2007 Domaine Comte de Vogüé Bourgogne Blanc
Bid on this bottle of 2007 Domaine Comte de Vogüé Bourgogne Blanc (91BH). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "A pretty nose of primarily wet stone and white floral aromas introduces intense, mineral-driven and beautifully well-delineated flavors that culminate in a driving, bone dry and overtly austere finish that delivers excellent complexity. As it always is, this offers a peculiar taste profile that is unique in that it is not at all like the Côte de Beaune grands crus but rather like a cross between Corton-Charlemagne and a great Chablis. This is sufficiently austere that it will not be to everyone's taste but I quite like it. I would further note that the vines appear to be arriving at a sufficient age where the resulting wine is again of serious quality." (07/2012)

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Elio Grasso "Runcot" Barolo Riserva (98JS, 96VN, 95RP, 93WS, 90ST). James Suckling: "This shows amazing purity of fruit, with strawberries, flowers and cherries. Full-bodied, with superb tannins and fruit that goes on for minutes. It was aged for 45 months in 100 per cent new French oak barrels and you don't even sense any wood. Greatest wine ever made here? 6,000 bottles. Better in 2017." (11/2013)

2007 Domaine du Pégaü "Cuvée Réservée" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (1.5L)
Bid on this magnum of 2007 Domaine du Pégaü "Cuvée Réservée" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (1.5L) (96JD, 95RP, 95WS, 94VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "Beautifully rich and meaty, yet with a structured edge, the 2007 Domaine du Pégaü Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Réservée delivers a textbook Pégaü profile with smoked plums, beef blood, roasted garrigue, lavender, and iron like qualities literally souring from the glass. Full bodied and focused on the palate, with edgy underlying structure, thrilling fruit, and a broad, chewy mid-palate and finish, this brilliant Châteauneuf-du-Pape took the better part of the evening to open up, and was even better on the second day. While delicious now, it will be even better in 3-5 years." (03/2012)

Bid on this magnum of 2007 Turley "Cedarman" Howell Mountain Zinfandel (1.5L). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Good deep ruby. High-toned, porty aromas of black cherry and Valrhona chocolate. Dense and thick, with lush, sweet flavors of black cherry and violet. The porty quality carries through onto the palate. Not complex but boasts a rather suave texture. (ST)" (06/2009)

Bid on this magnum of 2007 Domaine de la Mordorée "Reine des Bois" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (1.5L) (97RP, (93-96ST), 96WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Reminding me of the 2003, yet with even more polished and sweetness to its tannin, the 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee de la Reine des Bois offers a full-bodied, ripe, sexy style to go with pedal-to-the-metal notes of black currants, roasted herbs, licorice and toasted spices. Coming from the La Crau lieu-dit and aged in 30% new barrels and the balance in stainless steel, it’s just now entering its prime drink window and will keep for another 10-15 years. (JD)" (02/2017)

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape (96JD, 96RP, 96WS, 94ST, 94W&S, 93WE). Wine Spectator: "This extremely dense red delivers layers of melted fig, mulled boysenberry and black currant fruit, all laced with notes of charred mesquite, hoisin sauce and Kenya AA coffee. The long, silky mouthfeel belies the latent power in reserve and there's a lot of it, with waves of grip driving the finish. *Collectibles* (JM)" (12/2009)

2007 Cayuse "Armada Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah
Bid on this bottle of 2007 Cayuse "Armada Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (99RP, 97JS, 97WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Syrah Armada Vineyard is simultaneously one of the most youthful wines in this tasting and also the most complete, unfurling in the glass with a savory bouquet of black truffle, bitter chocolate, cassis and other dark fruits. On the palate, the wine is both more expansive and more incisive than the 2008, its lavish, textural attack segueing into a deep, stony and layered mid-palate. The finish is sapid, even saline and very long. Aged in demi-muids, one of which is new, the 2007 finished up with 14.2% alcohol. Baron is planning to release a small tranche of library wines this June, so members of the Cayuse mailing list shouldn't hesitate to snap up a few bottles if they can. (WK)" (06/2018)

