Bid on this bottle of 2014 MacDonald Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, (93-96VN), 94DC). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon from MacDonald comes from the To Kalon Vineyard just outside of Oakville. It’s a classic 2014 possessing the purity, elegance, and sheer charm that’s the hallmark of this terrific vintage in the Valley. Crème de cassis, black raspberries, crushed flowers, and incense notes all develop with time in the glass, and while it starts out reticent and lightly textured, it gains incredible depth and length over the evening. This is Napa Valley at its most finesse-driven and elegant, and it’s going to drink beautifully for another two decades." (02/2018)
Starting Bid: $325.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Opus One Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (97JS, 96DC, 96RP, 96VN, 93WS). James Suckling: "Mesmerizing aromas of flowers, bark, currants and blackberries. So perfumed. You just want to smell it. Exquisite tension and finesse with an almost Burgundian texture, yet it’s Napa in its soul with ripe fruit, stones, spices and Chinese tea leaf flavors. Savory and delicious. (JS)" (01/2018)
Starting Bid: $290.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Saxum "James Berry Vineyard" Paso Robles Rhône Blend (98RP, 97WS, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The sensationally pure and seamless 2014 James Berry Vineyard Proprietary Red (42% Grenache, 24% Mourvèdre, 21% Syrah, 8% Counoise and 5% Roussanne) was brought up in a mix of barrels and foudre, followed by six months in concrete tanks. The wine offers incredibly rich and layered notes of black raspberries, creme de cassis, crushed flowers, melted licorice and peppery herbs in its full-bodied, impeccably balanced profile. Showing the more upfront, hedonistic style of the vintage, this full-bodied beauty still has ample underlying tannin, beautiful mid-palate depth and a killer finish that keeps you coming back for more. (JD)" (09/2016)
Starting Bid: $330.00

Bid on this 9-bottle lot of 2014 Domaine Michel Briday Rully 1er Cru "Gresigny". Michel Briday and Rully both represent some of the best values in Burgundy today. The Gresigny plot of Chardonnay was planted in 1958 in hard limestone soils. The wine boasts a corresponding firm minerality but also a broad, expansive fruit profile that makes it a beautifully versatile version of white Burgundy that will pair with many different foods.

Extremely fine and long. Savory. Extremely long finish. Biodynamically grown." (01/2017)

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Cayuse "The Widowmaker" Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 93VN, 93WE, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Getting a big "Wow!" from me, the 212-case 2014 The Widowmaker sports a deep, inky color (darker than any current vintage) to go with a masculine, Chateau Latour-like bouquet of blackcurrants, graphite, tobacco leaf and cedar. Rich, full-bodied, decadent and powerful, with ripe and polished tannin, it's a sensational Bordeaux blend from one of Washington's greats! Bravo. (JD)" (06/2017)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Sine Qua Non "Light Motif" Central Coast Proprietary White Blend (97RP, 95JD, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Starting with the whites and a rich, thrillingly concentrated and unctuous wine from Manfred, the 2014 White Wine Lightmotif is made from 47% Roussanne, 21% Chardonnay, 14% Petite Manseng, 11% Viognier and 7% Marsanne that spent 19 months in a combination of concrete eggs, new French oak, neutral barrels and a tiny portion in stainless steel. Coming from close to equal parts Eleven Confessions, Cumulus and Bien Nacido vineyards, this beauty sports a medium gold color to go with a rich, layered profile that carries tons of ripe peach, honeycomb, pineapple, flowers and citrus. Pure, elegant and silky on the palate, with full-bodied richness, it never puts a foot wrong, is ethereally textured and has a great finish. Drink it anytime over the coming decade. (JD)" (08/2016)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Sine Qua Non "Piranha Waterdance" California Syrah (100RP, 99JD, (95-97VN), 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Blended of 81% Syrah, 8% Petite Sirah, 6% Mourvèdre, 4% Touriga Nacional and 1% Graciano, sourced from 34% The Third Twin, 35% Eleven Confessions and 31% Cumulus (all estate vineyards), the provocative, inky purple colored 2014 Syrah Piranha Waterdance was made using 26% whole cluster and hits the scent scene with exuberant, pure crème de cassis, blackberry cordial and blueberry coulis notes with hints of espresso, licorice, garrigue and menthol, plus a gorgeous underlying perfume of red roses. The full-bodied palate is oh-so-elegant and pretty, revealing very finely pixelated tannins that beautifully frame the almost electric intensity, culminating in an epically long, licorice and chocolate-laced finish. Too stunning for mere words and rude to even try--just drink it. (LPB)" (09/2017)
Starting Bid: $705.00

