron, rust, strawberry and chocolate. Fresh mint. Pine nuts. Full body with incredible structure. It is tightly knit with dense ball of fruit and ripe tannins. Goes on for minutes. This needs time to come together in bottle but fascinating. Chanel No 5 in a bottle." (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $213.00

Bid on this bottle of 2010 No Girls "La Paciencia Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Grenache (94RP, 93WE, 92WS, 90ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Showing the house style, which is generally more finesse driven than the wines of Cayuse, the 2010 Grenache La Paciencia Vineyard is a gorgeously complex, elegant effort that has both richness and freshness. A 100% Grenache that sees no new oak whatsoever, it possesses exotic aromas and flavors of lavender, olive, river rock and spiced meats that are all grounded by a sweet core of black cherry-like fruit. Medium to full-bodied, transparent and supple, with a deft, seamless texture, juicy acidity and outstanding length, this beautifully done 2010 will drink well for 7-8 years. (JD)" (06/2013)
Starting Bid: $90.88

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Saxum "James Berry Vineyard" Paso Robles Rhône Blend (97JD, 96RP, 96VN, 94ST, 94WS). Jeb Dunnuck: "Sporting a vibrant ruby, semi-opaque color, the 2010 Saxum James Berry Vineyard is the most tight, backwards version of this cuvee that I can recall. A blend of 52% Grenache, 26% Mourvedre, and 22% Syrah, it has a decidedly savory bouquet of blackberry liqueur, kirsch, violets, bouquet garni, ground pepper, and graphite. Full-bodied and layered on the palate, with brilliant mid-palate concentration, superb freshness, and masses of tannin, this brilliant Rhône blend from Paso Robles will stand toe to toe with the best wines out there, but it is not for those seeking instant gratification and will require 4-5 years of bottle age. In 2010, the Grenache component was aged in a combination of concrete tank and oak puncheons, and this change shows in both the aromatics and texture, with less obvious sweetness and more freshness. It will evolve gracefully for two

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Joseph Phelps "Insignia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (97WE, 95RP, 95VN, 94CG, 94ST, 94WS, 93JS). Wine Enthusiast: "This is, as always, a gorgeous wine, rich, balanced and delicious. It shows classic Napa Valley ripeness, with blackberry jam, plum, dark chocolate and sweet oak flavors. Plush and velvety doesn’t begin to do it justice. Despite its fabulous lushness, this is a wine to age. Depending on your taste, it will provide excellence from now until 2030. *Cellar Selection* " (12/2013)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2010 Domaine Guiberteau "Clos de Carmes" Saumur Blanc.
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 96VN, 95DC, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Rich, backwards, structured and massively concentrated, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon comes mostly from the Champoux Vineyard (also from Galitzine, Klipsun, Palengat and Tapteil) and is comprised of 99% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Merlot that spent 22 months in all new French oak. Offering up plenty of creme de cassis, coffee bean, toasted spice, pencil shavings and violet-like qualities on the nose, it has palate staining levels of extract and tannin that come through on the mid-palate and finish. Gorgeously full-bodied, layered and textured, with perfect balance... (JD) 98+" (06/2013)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Kistler "Cuvée Catherine - Occidental Station" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (95ST, 94RP, 92WS). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Saturated ruby. Expansive, highly perfumed scents of raspberry and boysenberry preserves, cherry-cola and potpourri, plus a bright mineral note and a touch of allspice. Stains the palate with dark berry and exotic spice flavors, with smoky minerality adding lift and precision. Blends depth and vivacity smoothly and finishes with outstanding clarity and lingering sweetness. This sexy, deeply flavored wine is surprisingly approachable right now. (ST)" (06/2013)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Kistler "Cuvée Natalie - Silver Belt" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (94ST, 92RP, 90WS). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Deep ruby. Mineral-accented red berry and cherry aromas are complemented by hints of fresh rose and anise. Focused and energetic on entry, then deeper in the middle, offering spicy redcurrant and bitter cherry flavors and showing excellent mineral spine. Finishes with impressive clarity and cut and lingering smoky mineral and floral notes. (ST)" (06/2013)

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2010 Argiano Brunello di Montalcino (98JS, 95IWR, 95RP, 94VN, 93WS, 92WE, 91W&S). James Suckling: "An unforgiving and powerfully structured wine with fabulous grilled meat and granite stone character with dried berry and flower petal. Full body, chewy and intense. Great structure and extremely long and intense. Sexy austerity. Gets the juices going. Best ever from here. Reminds me of the great Argianos of the 1970s but now! Better in 2017 or 2018. " (12/2014)