Perfumed with fresh mushrooms, currants, and blackberries. Full bodied with an amazing density of fruit, and ripe velvety tannins. So big and compacted, with a superb structure. Very 2006 in style but with much more intensity. The fruit amazing and intense. Leave this for another five or six years." (04/2011)

2007 Domaine Comte de Vogüé Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine Comte de Vogüé Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru (92BH, 92RP, 91ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Cocoa powder-dusted ripe black raspberry mingles with dark forest floor elements; roasted, subtly caramelized potato skins; and bloody red meat in the fascinating de Vogue 2007 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru. Caressing, rounded richness and sheer generosity characteristic for the entire vintage collection at this address by no means precludes admirable buoyancy and intriguing as well as enticing persistence that compels the next sniff and sip. This should be well worth following for at least 6-8 years, and will in that course of time doubtless more obviously distance itself from the corresponding village-level bottling. But while I may underestimate its longevity, it would I think be a shame if one waited to embrace this Pinot until the youthful bloom was not longer in its cheeks. (DS)" (06/2010)

The nose just pops out. Intense. Full body, with a round and velvety tannin structure and lots of currants, ripe strawberries. Very intense every. Black pepper at the finish. Muscular yet toned. Very structured yet balanced. This needs a minimum of four to five years of aging. Paul Draper says that perhaps this is as great as the legendary 1991. Made for aging." (05/2012)

2007 Antinori "Tignanello" Toscana
Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2007 Antinori "Tignanello" Toscana (95RP, 95VN, 94WE, 92WS, 91ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Tignanello is ripe with promise for the future. The wine has just started its evolutionary track with aromas of blackcurrant, dried blackberry and cherry. This was a warm but balanced vintage that shows beautiful results today and exceeds my already high expectations. There is a steady thickness and determination to the wine that carries it forward. This was the last vintage made in the Tignanello winery before the structure saw a major overhaul. Given the staying power of this historic wine, I feel that this vintage will hold easily for another 20 years or more. (ML)" (10/2015)

2007 Spottswoode "Family Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Spottswoode "Family Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 98JS, 94DC, 94VN, 94W&S). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "In 2007, there was another small crop with only 1,700+ cases produced, from a blend of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc. An absolutely staggering nose of blueberries, white flowers, crème de cassis, licorice and graphite is followed by a full-bodied, opulent, multidimensional wine that is seamless. Incredible fruit intensity, purity and depth of character make this one of the great, great classics in the Spottswoode lineup. This wine can be approached now, but it is nowhere near full maturity, and should evolve for at least another 30-40+ years. Owners of this vintage have liquid gold in their cellars. (RP)" (08/2016)

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Pride Mountain "Reserve" Sonoma-Napa Counties Claret (95CG, 95RP, 94WS, 93ST, 93VN, 93WE, 92JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Its opaque purple color is followed by a beautiful flowery nose revealing notions of blueberry pie, blackberries, cassis and a hint of vanillin in the background. An opulent, full-bodied red with great depth, purity and richness, it is a blend of 82% Sonoma fruit and 18% Napa fruit. The texture is like a skyscraper and the wine is plush, opulent and ideal for drinking over the next 10-15 years. This brilliant estate, whose vineyards straddle the Napa/Sonoma county line at the top of Spring Mountain, continues to turn out a bevy of exciting wines that first made headlines when Bob Foley was the winemaker. The transition from Foley to the current winemaker, Sally Johnson, has gone flawlessly. (RP) 95+" (12/2010)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2007 Clos Saint-Jean "La Combe des Fous" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (100RP, 96WS, 95ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "On another level, the 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape Combe des Fous is a monumental bottle of wine that-s hardly budged since I first tasted it on release. Giving up heavenly aromas and flavors of black raspberries, cassis, incense, cured meats and exotic spices, this incredible effort flows onto the palate with a layered, impeccably balanced profile that carries massive concentration, polished tannin and a crazy length. Despite searching for something to be critical of, I came up empty. (JD)" (08/2014)

Dark Morello cherries, licorice, leather and spices are some of the notes that develop as this racy wine struts its stuff. Subtle floral notes round out the finish. (AG) " (12/2011)