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard opens with pronounced cassis, blackberries and mulberries scents with hints of bay leaves, damp soil, cedar chest and unsmoked cigars. Full-bodied and packed with powerful cassis and blackberry preserves layers, it has a solid line of grainy tannins, with the freshness in the background and a long earth and cedar-laced finish. (LPB) 93+" (03/2018)

Starting Bid: $90.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Sine Qua Non "Shakti" Ventura County Grenache (100RP, 97JD, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Grenache Shakti is blended of 88% Grenache, 6% Mourvèdre, 4% Petite Sirah and 2% Touriga Nacional, coming 51% from the Cumulus (Estate) Vineyard, 18% from The Third Twin (Estate) Vineyard, 9.5% from Bien Nacido Vineyard and 21.5% for the Eleven Confessions (Estate) Vineyard. It was produced using 42% whole cluster and aged for around 21 months in French oak, 6% new (bottled June 21, 2017). It offers up a deep garnet-purple color and notes of dried Mediterranean herbs, dusty earth, Chinese five spice and rose petals over a core of red currants, mulberries, red plums and black raspberries, plus a waft of chocolate covered cherries. Full-bodied, decadently concentrated and yet very, very pretty in the mouth, it delivers incredibly fine-grained, ripe tannins and wonderful freshness, finishing on a persistent--totally disarming--perfumed red fruit note

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Gaja Barbaresco (98WE, 96VN, 95JD, 94RP, 93JS, 93WS). Wine Enthusiast: "This isn't just a great wine for what was a notoriously cool, wet vintage, it's quite simply a magnificent wine. Perfumed and loaded with finesse, it opens with scents of woodland berry, iris and baking spice while the vibrant, balanced palate doles out Marasca cherry, dark culinary spice, crushed herb and menthol. Refined tannins and fresh acidity provide the taut framework while a licorice note wraps around the finish. Gorgeous. Drink 2022–2034. *Cellar Selection* (KO)" (03/2018)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Dunn Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (96VN, 95RP, 94DC). Vinous: "Dark ruby. Captivating violet lift to the aromas and flavors of cassis, kirsch, licorice and mocha. Plush and fine-grained; extremely deep in the middle palate but this extremely rich wine impresses as much for its finesse as for its sheer density and power. Finishes with wonderfully harmonious tannins and great slow-mounting length. Owing to its sheer density and baby fat, the wine is edge-free from the start, but it's likely to evolve at a snail's pace and last for decades. (ST) 96+" (08/2018)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Justin "Savant" Paso Robles Red Blend (91WE, 90JD, 90RP). Wine Enthusiast: "This blend of 62% Syrah, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Grenache shows relatively restrained aromas of dark chocolate, blackberry, crushed asphalt and baking spice. There is decent tension to the sour and ripe elements of the palate, with hearty flavors of black cherry, black pepper, fennel and vanilla. (MK)" (11/2017)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2014 William Hill Estate Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (91JS). James Suckling: "Dark fruit, some leather already and a hint of herbal liqueur. Bid on this bottle of 2014 Kapcsándy "Rapszodia - State Lane Vineyard" Yountville Cabernet Franc-Merlot (97JD, 97JS, 97VN, 95RP). Vinous: "The 2014 Rapszodia, Kapcsándy's Cabernet Franc/Merlot blend, is once again utterly compelling. Cabernet Franc aromatics soar from the glass as this majestic, stunningly beautiful wine shows off its pedigree. Vivid, nuanced and finely sculpted, the 2014 hits all the right notes as the flavors and textures build into the huge, enveloping finish. This is the most impressive showing yet from the 2014. Here, too, interplay of richness and energy makes for a captivating wine. (AG) 97+" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $125.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Outpost "True Vineyard" Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The limited-production 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon True Vineyard (475 cases) is also 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 20 months in 90% new French oak. This is an amazing 2014 and one of the few perfect wines that I could find while tasting at the top addresses in Northern California. Blue/purple in color, with extraordinarily intense floral notes intermixed with blueberry, blackberry, crushed charcoal and camphor, the wine hits the palate with a spectacular display of glycerin, fruit, sweet tannin, adequate acidity, and wonderful equilibrium and purity. The finish was close to a minute. This wine is irresistible, although it is certainly capable of lasting three decades or more. Kudos to the Dotzlers and Thomas Rivers Brown for this magnificent achievement! (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Schrader "Beckstoffer Las Piedras - LPV" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 97JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon LPV is from clone 337 from the Las Piedras Vineyard in St. Helena. This shows Mission Haut-Brion-like characteristics as it has in the past, with crushed rock, wet gravel, scorched earth, blackberry and blueberry fruit. It is clearly one of my favorites of this entire tasting. It has 14.5% natural alcohol and was aged in 90% new Darnajou and 10% new Taransaud barrels. This is a killer effort. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2014 Meyney, St-Estèphe (OWC - 93VN, 92JD, 92JS, 91WS, 90RP) in original wood. Vinous: "The 2014 Meyney is a real turn up for the books. It has a very intense, detailed bouquet with pure blackberry, raspberry, crushed stone and dried violet aromas, gaining vivacity with almost each swirl of the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy black fruit, grippy and dense and yet not overpowering. The oak is very well assimilated although it clams up towards the finish. It is a wine that will require a decade in bottle but there is huge potential here. (NM)" (03/2018)
Starting Bid: $261.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Andrew Will "Two Blondes Vineyard" Horse Heaven Hills Red Blend (94JD, 94RP, 93JG, 93JS, 90VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Another beautiful wine is the roughly 600-case 2014 Two Blondes Vineyard. A blend of 56% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Malbec, it's a sweetly fruited, supple, downright sexy red that offers loads of cassis, graphite, licorice and hints of leafy herbs. Big, ripe and concentrated, with a great texture (it's more elegant and seamless than the Ciel du Cheval), it will drink beautifully for two decades. (JD)" (06/2017)

