Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2000 Chasse-Spleen, Moulis (91RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This is reticent on the nose at first, but opens up nicely with time, blackberry, plum, black coffee, cedar and a slight estuarine note. The palate is full-bodied with grippy tannins on the entry, firm backbone and good depth. Stern and masculine, a saline note towards the cedar and tobacco scented, sappy finish. This is a great showing for Chasse Spleen and comes recommended for the vintage. (NM)" (09/2010)
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2000 Lanessan, Haut-Médoc. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A delicious, complex effort, the fully mature 2000 Lanessan offers notes of cedarwood, plums, loamy soil, and damp earth, medium to full body, plenty of spice, and a classic Bordeaux personality. (RP)" (06/2010)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2000 Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape (97JD, 94DC, 94RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "Absolutely firing on all cylinders and with an open, borderline slutty profile, the 2000 Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a dream on the nose, showing complex, meaty aromas of black truffle, spice rack, charcuterie, and garrigue. There’s fantastic intensity here and you can smell this wine as soon as the bottle is opened. Just as good on the palate, the wine sports a medium to full-bodied, ripe profile, perfect balance, and a dazzling finish that has you looking for another glass. I’m a fan and while this will no doubt continue to shine, don’t hesitate to pop bottles now." (09/2011)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2000 Colgin "Tychson Hill Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (93VN, 92RP). Vinous: "(made entirely from the original 2.5-acre planting): Good dark red. Complex, perfumed aromas and flavors of redcurrant, plum, violet, lead pencil and wild herbs. A juicy, intense midweight with a supple texture and no heaviness. Impresses for its balance, not for its sheer size. Finishes with suave tannins and excellent subtle length. Lovely wine for drinking now or holding--and remarkable considering that the vines were just three years old. (ST)" (04/2015)
