2008 Bouchard Père et Fils Beaune Grèves 1er Cru "Vigne de L'Enfant Jésus" (1.5L) (OWC)
Bid on this 3-magnum lot of 2008 Bouchard Père et Fils Beaune Grèves 1er Cru "Vigne de L'Enfant Jésus" (1.5L) (OWC - 94WE, (90-93BH), 93RP, 90WS) in original wood. Wine Enthusiast: "The Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus is a 10-acre parcel in the heart of the Grèves vineyard that once belonged to Carmelite nuns. This vintage, while marked by acidity and soft fruit, does have a firm edge of dark tannins, filled out with plum and red cherry flavors. *Cellar Selection* (RV)" (12/2010)

1986 Lafite Rothschild, Pauillac
Bid on this bottle of 1986 Lafite Rothschild, Pauillac (98RP, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Tasted at the château, the 1986 Lafite-Rothschild continues to offer an exquisite bouquet at 30 years of age. This is beautifully defined, still full of energy, with copious blackberry, clove, leather and graphite aromas that seem to gain momentum in the glass. The palate is extremely well balanced with a crystalline quality, filigree tannin, perfectly pitched acidity, a quintessential Lafite-Rothschild with a sense of energy and focus undiminished by time. This finish displays immense purity and refinement, one of the most mineral-driven Lafites that I have encountered, whilst the aftertaste seems to linger for over one minute. It must rank as one of the finest wines from the estate. (NM)" (12/2016)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1995 DRC Domaine de la Romanée-Conti La Tâche Grand Cru (98RP, 95ST, 95WS, 94BH). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Pale to medium ruby with a touch of brick. The La Tache gives very little on the nose to begin with but soon blossoms into the most incredible cherry compote, black truffle, cloves, loam, saucisson and tobacco leaf aromas. The palate shows exemplary structure and concentration, seamlessly knitting very crisp acidity with a firm level of very finely grained tannins and layer upon layer of complex fruit, mineral and game flavours. Very long finish. This wine has many great years left and will generously reward the patient. (LPB)" (05/2010)

Bid on this bottle of 1990 Latour, Pauillac (100WS, (98-99JS), 98ST, 98VN, 96JG, 95RP). Wine Spectator: "This is one of my favorite wines ever. Full-bodied, with layers of silky fruit and masses of currant, mineral and berry character. Amazing. It's a wine with perfect structure, perfect strength. It's 1961 Latour in modern clothes. It's hard not to drink it now. (JS)" (02/2005)

2006 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon CCS" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 2006 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon CCS" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To-Kalon CCS is utter perfection in Cabernet Sauvignon. Extraordinary power, fruit depth, and perfume (not dissimilar from its siblings’) as well as a seamlessness, monumental richness, and a staggering finish are the stuff of legends. Again, the dominant characteristics are creme de cassis, graphite, espresso, blackberries, chocolate, and subtle background new oak. (RP)" (12/2008)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Cayuse "Bionic Frog" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (100RP, 95VN, 94WE, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Always one of the most unique in the lineup, the 2014 Syrah Bionic Frog is phenomenal stuff any way you look at it. Cold fireplace, charred meat, tapenade, shiitake and loads of dark, earthy fruit all emerge from this full-bodied, tight, backward and beautifully concentrated Syrah that readers just need to taste. Incredibly long, elegant, building and heavenly juicy, don't miss a chance to get some of this! It needs 3-5 years of cellaring and is going to blow you away over the following two decades. Thick and concentrated, with compelling sweetness buffered by strong extract. Fat and mouthfilling. Notes of nutty oak and vanilla. Finishes with even, tongue-dusting tannins and outstanding grip and persistence. A strong vintage for this wine. (ST)" (01/1999)

1992 Heitz Cellar "Martha's Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1992 Heitz Cellar "Martha's Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94VN). Vinous: "We have better luck with the 1992 Heitz Cabernet Sauvignon Martha’s Vineyard, which is stellar. The flavors are warm, soft and resonant in a supple, super-expressive Cabernet that is peaking yet shows no signs of fading. Sweet floral, mint and spice notes flesh out in the glass, but the 1992 is first and foremost a wine of texture. The pliant, sexy finish makes the 1992 absolutely irresistible. (AG)" (10/2014)

