2016 Cayuse "The Widowmaker" Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Cayuse "The Widowmaker" Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ((94-96JD)). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2016 Widowmaker En Chamberlin Vineyard offers a ruby/plum color to go with a singular bouquet of lavender, crème de cassis, campfire, and truffle. It’s medium to full-bodied, silky, and elegant on the palate, with a rounded, sexy texture and perfect balance. It shows slightly more sous bois and Rocks character than the 2015 did at this stage and I expect it will drink nicely right out of the gate." (04/2018)

2008 Quilceda Creek "Galitzine Vineyard" Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2008 Quilceda Creek "Galitzine Vineyard" Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 95ST, 95WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2008 Galitzine Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon contains 1% Merlot. It offers a brooding aromatic array of toasty oak, Asian spices, incense, a hint of sage, violets, and assorted black fruits. More structured than the preceding wines, No doubting it’s Red Mountain say the Golitzins, it has plenty of ripe tannin more than balanced by loads of succulent fruit, exceptional density, richness and power. Give it 5-6 years and drink it from 2016 to 2033. (JM)" (08/2011)

2015 Reynvaan "Stonessence" Walla Walla Valley Syrah
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 Reynvaan "Stonessence" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (96JD, 95RP, 94VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "The most expensive Syrah from Matt is the 2015 Syrah Stonessence and there’s a scant 325 cases made. Its deep ruby/plum color is followed by a salty, bloody Syrah that has loads of complexity, full-bodied richness, sweet tannin, and a big finish. Black raspberries, peppery herbs, dry aged beef, and hints of lavender all emerge from the glass and while it’s already singing, it’s going to evolve gracefully for 10-15 years." (04/2018)

2007 Quilceda Creek "Palengat Vineyard" Horse Heaven Hills Bordeaux Blend
Bid on this bottle of 2007 Quilceda Creek "Palengat Vineyard" Horse Heaven Hills Bordeaux Blend (96RP, 93ST, 92WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Palengat Proprietary Red Wine is made up of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc, with the balance Merlot and Petit Verdot. Deep purple in color, it delivers a captivating nose of olives, herbs, Asian spices, blackberry, and plum. Medium to full-bodied and elegant on the palate, it has outstanding volume and concentration, an opulent texture, and a suave personality. Already complex, it will continue to evolve with another 5-7 years of cellaring. Drink it from 2015 to 2027. Quilceda Creek remains Washington's benchmark for world-class Cabernet Sauvignon. The Golitzins were ecstatic about the fruit quality in 2007, a near-perfect vintage from their perspective. (JM)" (08/2010)

Jeb Dunnuck: "This is a great vintage for this cuvée and the 2016 Syrah Bionic Frog is going to be up there with the finest vintages from the terroir. Crème de cassis, tobacco leaf, lead pencil, crushed rocks, and hints of soot flow to a perfectly balanced, full-bodied, powerful yet seamless Syrah that has integrated acidity, a graceful, weightless texture, and finish. This lengthy, opulent, beautifully complete Syrah will benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age and knock your socks off over the following 10-15 years." (04/2018)

Of the 2014 Cayuse "Bionic Frog" Walla Walla Valley Syrah,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "Always one of the most unique in the lineup, the 2014 Syrah Bionic Frog is phenomenal stuff any way you look at it. Cold fireplace, charred meat, tapenade, shiitake and loads of dark, earthy fruit all emerge from this full-bodied, tight, backward and beautifully concentrated Syrah that readers just need to taste. Incredibly long, elegant, building and heavenly juicy, don't miss a chance to get some of this! It needs 3-5 years of cellaring and is going to blow you away over the following two decades. Of the 2012 Quilceda Creek "CVR" Columbia Valley Bordeaux Blend,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "A smoking effort that shows the beauty of the 2012 vintage, Golitzin's 2012 CVR Colombia Valley Red Wine is made from a declassified blend of most Cabernet Sauvignon, with smaller parts Merlot and Malbec. It's offers a brilliant, almost Bordeaux-like, bouquet of sweet cassis, lead pencil shavings, graphite and hints of toast that flows to a full-bodied, layered, seamless Cabernet that has integrated acidity, sweet tannin and a great finish that doesn't lack for richness or persistence. Already hard to resist, it will nevertheless continue to drink nicely for another decade or more. (JD)" (06/2015)

2016 Reynvaan "In the Rocks Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Reynvaan "In the Rocks Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (94VN). Vinous: "Deep medium red. Musky aromas of dark cherry, mocha and olive tapenade. Wonderfully pliant, plush wine with good peppery lift and harmonious acidity framing the flavors of raspberry, mocha, brown spices, game and warm stones. There's a glyceral quality here for the vintage that suggests this site can really shine in late, slow-ripening growing seasons. Wonderfully plush, smooth wine with perfectly supported, horizontal tannins and lovely rising length. This is almost too good right now but has the structure and energy to age. Very sexy juice. 2011 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 2011 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP, 95VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "More serious, and one of the wines of the vintage, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) has uncommon concentration and depth in the vintage, as well as a broad, structured profile that will allow it to age gracefully. Loaded with sweet creme de cassis, exotic spice, licorice and graphite, it’s a full-bodied, elegant and classically styled effort that has nothing out of place, fine, building tannin and a rock star finish. It will be approachable at an earlier stage than most vintages, yet still have two decades of longevity. (JD)" (06/2014)

