This particular wine sees 14 days of skin contact, ferments with indigenous yeasts and then spends 18 months in acacia wood before bottling. Bajta is the all natural project from Kobal vigneron Bojan Kobal. The Stajerska wine region is known for its steep slopes and diverse soil types including sand, clay and marl.