Bid on this bottle of 1990 Moët & Chandon "Dom Pérignon" Brut Champagne (98RP, 95BH, 93VN, 90WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Medium lemon-straw colour. Intensely fragrant nose with aromas of jasmine, cinnamon buttered toast, stewed apples and preserved ginger. Concentrated honey-nut, warm apple tart and spice flavours fill the mouth giving ample flesh to the firm, fine structure. The bubbles are still remarkably frisky and, in harmony with the crisp backbone of acid, make for a relatively youthful, elegant and exquisitely balanced wine. Very long finish. (LPB)" (03/2009)

Of the 2006 Aldo Conterno "Romirasco" Barolo,Wine Spectator writes: "Rich and round, this lush style is both supple and intense, displaying a strong mineral and iron edge to its plum and black cherry flavors. Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine de Marcoux Châteauneuf-du-Pape (95RP, 93ST, 93VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The finest traditional cuvee ever made at this estate is the 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape, which is a classic blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre, 7% Syrah and 3% Cinsault that was harvested from the 7th to the 17th of September. Deeper, richer and more concentrated than the 2009, it offers classic notes of framboise, kirsch, black cherries, garrigue and incense in a full-bodied, multi-dimensional and layered style that just begs to be drunk. Possessing both power and elegance, it bears more than a passing resemblance to the Vieilles Vignes cuvee and will drink nicely for another decade. (JD)" (10/2016)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2002 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru "Les Clos" (95ST, 94BH, 94RP). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Very pale, green-tinged color. Reticent, somewhat reduced, soil-driven aromas of crushed stone, petrol and lime blossom. Extremely primary today, but already hinting at great incipient complexity, with notes of talc, citrus skin, white flowers and white pepper. Dense and fat with sheer extract; a real mouthful of liquid minerals. Superconcentrated, seamless and penetrating. (ST) 95+" (07/2004)

1982 Ducru-Beaucaillou, St-Julien
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1982 Ducru-Beaucaillou, St-Julien (96RP, 93JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1982 is still 5-8 years away from full maturity, but it exhibits a dense ruby/plum/garnet color to the rim as well as a sweet perfume of forest floor, spice box, cedar, and copious quantities of black fruits. Medium to full-bodied and beautifully pure with sweet tannins, this wine has aged more slowly than I initially expected. It is the finest Ducru Beaucaillou produced after the 1961 and before the 2003. (RP)" (06/2009)

2002 Vincent Girardin Quintessence de Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2002 Vincent Girardin Quintessence de Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru (95ST). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Extremely closed initially; with aeration, this showed tangerine, orange, hazelnut, marzipan and menthol. Hugely concentrated, chewy, solid wine, yet at the same time quite refined. Hints at the complexity to come but not at all exuberant today. A wonderfully pure wine with terrific underlying power and backbone. Opens out impressively on the very long, precise, mineral bath of a finish. From tiny grapes that nonetheless produced 45 hectoliters per hectare (vs. just 28 in 2003). This extremely impressive Corton-Charlemagne really calls for eight to ten years of cellaring. 1959 Haut-Brion, Graves
Bid on this bottle of 1959 Haut-Brion, Graves (100JG, 100VN, 98WS). Vinous: "The 1959 Haut-Brion is, in my view, the most moving of the utterly profound wines on the table. Ripe and flamboyant, the 1959 races across the palate with kirsch, mint, licorice and tobacco, all in an unctuous, flashy style that captivates all the senses. A darker and more voluptuous version of the 1961, the 1959 has it all. Layered and sweet on the palate, with fabulous depth and breathtaking complexity, the 1959 boasts superb polish, a long, seamless finish and tremendous harmony. At times, the 1959 exhibits an almost Burgundian-like sense of finesse and lightness on the palate. Quite simply, this is as good as it gets. The 1959 shows no signs of fading; rather it is likely to gradually lose intensity over the next 10-15 years, although it may last well beyond that. I wasn’t born when the 1959 was made, so I can only imagine what it must have tasted like as a young wine. Even today, it is incredibly rich. In