Of the 2013 Cayuse "The Widowmaker" Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "In the same ballpark as the Camaspelo, the 2013 The Widowmaker sports an inky purple color to go with classic Cabernet aromatics (graphite, cassis, smoked earth) on the nose. Full-bodied, powerful, structured and even edgy on the palate, with building tannin and bright acidity, this will be one to hide in the cellar, and I wouldn't expect it to shows signs of maturity before its 10th birthday. Drink from 2021-2036. (JD)" (03/2015)

Of the 2014 Cayuse "Impulsivo" Walla Walla Valley Tempranillo,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "Road tar, shiitake mushroom, black cherry, crushed flowers and graphite all emerge from the 2014 Impulsivo, which is a full-bodied, ethereally textured, structured Tempranillo that has insane purity and length. While it started out downright earthy and umami, it gained more and more fruit as it sat in the glass, has a beautiful mid-palate and a finish that won’t quit. Nevertheless, this firm, tannic wine needs to be forgotten for at least 4-5 years. (JD) 98+" (06/2017)

2014 Cayuse "The Lovers" Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Cayuse "The Lovers" Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah (95RP, 92VN, 92WE, 90WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 176-case 2014 The Lovers checks in as 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah that was brought up all in 40% new barrels. The Cabernet shows beautifully here with its blackcurrants, graphite and dried herbs, with some meaty, smoky notes (no doubt from the Syrah) coming through on the background. A big, rich, impressively concentrated red, with building tannin and a great mid-palate, it's beautiful today but will be even better in 2-3 years and I suspect will have two decades of longevity. I think the 2014 vintage from Christophe Baron will go down as one of the truly great vintages of the estate. The wines are notably deeper, richer and more concentrated than both the 2013s and 2015s, yet they have fabulous purity and elegance. (JD) 95+" (06/2017)

2009 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 2009 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 98WE, 96WS, 95ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon (98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Merlot) is a ripe, flamboyant and brilliantly proportioned effort that oozes kirsch, licorice, lead pencil shavings and dried spice on the nose. Showing the perfume and headiness of the vintage, it nevertheless stays vibrant and lively on the palate while delivering layers of fruit and texture. While formidably structured and tannic, it can be enjoyed now due to the overall tannin quality and purity of fruit. It will evolve and drink well for over two decades. (JD)" (06/2013)

2016 Reynvaan "Stonessence" Walla Walla Valley Syrah
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Reynvaan "Stonessence" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (92VN). Vinous: "Good medium red. A muskier, more extreme version of Syrah from The Rocks, offering aromas of red raspberry, plum, mocha, game, leather and tobacco leaf. Wild dark fruit flavors are accented by fruity peppercorn and complicated by some funky musky herbs. Is this tighter than the 2016 Syrah In the Rocks Estate or simply less expressive in the early going? Still, there are no hard edges here either, with the finish conveying a peppery nuance and dusty tannins. These two wines are distinctly Old World in style. (ST)" (11/2018)

2014 Quilceda Creek "Galitzine Vineyard" Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Quilceda Creek "Galitzine Vineyard" Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 95VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The finest vintage ever for this cuvee, the utterly spellbinding 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Galitzine Vineyard is 100% Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon that was brought up in new barrels. Slightly deeper and richer than the Columbia Valley Cabernet, its deep ruby/purple color is followed by a smorgasbord of graphite, crushed violets, crushed rocks, cassis and dark chocolate. With incredible richness, ultra-fine tannin, no hard edges and a stacked mid-palate, give this crazy good red 2-3 years of cellaring and enjoy over the following two decades! Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2011 Cayuse "Bionic Frog" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (96RP, 94VN, 92WS, 91WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2011 Syrah Bionic Frog is another rocking Syrah from Christophe that does everything right. Creme de cassis, blackberry, smoked earth, toasted spice and violets emerge from the glass, and it flows onto the palate with full-bodied richness, beautiful purity of fruit and brilliant length. Gaining more minerality with time in the glass, it will continue to flesh out nicely with another handful of years in the cellar, and have two decades of ultimate longevity. (JD)" (06/2014)

2007 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 2007 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 96WE, 95ST, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A monumental wine in the making, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is one of those wines that presents such an over the top array of aromas and flavors that it’s hard to figure out what you think about it with just a quick glance. It’s only with the second or third sip that you really start to see how special this effort truly is. Offering up perfumed, intense aromas of plum, violets, ink, licorice and black currants, it flows onto the palate with a massive, incredibly full-bodied texture that builds through the mid-palate and carries layers of polished tannins, awesome purity of fruit and blockbuster length. Most likely not for everyone given the sheer size, it is an incredible wine in my opinion. Still tasting like a barrel sample, it will have 30+ total years of longevity. Drink 2017-2037. Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 Reynvaan "In the Hills - Foothills In The Sun Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (95RP, 94WS, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Fermented with 6% Viognier, the 2015 Syrah In The Hills is already very expressive, bursting with aromas of ripe blackberries, dark chocolate, grilled meats, lavender and black olive. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, rich and lavish, paradoxically fresh and mouthwateringly saline despite its low acidity, with a savory core of fruit and a nicely delineated finish.
