Bid on this 3L-bottle of 2005 Domaine Jacques Prieur Musigny Grand Cru (3L) ((93-96BH), (92-95JG), (94-95RP), 95ST). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "This is also exceptionally classy and refined with spicy and fresh black and blue berry fruit aromas that complement to perfection the rich, powerful and massive flavors that manage to retain a wonderful sense of detail on the almost sternly structured finish yet the sap buffers any austerity. This is a big Musigny but for all the size and weight, the balance is impeccable. Potentially the best wine in the range if only barely. *Don't Miss!*" (04/2007)

Bid on this 3L-bottle of 2005 Hospices de Beaune (Henri Boillot) Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru "Cuvée Madeleine Collignon" (3L) in original wood. The most famous wine charity auction in the world, the Hospices de Beaune is a highlight of any given Burgundy vintage since 1859. The wines themselves are made from various parcels donated to the Hospices over the decades, many of which are among the finest plots of vines in the Côte d'Or. The 2005 Mazis-Chambertin "Cuvée Madeleine Collignon" is from a parcel of grand cru vines planted in 1947, donated to the Hospices in 1976 by Jean Collignon, and named for his mother. This cuvée was made by Henri Boillot in the utterly classic 2005 vintage. The wine characteristically displays the dense, red fruit profile of the hallowed Mazis cru, while also taking on a silky but formidable structural backbone. For collectors of the world's finest Burgundy, this is as good as it gets - a rare, highly desirable auction wine, one of the greatest Pinot Noir sit
