97 points Wine Enthusiast: "With its clean, neutral profile, this graceful gin works well with just about anything, from Aviation cocktails (natch) to bone-dry Martinis. On the palate, look for bewitching hints of caraway, juniper, grapefruit and a dry, faintly spicy finish. (KN)" (04/2012) K&L Notes: Aviation Gin is a unique partnership between Lee Medoff and Christian Krogstad of House Spirits Distilling in Portland, OR, and mixologist Ryan Magarian of Liquid Kitchen in Seattle, WA. 90 points Wine Enthusiast: "Overall, this is a crisp and classic profile, scented with juniper. The palate is bracing and astringent, accented by bitter lemon and juniper, finishing lean and clean. For fans of Beefeater or Bombay who want the notch turned up just a bit, this is a great alternative.

(KN)" (08/2015) K&L Notes: The Tom Cat Gin is one of the best barrel aged gins we have ever carried. The gin is pure, elegant, and focused. Made with a single botanical - juniper - and ...

It's only filtered onced to retain the most grain character possible making it a not quite neutral base. Hallelujah. The vodka is then infused with 13 botanicals and the resulting gin has a beautiful texture and cascading aromatics of citrus and rose petal with the subtle scent of juniper to complement rosemary and lemon verbena grown in the distiller's yard.. Coriander and earthy cardamom make a big...