Starting Bid: $90.00

Bid on this magnum of 2014 Rhys "Porcupine Hill" Anderson Valley Pinot Noir (1.5L) (95RP, 94JG, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Coming from the high density plantings done by the team at Rhys (it's also a cellar selection as well), the 2014 Pinot Noir Porcupine Hill Bearwallow Vineyard is another best to date cuvee and is easily the most concentrated and lengthy of the three cuvees from this site. Black raspberries, black cherries, tons of minerality and ground herbs emerge from this young, tight and beautifully focused red that needs 3-4 years of cellaring and will drink beautifully over the following decade or more. (JD)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Totally dry, even though there is a wonderful sucrosity to the fruit. The wine has stunning blackberry and cassis notes, spring flowers, supple tannins and a long, multidimensional mouthfeel. It is a sexy beast for sure and best drunk over the next 15 or so years. (RP)" (10/2016)

Inky purple-colored to the rim, with a glorious nose of white flowers, crème de cassis, hints of blackberry and boysenberry, some licorice and forest floor are followed by an enormously concentrated wine with fabulous purity, a skyscraper-like mid-palate and texture, a length of nearly a minute, and stunning flavors, with flawless integration of acidity, tannin, wood and alcohol. This is a great, great wine and certainly one of the Cabernet Sauvignons of this vintage. (RP)" (12/2016)

This is aged in 100% new Darnajou and is one of the larger cuvées at 510 cases. Wonderfully sweet, velvety tannins, a big sweet nose of white flowers, blackberry and cassis along with cedar wood, charcoal and graphite are all present in this full-bodied opulent wine that also retains wonderful elegance. It finished at 14.6% alcohol and will drink beautifully now as well as over the next 15-20 years. (RP)" (10/2016)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and the rest Petit Verdot, is the 2014 The Absurd, basically a choice of their finest barrels, or as winemaker and owner Benoit Touquette says, 'The crème de la crème.' This is another perfect wine equaling their incredible 2013. Yet the 2014 is slightly more forward and showy, as many 2013s are just beginning to shut down. There are 250 cases of this majestic wine that has an opaque purple color, extraordinary nose of spring flowers, blueberry, blackberry, creosote, charcoal, toast and spice. The wine has unbelievable fruit on the attack, midpalate and finish, compelling purity, texture and a finish of close to a full minute. Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Viader Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (95JD, 94JS, 94WE, 90RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "Coming from a site on Howell Mountain and comprised of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon and 28% Cabernet Franc, the 2014 Viader Proprietary Red Blend is a perfumed, complex, elegant and Bordeaux-styled red that shows the charming nature of the vintage. Red and black currants, dried flowers, potpourri and underbrush nuances all emerge from this medium to full-bodied, silky, polished wine that has moderate tannin, good acidity, and a beautiful finish. It doesn't wow you with its richness and power, but it's graceful and elegant. While already accessible, it is going to cruise in the cellar given its balance and purity." (12/2017)
