Bid on this bottle of 2017 Double Lucky 8 (Cayuse / No Girls) Walla Walla Valley Red Blend. A new bottling from Christophe Baron and team from Cayuse / No Girls, the 2017 Double Lucky 8 is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and some Tempranillo and is primarily sourced from younger vines in their biodynamiclly farmed vineyard sites.
Starting Bid: $130.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Quilceda Creek "Galitzine Vineyard" Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD, 98RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Ever so rarely, you experience a wine that takes you on a journey. Flirting with perfection, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Galitzine Vineyard rushes out the glass like a rollercoaster, with an array of fruit, earth and oak aromas. With just enough volatility to lift you out of your seat, yet supported by a lap-bar of energetic acidity to keep it firm and tight, the wine banks into the first turn, expressing fresh, heady aromas of Chambord, cocoa nibs, baked earth and resinous purple flowers, then elements of baking spices cascade across the nose. Full-bodied and riding through a loop, the palate opens to chocolate-covered blueberries and crème de cassis, before exploding through a kaleidoscope of black and blue-fruited goodness. Starting Bid: $295.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2016 Andrew Will "Champoux" Horse Heaven Hills Bordeaux Blend (97JD, 94RP, 93VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "One of the finest examples of this cuvée I’ve tasted is the 2016 Champoux Vineyard, which comes from one of the top terroirs in the state and is in the slightly cooler Horse Heaven Hills AVA. The blend in 2016 is 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Cabernet Franc, all aged 18 months in just 25% new French oak. Young, full-bodied, and primordial, it has incredible potential but is going to need 4-5 years of bottle age. Thrilling notes of blueberries, cassis, lead pencil shavings, and bouquet garni all define the bouquet and it has remarkable purity and elegance. It picks up more floral and high-toned notes with time in the glass and is a brilliant bottle of wine that will keep for 2-3 decades. " (04/2019)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2012 Quilceda Creek "Palengat Vineyard" Horse Heaven Hills Bordeaux Blend (94RP, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A single-vineyard blend of 59% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot, the 2012 Palengat Vineyard offers a deep, decadent style to go with classic blackberry liqueur, blueberry, graphite, toasted spices and licorice. A big, beefy, layered and full-bodied effort, it has building tannin, a supple mid-palate and terrific length. (JD)" (06/2015)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Cayuse "Cailloux Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (97JD, 97JS, 96RP, 95VN, 94WS, 92WE). James Suckling: "Lots of blackberry, tar and blueberry aromas with hints of dried earth. Full bodied, tight and focused with intensity and savoriness in the center palate. Plush and attractive at the end, but not overpowering." (03/2020)

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2015 Matzinger Davies "Gorgeous" Columbia Gorge Grenache. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Pale to medium ruby-purple in color, the 2015 Gorgeous Grenache is scented of red cherries, cranberry sauce, green peppercorn and earth with spicy nuances. Medium-bodied, it offers good juicy red fruit in the mouth with spicy/herbal accents, although the tannins are rough and drying on the savory finish. (EB)" (11/2018)
