The ripeness of these vivid fruit is always suffused with lemon that brightens and defines them. The finish is whistle-clean and dry. With a small amount of residual sugar, just too much to be called sec and far too little to be classified as a demi-sec, the Tendre is a versatile wine at the table as you would no doubt experience should you visit the Viking."
