2011 Egrot (formerly Elisabeth Goutorbe) Grand Cru Brut Champagne Top Pick!

2011 Charles de Cazanove Extra Brut Champagne (Previously $50)

This blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% a combination of Pinot Noir and Meunier is quite dry, but not nearly as austere as most extra brut Champagne. The dosage is under 6g/l, but it has excellent length and body. Perfect for your next oyster extravaganza! -Gary Westby
