Produced from 100% estate-grown, organically cultivated Xarel-lo, from their oldest plants (40+ years old), this is the taste of well farmed Xarel-lo: salty, with a touch of the ever-present fennel that grows wildly in the zone. The Garriga family, with Toni and Jordi currently at the helm, have been farming this land since the 17th century. While their cava is among our most popular sparkling wines in the store, it is absolutely worth emphasizing that their still wines are also incredibly well made and delicious.

Produced from vineyards with a combination of clay, slate and gravel, around the Penedes village of Torrelavit, this delicious blend of Macabeu, Malvasia de Sitgess and Xarel-lo and Xarel-lo l is thoroughly original. Given a four day maceration on the skins, four months of light battonage and agening in concrete, this white shows an intense, pithy yellow and golden fruited quality. Delicious wine with a lovely texture and terrific flavors.
