91 points Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Brilliant red color. Explosively perfumed bouquet of spicy red berries, fresh flowers and tangy minerals. Clean and sharply focused, offering sweet strawberry and raspberry flavors, supple texture and no rough edges. Deeper blackberry and candied cherry flavors build on the long, sappy finish. (JR)" (05/2008) 91 points Wine Spectator: "Lithe and distinctive for the earthy edge to the raspberry and fresh rhubarb flavors, which come together smoothly on the long, generous finish. Bid on this 6L-bottle of 2006 Domaine Faiveley Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru (6L) (91ST). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Good medium red. Medicinal, high-pitched nose offers currant, cherry, flowers and spices, with complicating notes of caraway seed and menthol. Then dense, sappy and bright, with lovely mineral lift to the red fruit and spice flavors. Taut, focused and very young Clos Vougeot, finishing with a firm tannic spine. This may ultimately merit an even higher score. (ST) 91+" (03/2009)

Bid on this bottle of 2006 Kistler "Cuvée Elizabeth - Bodega Headlands Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir ((96-98RP), 94ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2006 Pinot Noir Bodega Headlands Cuvée Elizabeth is undeniably a grand cru effort. Black raspberry, spring flower (violets), and kirsch aromas soar from the glass of this dark ruby/purple-tinged wine. Medium to full-bodied with zesty acidity, beautiful penetration, and a soaring mid-palate as well as length result in a prodigious example of Pinot Noir that should drink well for a decade or more. (RP)" (12/2007)

Bid on this bottle of 2006 Frédéric Magnien Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru ((90-92BH)). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "A more elegant and if not airy, then high-toned earthy red Pinot fruit nose that summons notes of animale, spice and underbrush to bear and which continue onto the supple, suave and wonderfully seductive flavors. Interestingly, the flavors display an almost soft and easy mid-palate with hints of anise and iron that add nuance to the moderately firm finish that is fine if not profound. A Charmes of finesse."