Wine Enthusiast: "This remarkable wine from the famed family-farmed, organic estate impresses immediately in its depth of concentration and stately grace, imparting a wealth of rose-garden compost and wild truffle on the nose. Within the vibrant range of sensual flavor is salted caramel, black cherry and chocolate, alongside a twist of saddle and campfire coffee. 2003 Beringer "Private Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2003 Beringer "Private Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95RP, 91WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The best wine of this group is the 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Private Reserve. For statisticians, the composition includes 32% from the St. Helena Home Vineyard, 19% from the Steinhauer Ranch, 12% from Marston Vineyard, 12% from Bancroft Ranch, 8% from the Quarry Vineyard, 6% from Rancho del Oso, 6% from Chabot, 3% from Bancroft, and 2% from Steinhauer Ranch. All these grapes were hand-picked between September 19 and October 28. This is a winner that is seemingly just entering its plateau of full maturity. It boasts a dense ruby/purple color along with a sweet bouquet of black currants, creme de cassis, chocolate fudge, subtle barbecue scents, and hints of lavender, forest floor and tobacco leaf. Full-bodied, rich and dense, it is a classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, as it has been in just about every vintage. The acidity is relatively low, and the

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Chateau Montelena "Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - (93-95ST), 93RP, 93VN) in original wood. Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Bright medium ruby. Medicinal aromas of blue fruits, minerals, and spices, lifted by an herbal nuance. Rich and dense but with a powerful spine of acidity giving terrific cut to the black fruit and spice flavors. Extremely primary, energetic wine with surprisingly suave tannins for its size and outstanding savory persistence. Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2005 Joseph Phelps "Backus" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (97WE, 96RP, 92ST, 92WS). Wine Enthusiast: "Price be damned, this is an authentically gorgeous, important Cabernet Sauvignon. It calls to mind the amazing 2001, with its huge, perfect tannins and acids and artistic appliqué of new oak. But the star of the show surely is the fruit. Mounds of ripe blackberries and cherries pile up, veering into currants and cassis and something wild and decadently animal, like charred meat. In fact, the 2014 is one of the best – possibly the best – wine I have ever tasted from Buccella. Deep, ripe and intense, with striking persistence, the 2014 is delineated, precise and complete. There is plenty of the textural richness that is such a Buccella signature, but the 2014 has an extra degree of energy that balances things out. 1947 Casa de Sonoma Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1947 Casa de Sonoma Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon. From a wartime production that had been stored and later bottled at the El Galivan winery by August Sebastiani, then proprietor, in 1947. It was stored in an old stable on the Sebastiani property for decades. After August passed away in 1980, the bottles were catalogued, inspected, and re-corked. This single vineyard Riserva is sharp, pristine and immaculate. It starts slow and shy, but then blossoms to beautiful intensity and aromatic brilliance. It delivers a very authentic and genuine read of Sangiovese with wild berry aromas followed by pressed violets, wet earth, tobacco and lightly toasted spice. The bouquet is seamless and very long in persistence. The same holds true for the mouthfeel. The wine delivers a fine and silky texture with a good dose of power and personality at the rear. 2015 Maybach Family "Materium" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2015 Maybach Family "Materium" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (100JD, 97RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "One of the greatest wines in the vintage is the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Materium which is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a higher elevation hillside vineyard in Oakville that was raised in 90% new French oak barrels. Just magical stuff that has incredible aromatics of crème de cassis, white flowers, huge minerality, violets, and scorched earth. This is followed by a massive, opulent, yet weightless wine that has off the charts purity of fruit, fine, fine tannin, perfect balance, and a finish that won’t quit. This legendary beauty will benefit from 5-6 years of bottle age and keep for three to four decades." (12/2017)

2014 Paul Hobbs "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 2014 Paul Hobbs "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 97JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and sporting a deep garnet-purple color, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr Crane Vineyard offers up a profound and singular nose of loam, rocks and iron ore over a core of black cherries, baked black berries and preserved plums with hints of licorice, dark chocolate, cedar, sautéed herbs and beef broth. Full-bodied, rich and demonstrating great depth with a wonderfully compelling personality, it delivers a multitude of savory meat and toast layers, framed by firm, fine-grained tannins. It finishes with incredible persistence, allowing those provocative mineral nuances to shine through. 844 cases were made.(LPB)" (10/2017)

