Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2016 Andrew Will "Champoux" Horse Heaven Hills Bordeaux Blend (97JD, 94RP, 93VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "One of the finest examples of this cuvée I’ve tasted is the 2016 Champoux Vineyard, which comes from one of the top terroirs in the state and is in the slightly cooler Horse Heaven Hills AVA. The blend in 2016 is 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Cabernet Franc, all aged 18 months in just 25% new French oak. Young, full-bodied, and primordial, it has incredible potential but is going to need 4-5 years of bottle age. Thrilling notes of blueberries, cassis, lead pencil shavings, and bouquet garni all define the bouquet and it has remarkable purity and elegance. It picks up more floral and high-toned notes with time in the glass and is a brilliant bottle of wine that will keep for 2-3 decades. " (04/2019)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Of the 2009 Reynvaan "The Contender" Walla Walla Valley Syrah, Jeb Dunnuck writes: "A seeming mix of the underlying savory and mineral qualities found in the Stoneessence, and the purity of the Unnamed Syrah, the 2009 Reynvaan Family Vineyards Syrah The Contender is a seamless, perfectly put together Syrah that offers up pure aromas of blackberry, lavender, violet, pepper, and floral nuances on the nose. It is seamless and elegant on the palate, yet has serious underlying structure and depth to go with juicy acidity and an alluring freshness and purity that comes out more with air." (06/2012)

Of the 2017 Cayuse "Armada Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The 2017 Syrah Armada Vineyard bursts out of the glass with complex and expressive aromas of blackberry, black tea, savory and umami tones of crushed black pepper, grilled meat and dried lilac and lavender. Medium to full-bodied, the wine is elegant and seamless on the palate, unfolding beautifully with precision and intention, offering up instant gratification in youth. (AM)" (08/2020)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99JD, 97DC, 96JS, 96RP, 96VN, 96WE, 94WS). Jeb Dunnuck: "The flagship is the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon mostly from Champoux with the balance from Palengat and Wallula vineyards. Crème de cassis, graphite, black licorice, unsmoked tobacco, and hints of chocolate and emerge from this beauty and it continues to gain depth and nuance with time in the glass. Full-bodied, deep, and layered with an incredible purity and elegance on the palate, it's already accessible but has more than enough tannin, depth, and balance to evolve for two decades or more." (04/2018)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Quilceda Creek "Galitzine Vineyard" Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD, 98RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Ever so rarely, you experience a wine that takes you on a journey. Flirting with perfection, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Galitzine Vineyard rushes out the glass like a rollercoaster, with an array of fruit, earth and oak aromas. With just enough volatility to lift you out of your seat, yet supported by a lap-bar of energetic acidity to keep it firm and tight, the wine banks into the first turn, expressing fresh, heady aromas of Chambord, cocoa nibs, baked earth and resinous purple flowers, then elements of baking spices cascade across the nose. Full-bodied and riding through a loop, the palate opens to chocolate-covered blueberries and crème de cassis, before exploding through a kaleidoscope of black and blue-fruited goodness. (AM)" (12/2020)

Bid on this bottle of 2017 Cayuse "Bionic Frog" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (98JD, 98JS, 98RP, 96VN, 95WE, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Part of the magic that happens with the 2017 Syrah Bionic Frog is that it is opaque with neon purple edges without being inky and massive. With classic Syrah tones of smoked meat, leather, lavender, lilac and black pepper, the wine is rich with aromas of blackberry, black raspberry and smoked plum. Medium to full-bodied, the wine explodes with intention and precision on the palate, with an immaculate balance and crystal-clear focus. Brilliantly structured, the wine continues to evolve with subtle and seamlessly integrated spice tones compounded by a mineral tension and a floral lift to make this wine float across the mid-palate. (AM)" (08/2020)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Rasa "Tilting at Windmills" Walla Walla Valley Red Blend (91WE). Wine Enthusiast: "This wine is an unusual blend of Grenache (59%), Cabernet Sauvignon (29%) and Syrah. It brings aromas of herbs and red fruit that lead to a full-bodied palate, chock-full of plump, ripe cherry and raspberry flavors, with the tannins giving a squeeze. It's a unique interpretation of these three varieties. (SS)" (11/2016)

Of the 2014 Cayuse "Camaspelo" Walla Walla Valley Red Blend, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The 2014 Camaspelo is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot (there's a splash of Tempranillo). It offers lots of red and chocolate-covered black currants, black cherry, black olive, tobacco and leafy herbs. It shows more fruit with time in the glass, has a full-bodied, ultra-pure, layered style and plenty of fine tannin. Forget bottles for 4-5 years and drink over the following two decades. (JD) 96+" (06/2017)

Sweetly-fruited, medium-bodied, elegant and finesse-driven on the palate, it has polished tannin, nicely integrated acidity and tons of charm. It should be at its best from 2019-2029. (JD)" (06/2016)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Cayuse "Flying Pig" Walla Walla Valley Bordeaux Blend (96JD, 94RP, 93JS, 93VN, 93WE, 91WS). Jeb Dunnuck: "A blend of 49% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc, and 11% Cabernet Sauvignon, brought up in 40-50% new demi-muids, the 2016 Flying Pig has a fabulous nose of black cherries, cassis, white chocolate, tobacco, and rose petal. Of the 2008 Charles Smith "Royal City" Columbia Valley Syrah, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The 2008 Royal City Syrah was sourced from the Stoneridge Vineyard. It displays a soaring perfume of sandalwood, garrigue, lavender, smoke, bacon, game, blueberry, and black raspberry. Super-concentrated, it deftly marries power and elegance in a seamless wine that should see its 20th birthday in peak form. I met up with Charles at his new wine bar in Walla Walla before we drove out to the winery in his 1949 Cadillac, a picture of which is on the web-site (not the deluxe model like my grandfather used to drive). Of the 2014 Cayuse "Armada Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "From the highest density vineyard planted under the Cayuse label, the 489-case 2014 Syrah Armada Vineyard is about as umami and earthy as it gets. Smoke, fireplace, mushroom, black cherry, currants and olive notes all emerge from this rich, backward, tight and structured Syrah that has incredible purity of fruit, a saline/bloody, meaty character that develops with time in the glass, and tons of tannic bite on the finish. Forget this incredible wine for 4-5 years and enjoy over the following two decades. (JD) 99+" (06/2017)
