Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Copain "Kiser En Haut" Anderson Valley Pinot Noir (92VN, 90W&S). Vinous: "The 2012 Pinot Noir Kiser En Haut is bright and beautifully delineated from the very first taste. Freshly cut flowers, mint and crushed rocks add nuance to a core of precise, crystalline fruit in a Pinot that impresses for its energy. Interestingly, the 2013 was made from fully destemmed fruit. Readers should plan on cellaring the 2012 for at least a year or two to allow the firm tannins to soften a bit. I imagine the Kiser En Haut will always remain a slightly compact, nervous Pinot. Starting Bid: $90.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 M. Chapoutier "Le Méal" Ermitage Rouge (98RP, 96WS, 95VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Showing similar to last year, the 2012 Ermitage le Meal is a blockbuster that's about as voluptuous and sexy as Hermitage gets. Loaded with cassis, black raspberry, leather, dried violets and wild herbs, this beauty is full-bodied, has tons of sweet tannin and brilliant purity of fruit. Given its wealth of material, low acidity and incredible texture, it should drink well all of its life. (JD)" (09/2015)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis 1er Cru "Vaulorent" (94VN, 93BH, 92RP, 91ST, 91WS). Vinous: "Rich, ample and generous on the palate, the 2012 Chablis Vaulorent blossoms in all directions. Lemon oil, light floral honey, spice and sage notes meld together in a Chablis built on texture, grace and pure resonance. The 2012 has enough density to age well for many years, but it is gorgeous, even today. (AG)" (08/2014)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Capezzana "Ghiaie della Furba" Toscana (94JS, 93JD, 92VN, 91JG, 91WS). James Suckling: "The currant and sweet tobacco aromas here are prevailing. Full to medium body, silky tannins and a long, flavorful finish. Tight and very polished. Positive focus." (07/2016)
Starting Bid: $75.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Canalicchio di Sopra Brunello di Montalcino Riserva (96WS, 95DC, 95RP, 95WE, 94JS, 94VN). Wine Spectator: "A ripe, macerated version, displaying plum, cherry, tobacco, earth and spice flavors. A beam of lively acidity in the middle elevates this. Ends with elegance, supporting tannins and fine length. Best from 2022 through 2036. (BS)" (06/2018)

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Aubert "Lauren Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (98RP, 95VN, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Note from 2013 review, re-reviewed with no new note in 2014: We finished the Chardonnay portion of the tasting with Mark Aubert’s favorite wine, the 2012 Chardonnay Lauren Estate, which comes from rich Goldridge soils. There are 1, 000 cases of this straw/greenish-colored beauty fashioned from various clones, including the Old Wente, Hyde, Hudson Corton-Charlemagne selection and the Mt. Eden clones. It possesses more of a tannic backbone than its siblings because of its grip. Full-bodied with lots of honeyed citrus, orange marmalade and abundant fruit on the attack and mid-palate, this youthful Chardonnay seems barely touched by its oak aging. (RP) 98+" (12/2014)
Price: $110.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2012 Le Ragose Cabernet Sauvignon Veronese. The Cabernet Sauvignon from Le Ragose is a special bottling sourced from the clay and limestone soil of their estate in Veneto. Starting Bid: $90.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Adaptation Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine from the Plumpjack family of wines is the creation of winemaker Jeff Owens and the second label of Odette winery in the Stags Leap District.
Starting Bid: $35.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Peter Michael "Cuvée Indigène" Knights Valley Chardonnay (100RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The Chardonnay Cuvée Indigène was inspired by Helen Turley in 1988. Essentially a winemaker’s barrel selection from the finest lots of the Old Wente clone, the dominate clonal component of all these single-vineyard wines, it is fermented with natural yeasts, and has always been one of Peter Michael’s finest Chardonnays. Utter perfection, the 2012 Chardonnay Cuvée Indigène (460 cases) possesses copious notes of orange marmalade, apricot, crème brûlée, honeysuckle, citrus oil and nectarines. This beautiful, seamless, exotic, full-bodied, compelling Chardonnay reveals a 45-second finish. (RP)" (12/2014)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 La Vieille Cure, Fronsac (91RP, 91VN, (88-91WS)). Vinous: "The 2012 La Vieille Cure is once again a real overachiever. Round, succulent and deeply expressive, the 2012 hits all the right notes. A host of raspberry jam, iron, smoke, herb and spice notes meld together in this impressive, voluptuous Fronsac. This is a very strong showing. (AG)" (01/2016)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Peay "Les Titans" Sonoma Coast Syrah. Husband-and-wife team Nick Peay and Vanessa Wong are the people behind these elegant wines from the extreme coast of Sonoma. The Les Titans exhibits the savory notes and gracefulness associated with truly cool-climate Syrahs. From the producer: "The nose reminds us of a white pepper and nicoise olive inflected meat sauce, perhaps after braising a leg of lamb. Thyme, tarragon and sage provide an herbal edge and gives lift. The palate adds lead and graphite flavors to huckleberry and dark sour cherry fruit flavors. The wine is focused and has some texture but is not fat or heavy. The soft tannins provide delineation and structure and bode well for what will happen in the next 10-15 years in the bottle."
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Stag's Leap Wine Cellars "Cask 23" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP, 95DC, 93WE, 93WS, 91VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Cask 23 reveals more oak on the nose, but is a much deeper, richer, fuller wine than the S.L.V. Dense ruby/purple to the rim, beautiful blackberry and cassis fruit, cedar wood, toast and earth jump from the glass. Full-bodied and layered, but with nothing out of balance, this is probably the strongest Cask 23 since the glory years of the mid-80s. (RP)" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 M. Chapoutier "La Mordorée" Côte-Rôtie (97RP, 96 WS, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "While I loved Michel's 2012 Cote Rotie la Mordoree from barrel, it blew me away from bottle, and I think bares more than a passing resemblance to his 1991. About as elegant and seamless as they come, it exhibits incredible notes of violets, peppery spice, spring flowers, rose petal and darker berry fruit. This is followed by a full-bodied, sweetly fruited, expansive Cote Rotie that's perfectly balanced, has beautiful mid-palate density, and ultra-fine tannin that emerge on the finish. It's a blockbuster effort to drink over the coming two decades. (JD)" (12/2014)
Starting Bid: $75.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Domaine William Fevre Chablis 1er Cru "Les Lys" (93JG, 92VN, 91BH). John Gilman: "The 2012 Les Lys had been bottled in the end of September and was really singing in November. This is produced from fifty to sixty year-old vines, with one section planted on a very, very stony portion of the vineyard, and the resulting wine in 2012 shows great mineral cut and reserve for the vintage. The excellent bouquet is a blend of green apple, pink grapefruit, a complex base of chalky minerality, spring flowers and a vibrant topnote of citrus zest. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and again very pure on the attack, with a rock solid core, excellent backend mineral drive, great cut and balance and a very long, youthfully snappy and well-balanced finish. This will need a bit of bottle age, but it is going to be a terrific bottle. 93+" (11/2013)
