Allen Meadows - Burghound: "A ripe and overtly spicy nose combines notes of both white and yellow orchard fruit along with plenty of citrus character that can also be found on the delicious and unusually dense flavors in the context of what is typical for the genre, all wrapped in a sappy, lightly mineral-inflected and sneaky long bone dry finish where the only nit is a hint of warmth. Moreover, this is an aligoté that is still very much postively developing and while it could certainly be enjoyed now thanks to the seductive mouth feel, I would be inclined to allow it another few years of cellar time first.