Bid on this magnum of 2010 Troplong Mondot, St-Émilion (1.5L) (98RP, 94VN, 91DC). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet in color, the 2010 Troplong Mondot explodes with beautiful floral notes of red roses and candied violets over a core of plum preserves, kirsch and blueberry pie with a waft of bouquet garni. Full-bodied, rich and decadently fruited, it has bags of plush tannins and just enough freshness, finishing very long and sinfully hedonic. (LPB)" (03/2020)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Dalla Valle "Collina" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (93VN). Vinous: "The 2010 Collina della Valle is a beautiful example of this great hillside Oakville estate. Sweet, layered and impeccable, the 2010 Collina dalla Valle blossoms in the glass with gorgeous depth and layers of deely spiced dark red fruit. Rose petals, cinnamon and a hint of iron linger on the polished finish. There aren't too many Napa Valley second wines that deliver so much pure personality and class. This is without question one of the best wines in its price range. Readers who can find the 2010 should not hesitate, it is fabulous. The 2010 is 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot, most from young vines. This is a perfect example of what a second wine should be. All the elements of the estate are in the glass, but in miniature. (AG)" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $130.00

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Hundred Acre "Kayli Morgan" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP, 96VN, 93WS). Vinous: "Bright ruby-red. Multidimensional nose combines black raspberry, blackberry, menthol, licorice, lavender and mint, complicated by truffle and sexy oak notes and a whiff of citrus fruit. Tactile, densely packed and savory, communicating a powerful mineral salinity, like wet earth after a rain, but also compelling sweetness. Penetrating and sharply delineated but still extremely backward. Finishes firmly tannic, fresh and long, with a whiplash of flavor and terrific lift. Remarkable wine in the making--and likely to be long-lived. (ST) 96+" (06/2016)
Starting Bid: $245.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2010 Talbot, St-Julien ((92-94JS), 94RP, 93WE, 91ST, 91WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "One of the best Talbots over recent years, and possibly the best since the 1986 and 1982, this sexy juggernaut of a wine struts forth with an opaque plum/ruby/purple color and terrific notes of creme de cassis, licorice, roasted herbs and smoky barbecue. It is a brilliant effort, with full body, wonderful fruit, a savory, expansive mouthfeel, sensational texture and a long finish, but no hardness or astringency. This is a fabulous Talbot to drink over the next 20-25 years. (RP)" (02/2013)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Checkerboard "Checkerboard" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This small, 12-acre, boutique operation on the south side of Diamond Mountain debuted in 2006 (awarded 91 points in last year’s report). Approximately 350 cases of this wine made by well-known consultant Martha McClellen are produced. (RP)" (12/2010)

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2010 Domaine Louis Jadot Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru (OWC - (93-95BH), (93-95ST), (92-94RP)) in original wood. Allen Meadows - Burghound: "An elegant and distinctly cool and restrained nose features a pretty array of floral and stone notes on the wonderfully complex and layered red berry fruit and plum aromas. The same sense of refinement inculcates the intense and highly energetic medium-bodied flavors that culminate in a penetratingly mineral-driven and explosively long finish. The hallmark youthful austerity is present in spades and this enjoys one of the longest finishes of the entire range. In sum, this is most impressive in a decidedly understated fashion." (04/2012)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Domaine Grand Veneur Châteauneuf-du-Pape Vieilles Vignes (100RP, 99JD, 95VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A monumental effort meriting a perfect score, the super-rich 2010 Châteauneuf du Pape Vieilles Vignes is a 4,000-bottle blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah from 55- to 105-year-old vines and was aged for 18 months in small oak. The wine offers majestic blackberry and cassis fruit intermixed with kirsch, licorice and subtle Provençal herbs in the background. It is akin to chewing meat in the mouth given its viscosity and thickness. This utterly amazing wine comes close to being over the top, but it pulls back just in time. A massive Chateauneuf du Pape (even for a 2010), it needs 5-6 years of cellaring and should age effortlessly for 25-30 years. Bravo! (RP)" (10/2012)

Of the 2010 Blackbird "Contrarian" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend,Wine Enthusiast writes: " So soft and dense in richness, this is easy to enjoy now. But you really want to restrain that impulse and give it some time in the cellar. Blended from roughly equal parts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, it's dry and tannic, but with a molten core of blackberries, cherries, blueberries, anise and sweet new oak. Very fine, very elaborate and complex. *Cellar Selection*" (08/2013)
