Can Mayol is one of our favorite Spanish direct import properties. Working organically, and employing biodynamic treatments on their property, they produce sparkling Penedes wines of real expression and stunning purity. The 999 is a blend of Pinot Noir and Xarel-lo Vermell (rare red skinned mutation of Xarel-lo), full of crisp, tangy red fruit flavors, and without a hint of sugar (dosage) added.
