This curiously named red comes from vines (Red Grenache, Carignan and Ull de Llebre aka Tempranillo) aged 10 to 45 years from the districts of Falset, Marçà, Masroig, Capçanes and Els Guaimets. Different varieties are separately fermented. Maceration is long, at a temperature of 26ºC, followed by the malic-lactic fermentation.