2012 Anakota "Helena Dakota" Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Anakota "Helena Dakota" Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP, (92-95ST), 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012s are the most showy and forward of the three vintages, which is not surprising, since the vintage is flamboyant and they are already three years of age. Even as impressive, but showing more truffles, charcoal, graphite and camphor, along with blackberry and cassis, is the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Helena Dakota (1,017 cases). This wine shows even more fruit than its sibling and is bigger, bolder and slightly broader across the palate. All these wine are highly recommended and are brilliant efforts, but will probably need coaxing and patience in the cellar, given their rather bigger-than-life styles and richness. (RP)" (10/2015)

2013 Anakota "Helena Dakota" Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Anakota "Helena Dakota" Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Helena Dakota (445 cases) is absolutely magnificent. Opaque black/purple in color, it comes across like a Château Montrose from a great vintage – a very earthy St.-Estèphe-inspired wine with the essence of loamy soil and crushed rocks interwoven with blackberry and cassis fruit. Some oak makes an appearance, but it is pushed to the background by the extravagance and enormous body and extract of this wine of phenomenal intensity. This is a classic Pierre Seillan style of wine meant for 25-40 years of cellaring. (RP)" (10/2015)

Bid on this bottle of 2000 Krug Brut Champagne (98JS, 97W&S, 97WS, 95JG, 95RP, 95ST, 95VN). James Suckling: "Very fragrant. This has developed bright, ripe red cherry fruit aromas, vanilla cream, sweet roasted almond biscuits, some marzipan, tobacco, lemon meringue and chalky minerals. The palate has an assertive core of fine acidity with more yellow fruits expressed on entry, like peaches and nectarines. Good ripeness, superfine acidity. The redder fruits build as it goes; cherries and raspberries, yellow plums to close. Full of life. Drink now or up to 20 years, it will go the distance." (07/2015)

This blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Petite Sirah offers delicious blackberry and cassis fruit, floral notes and a medium to full-bodied mouthfeel with terrific purity, texture and length. Jacques Selosse "Initial" Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of Jacques Selosse "Initial" Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne (94RP, 93WS, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Initial presents an intriguing melange of slate, crushed rocks, lemon, white flowers and ash. An utterly vivid, kaleidoscope of aromas and flavors follow as this crystalline, utterly pure wine comes alive in the glass. As is often the case, the Initial stands out for its focus, vibrancy and tension. The Initial is the freshest of the Selosse wines and is therefore a great introduction to the house style. This release is a blend of vintages 2005, 2006 and 2007, from the villages of Avize, Cramant and Oger.. (AG)" (12/2012)

1997 Bryant Family Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 1997 Bryant Family Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 96ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "I have consumed several bottles of the 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon Pritchard Hill. One of the most awesome young reds I have ever tasted, it possesses a black/purple color, a seamless texture, and freakishly high levels of intensity (cassis, black and blueberries infused with espresso, chocolate, and licorice) that are flawlessly presented in a full-bodied, massive yet elegant wine. Nothing is out of balance in this explosively rich, thick, highly-extracted Cabernet. A compelling, historic Cabernet Sauvignon, it will drink well for 30-35 years. (RP)" (12/2000)

Of the 2013 Kapcsandy "Estate Cuvée - State Lane Vineyard" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The pinnacle for Bordeaux varietals in the 38 years that I have been tasting California wines is 2013. There is just an extra gear in all of the wines, great acids, profound concentration and wonderful integrated tannin and massive concentration that should ensure an incredibly long life for all of the top efforts. Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Kata "Beckstoffer Bourn Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 96VN, 95RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "There’s a whopping 20 barrels of the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Bourn Vineyard, which comes from a site just beside the Dr. Crane Vineyard in St. Helena. Incorporating 17% Petite Sirah, it’s a sensational Cabernet Sauvignon that blends power and finesse. Deep black (and some blue) fruits, toasty oak, chocolate and hints of lead pencil shavings all give way to a seriously concentrated, yet also incredibly elegant and balanced Cabernet Sauvignon that’s going to cruise in the cellar. 2008 Dunn Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2008 Dunn Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 98VN, 94ST, 91WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain takes things to another level, as hard as it may seem to believe. This was another difficult vintage for Dunn. Yields were down a full 50%. In exchange, nature rewarded Dunn with the fruit to make an epic wine that could very well turn out to be a modern-day legend. The 2008 is a huge, towering wine packed with dark fruit, licorice, tar, asphalt and licorice. Layers of perfume are woven throughout this majestic effort. The 2008 should only be purchased by the very patient, but it is a legendary wine in the making. (AG) 98+" (12/2011)

