Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2013 Il Poggione Brunello di Montalcino (96DC, 96JD, 96RP, 95VN, 93WS, 92JS, 91WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2013 Brunello di Montalcino lives up to the impeccable reputation garnered by this estate over the years. This is a profound and beautifully rendered Sangiovese that delivers bold and luscious fruit quality with black cherry and spicy plum at the start. The bouquet follows through with mild oak notes of smoke, tar and toasted nut. There is another aromatic component that includes crushed stone and dried herb or mint. This Brunello shows elegant evolution in the glass and promises a very long aging future ahead. (ML)" (02/2018)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2011 Caparzo Brunello di Montalcino Riserva (94RP, 93WE, 92JS, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2011 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is a dense and inky dark wine with hardly any light penetration. The bouquet is lavish and extravagant with opulent layers of black fruit, plum, dried blackberry, exotic spice, cigar box and red rose. Those savory notes of tobacco and leather are my favorite part of this wine. I love the way they wrap thickly over the palate and spread so generously on the finish. The more I study this wine, the more it reveals. The thick mouthfeel offers some chewiness and there's a distinct layer of jammy fruit that adds some weight to the finish. This wine needs a little longer to integrate, but should last in the long run. (ML)" (02/2017)

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Lambardi Brunello di Montalcino (92JS, 91WE). James Suckling: "Attractive aromas of dried strawberries, with hints of raspberries. Full body, with bright acidity, clean fruit and fine tannins. A little lean but very pretty. " (01/2012)
Starting Bid: $35.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Biondi-Santi (Tenuta Greppo) Brunello di Montalcino (96VN, 96WE, 95JS, 95RP, 93WS). Vinous: "Biondi Santi’s 2010 Brunello di Montalcino is one of the more controversial wines of the night. Some tasters admire the wine’s classical austerity and potential, but for others the wine is too tight to deliver real pleasure. There is little question the Biondi Santi needs time, but it is in my view impressive on this night, even if it is not as sexy as many other wines. (AG)" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $411.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Siro Pacenti Brunello di Montalcino (97JS, 94RP, 93WE, 91WS). James Suckling: "Aromas of blackberries and blueberries follow through to a full body and velvety tannins. This is so layered and deep. Fabulous texture... We will see in the end whether 2006 or 2007 is better. " (01/2012)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2006 Biondi Santi (Tenuta Greppo) Brunello di Montalcino (95JS, 94RP, 94WS, 93WE). James Suckling: "One of the best Biondi-Santi's in years. This is really silky, with plum and chocolate and hints of cedar. Some citrus as well. Full body, with gorgeous fruit and a persistent finish. Give this another three to four years to open." (07/2011)
