Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2003 Léoville-Las-Cases, St-Julien (97JS, 96DC, 96RP, 96WS, 94WE, 93ST). James Suckling: "This is more exotic and monstrous than the 2000. It is like a muscle builder, with lots of round and rich tannins and a core of dark fruits like black cherries and blueberries. Still very young, but structured and in need of five more years. Don’t touch this until 2015." (05/2012)
Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2003 Léoville-Barton, St-Julien (98WS, 96JD, 96RP, 93DC). Wine Spectator: "Intense blackberry and cherry, with hints of currant. Toasted oak and sweet tobacco too. Roses and other flowers, such as lilacs. Full-bodied, with masses of tannins yet incredibly long and seductive. *#3 2006 Top 100 Wines, Collectibles* (JS)" (03/2006)
Bid on this bottle of 2003 Gruaud Larose, St-Julien (92WS, 91JS, 90WE). Wine Spectator: "Aromas of blackberry, toasted oak, sweet tobacco and espresso. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a long, fruity finish. I like the texture. (JS)" (03/2006)
