Bid on this bottle of 1991 Domaine Jamet Côte-Rôtie (99RP, 97WS, 94JG, 93ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The greatest Côte-Rôtie I've tasted from this estate, the 1991 Côte-Rôtie is utterly profound and flirts with perfection. Compared to the 2001 by Jean-Paul (I think it's a fair click better), it is as seamless, layered and complex as they come, with phenomenal notes of black raspberries, cassis, olive tapenade, incense and bacon fat all soaring from the glass. Full-bodied, beautifully concentrated and textured, it's a heavenly Cote Rotie to drink anytime over the coming decade (although why wait). (JD)" (09/2015)

Bid on this bottle of 1991 Philip Togni "Estate" Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP, 95JG, 92ST, 90VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1991 Cabernet Sauvignon is another upcoming re-release from the winery’s library. It is one of the most unique wines I have ever tasted from Togni. The warm year yielded an abundant crop. At the time, Togni also made a white wine. Because of the size of the crop, the harvest took longer than normal, which meant the red grapes spent a little longer on the vine than they would have otherwise. The 1991 presents an intriguing combination of raciness from the super-ripe fruit, but within the classic Togni framework. Sweet tobacco, camphor, savory herbs, licorice and worn-in leather are some of the nuances that add complexity to the fruit. . (AG)" (12/2011)

Bid on this bottle of 1991 Rene Rostaing "La Landonne" Côte-Rôtie (94RP, 93JG, 93ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Perhaps the best of the 1991s from Rene Rostaing is the 1991 Cote Rotie La Landonne. As you might anticipate, there is considerable rivalry between Rostaing and his neighbor, Guigal. Rostaing is quick to assert that his La Landonne vines are considerably older than those of Guigal. This black-colored wine offers up an exquisite perfume of licorice, violets, black-berries, and toast, staggering concentration, smooth tannin, and low acidity. It is a gorgeous, exceptionally opulent, multidimensional wine with layers of flavor. Rene Rostaing's 1991s offer persuasive evidence of just how impressive this vintage is in Cote Rotie. Starting Bid: $500.00

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 1991 Silver Oak "Bonny's Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and 1-bottle of 1991 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95RP, 90WS). Of the 1991 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The compelling 1991 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley exhibits more classic cassis notes without the subtle herbaceousness of the Alexander Valley wine. It is a multi-layered, fabulously rich, intense wine with full body, a velvety texture, and oodles of fruit, glycerin, and soft tannin in the finish. (RP)" (10/1995)