Evolves to tar and asphalt. Really held back, yet powerful grip slaps you. This is mind-blowing in texture. The greatest Dow ever made. Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine Robert Chevillon Nuits-St-Georges 1er Cru "Chaignots" (90JG). John Gilman: "Monsieur Chevillon’s 2007 Chaignots is drinking very well today, though it is still a young wine and will be even better with a few more years’ worth of cellaring. The deep, pure and complex nose offers up a fine blend of sweet dark berries, black cherries, gamebirds, dark chocolate, woodsmoke, a lovely base of soil and a deft touch of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and nicely sappy at the core, with fine complexity, moderate tannins and lovely length and grip on the focused and very classy finish. Fine juice, which I did indeed drink off a restaurant list in Nuits last year. 90+" (01/2015)

2007 Saxum "Bone Rock - James Berry Vineyard" Paso Robles Syrah
Bid on this bottle of 2007 Saxum "Bone Rock - James Berry Vineyard" Paso Robles Syrah (99RP, 98WS, 96ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Bone Rock, which comes from the James Berry Vineyard (82% Syrah, 13% Mourvedre, and the rest Grenache, also aged 28 months in a combination of smaller barrels, demi-muids, and pungeons), is super as well. Like its late-released sibling, it has an inky/purple color to the rim and an extraordinary, soaring set of aromatics consisting of spring flowers, pepper, graphite, blackberry and blueberry fruit with hints of raspberry and licorice and jus de viande as well. The extraordinary freshness and elegance of this wine leads to a minerality that even eclipses the Heart Stone. The finish goes on for a good 45+ seconds, and the purity is awesome. This extraordinary wine completes the 2007 portfolio of unbelievable efforts from the Smiths. (RP)" (08/2010)

Layer after layer of flavor saturates the palate in this opulent, full-throttle Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2007 possesses dazzling textural richness, depth and sheer intensity. Purists may prefer more structured vintages, but for a producer known for such slow maturing wines, the 2007 is a huge pleasure to taste today. (AG)" (12/2011)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Utter perfection, and one of the most profound Rhone Ranger wines I have ever tasted... As with many prodigious wines, the extraordinary freshness, purity, equilibrium, and singularity of this effort is breathtaking. Its dense purple color is accompanied by an extraordinary, incredibly pure, all enveloping, intense, sweet nose of black raspberries, kirsch, spring flowers, spice box, and pepper. 2007 Sine Qua Non "Labels" California Syrah
Bid on this bottle of 2007 Sine Qua Non "Labels" California Syrah (98RP, 94ST, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The recently released 2007 Syrah Labels (89% Syrah, 7% Grenache, and 4% Viognier) comes from the 11 Confessions Estate Vineyard (57%), a small amount from the home estate vineyard in Oak View called Cumulus, and the rest from purchased fruit grown in the White Hawk Vineyard in Los Alamos and the Bien Nacido Vineyard in Santa Maria. A sensational effort, it is performing even better out of bottle than it did from barrel. An opaque purple color is accompanied by beautiful notes of charcoal, acacia flowers, blueberries, blackberries, graphite, and subtle smoke. With great fruit, tremendous texture, and full-bodied power, it is locked and loaded. This cuvee should provide great drinking in addition to some provocative discussions over the next 10-15 years. Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Bodegas Alto Moncayo "Aquilon" Campo de Borja (96JD, 95RP, 95VN, 93WS). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2007 Bodegas Alto Moncayo Aquilon is 100% Garnacha and sports an inky, opaque purple color as well as a blockbuster, gorgeous bouquet of blackberry and cassis fruit that’s intermixed with graphite, licorice, roasted meats, smoke and chalky aromas. It’s ripe and borderline decadent but also restrained, classy and, dare I say, elegant. On the palate, the wine is full bodied with a stunningly smooth texture, seamless integration of the fruit, alcohol, acid and tannin and a long, silky finish. Based off of the ’05, which still tastes like a barrel sample, this should have a long life ahead of it. I followed this bottle over three days and did blind tasting after blind tasting – it was always the cream of the crop. The straight Moncayo and Veraton are very similar (don’t kid yourself and frankly, at the price, the straight Moncayo is the no brainer here) but neither sho
