Bid on this bottle of 2004 E. Guigal "La Turque" Côte-Rôtie (95VN, 94WS, 93RP). Vinous: "Saturated red. Deep, concentrated aromas of kirsch, cola and blackcurrant, with mounting smokiness and Indian spice qualities. Livelier on the palate, offering sweet raspberry and cherry-cola flavors, velvety texture and a strong lashing of cracked pepper. A sweet anise note carries through the sappy, very sweet finish. This wine is already quite seductive. (JR)" (01/2009)
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1991 H. Gallet Côte-Rôtie (93RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Note to readers: This wine is found in Issue 103 at the end of the profile of Peter Weygandt in a list of "Other Peter Weygandt Selections". The only note states that "most were previously reviewed and recommended, but are still available". (RP)" (02/1996)
Starting Bid: $300.00
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2015 Domaine Pichat "Les Grandes Places" Côte-Rôtie (96RP, 94JD, 94WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A full-bodied tannic beast for aging 20 years, the 2015 Cote Rotie Les Grandes Places is a monument to the Syrah grape grown on this steep slope. It's floral and peppery upfront, loaded with masses of dark fruit and glides to a long, velvety finish. (JC) 96+" (12/2017)
