1971 DRC Domaine de la Romanée-Conti La Tâche
Bid on this bottle of 1971 DRC Domaine de la Romanée-Conti La Tâche (95BH, 90RP). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "Classic and very ripe mature burg fruit intermingles with a wonderful array of spices, especially anise and soy all of which are framed by a touch of caramel. The flavors are extremely rich, sweet and wonderfully concentrated with a deep, very sweet essence of pinot finish that still retains glimpses of its former power. The tannins are fully resolved and the finish is nothing but pure silk and velvet. Tasted many times and while there is some bottle variation, well-stored bottles are consistently marvelous." 2015 Sine Qua Non "Trouver L'Arène" California Syrah
Bid on this bottle of 2015 Sine Qua Non "Trouver L'Arène" California Syrah (100JD, 100RP, 97VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Composed of 80.5% Syrah, 7% Petite Syrah, 7% Mourvèdre, 2% Grenache and 3.5% Viognier, all sourced from estate vineyards—37% The Third Twin, 36% Eleven Confessions and 27% Cumulus—the 2015 Syrah Trouver L’Arene was made using 34% whole cluster and has a deep purple-black color with intense cassis, black plums and black cherries scents plus hints of anise, violets, sage and tar, with wafts of savory/smoked meat suggestions. Full-bodied, this voluptuous beauty is seriously singing in the mouth, belting out vibrant red and black fruit flavor layers, all framed by very fine, rounded, ripe tannins and a wonderful freshness, finishing with persistent perfumed fruit and a spring in its step. (LPB)" (09/2017)

2008 Quilceda Creek "Galitzine Vineyard" Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2008 Quilceda Creek "Galitzine Vineyard" Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 95ST, 95WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2008 Galitzine Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon contains 1% Merlot. It offers a brooding aromatic array of toasty oak, Asian spices, incense, a hint of sage, violets, and assorted black fruits. More structured than the preceding wines, No doubting it’s Red Mountain say the Golitzins, it has plenty of ripe tannin more than balanced by loads of succulent fruit, exceptional density, richness and power. Give it 5-6 years and drink it from 2016 to 2033. (JM)" (08/2011)

1996 Moët & Chandon "Cuvée Dom Pérignon" Brut Champagne
Bid on this bottle of 1996 Moët & Chandon "Cuvée Dom Pérignon" Brut Champagne (98RP, 97BH, 96WE, 95JG, 95VN, 94CG, 94ST, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The brilliant 1996 Dom Perignon, which has largely disappeared from the marketplace, may be the finest young example of DP I have ever tasted. Notes of crushed rocks, honeysuckle, lemon oil, orange marmalade, and white pear provide a stunning aromatic display as well as palate impression. Great acidity and huge flavor intensity backed up by vibrant acidity make this an exquisite Champagne. It should drink well for 20-25 years, possibly longer. Readers should remember that the 1971 Dom Perignon Rose is still drinking exquisitely. I recently had the 1969 and 1970 Dom Perignons (from magnum), and both were drinking brilliantly. It makes one realize just how long-lived these wines can be. (RP)" (12/2005)

2005 Charles Smith "Skull" Columbia Valley Syrah
Bid on this bottle of 2005 Charles Smith "Skull" Columbia Valley Syrah (98RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2005 Syrah The Skull comes from a different section of the Royal Slope. If it is possible, the wine is a bit more structured and powerful. It needs 8-10 years of cellaring and will be at its best from 2017 to 2035. (JM)" (06/2008)

2015 K Vintners "The Hidden - Northridge Vineyard" Wahluke Slope Syrah
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 K Vintners "The Hidden - Northridge Vineyard" Wahluke Slope Syrah (100JD, 96RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "One of the inkier, blacker colored wines in the lineup, the 2015 Syrah The Hidden is a profound Syrah and as good as it gets. Blackcurrants, smoked meats, graphite, and tapenade notes all emerge from this seriously badass, deep, rich, balanced beauty. Concentrated, thick, and huge, yet with no weight on the palate, building tannin, and incredible elegance, it needs to be tasted to be believed. It’s unquestionably one of the greatest Syrah from this team." (04/2018)
