This wine is all about fun. A light and refreshing red that is best served with a light chill. It's flat out irresistible as a crushable, crunchy red built to be served with less serious fare. This is a blend of 76% Merlot, 11% Syrah, 8% Blaufrankisch, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Teroldego. Only 568 cases produced.

We it is also and longer process then is traditional. Instead of 3 months infusion and 3 months resting, we do about 9 months in each step.