Bid on this bottle of 2015 Sine Qua Non "Le Chemin Vers L'Hérésie" California Grenache (99JD, 98RP, (96-98VN)). Jeb Dunnuck: "I loved the 2015 Grenache le Chemin Vers l’Heresie from barrel, and it certainly doesn’t disappoint from bottle. The 2015 checks in as a blend of 75% Grenache, 13% Mourvèdre, 8% Touriga Nacional and the rest Petite Sirah, fermented with 44% whole clusters (all from the Grenache and Mourvèdre) and aged close to two years in mostly used barrel. It sports a ruby/purple-tinged color to go with gorgeous notes of black cherries, framboise, black olives, fennel seed, and peppery herbs. Deep, concentrated, yet also voluptuous and seamless, it’s another tour de force from this estate which consistently produces one of the greatest Grenaches in the world. Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Occidental (Kistler) "Bodegas Headlands--Cuvée Elizabeth" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (98RP, 97VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "As good as the Cuvée Catherine is, there is another Occidental Pinot that is profound. There are 2,000 cases of the 2012 Pinot Noir Bodega Headlands Cuvée Elizabeth. This wine reminded me of my earlier days in Burgundy tasting the Grand Cru Musigny. Incredible floral notes, sweet raspberries and blueberries as well as wet rocks soar from the glass of this profound, medium to full-bodied, gorgeous Pinot Noir made from 100% Calera clone. Stunning ripeness, great acids, and terrific delineation are all present in this super-intense, fragrant, modern classic from Steve Kistler. It should drink well for at least a decade, possibly a lot longer. (RP)" (01/2015)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Kosta Browne "Keefer Ranch" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (96CG, 93ST, 92RP, 91WS, 90VN). Connoisseurs Guide: "We have lately come to the conclusion that the Keefer Ranch Vineyard just may be one of the best Pinot sites around, and Kosta Browne's 2012 version goes a long way in confirming our feelings. It is wonderfully rich in very pure and precise fruit with a lovely veneer of rich and wholly sympathetic oak, and its remarkable layering and striking palatal length make it a wine that compels sip after slow sip. Even though young, it is a brilliant wine of great reach and range, and it is an absolute keeper that we can comfortably predict will gain in beauty over the next half-dozen years. *Three Stars*" (07/2014)

2010 Rhys San Mateo County Pinot Noir (1.5L)
Bid on this magnum of 2010 Rhys San Mateo County Pinot Noir (1.5L) (94RP, 92WS, 91ST, 90BH). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The entry-level 2010 Pinot Noir (San Mateo County) is simply fabulous. Rich dark cherries, crushed flowers, mint and spices burst from the glass. This is a hugely delicious wine from Rhys. The 80% whole clusters are nicely balanced by the sheer depth of the fruit. This is a flat-out stunning wine from Rhys. In 2010, the San Mateo is the entry-level Pinot. The 2010 is bottled under San Mateo appellation, as it includes declassified fruit from a broader range of vineyards than the typical collection of sites from the Santa Cruz Mountains. Once again, an appellation-level Rhys Pinot shines. The 2010 San Mateo is without question the hidden gem in this lineup. I imagine it will also provide much more enjoyment earlier than the vineyard designates. Drink now-2020 (AG)" (08/2012)

Wine & Spirits: "From the Plateau de la Crau in the southeast portion of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Bruniers produce this wine from vines averaging 50 years of age. The brooding, densely ripe 2003 feels richer and bigger than the 2001 or 1998, yet the weight is perfectly supported by its tannic structure. Velvety flavors of blackberry, black cherry, chocolate and clove are gripping and focused. As lovely as this is now, it will be even more expressive with another five years in the cellar."
