Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Tenuta dei Sette Cieli "Indaco" Toscana. Antonio Galloni writes: "Tenuta dei Sette Cieli remains one of Maremma’s most intriguing young properties. The estate’s potential has been evident for some time; what is less clear is whether or not the winery will be able to make the next leap in quality. I hope the answer is yes, because the wines so far have been quite promising."
Starting Bid: $75.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2017 Tenuta di Arceno "Il Fauno di Arcanum" Toscana (90JS). James Suckling: "A red that offers plums, red beans and cherries, as well as spice and chocolate. Some roasted nuts. It’s full and rich. Flavorful finish." (07/2020)
Starting Bid: $80.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2015 Valdipiatta Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Wine Spectator: "Ripe, offering black currant, black cherry and tobacco flavors. The structure has plenty of grip, but this remains bright on the long, tobacco- and mineral-inflected finish. (BS, Web-2018)"
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this bottle of 2001 Casanova di Neri "Cerretalto" Brunello di Montalcino (100JS, 100WS, 96RP). James Suckling: "The nose of the wine was breathtaking with aromas of dark berries, aniseed, meat, and mint. It was full and soft with such beauty. The tannins were totally resolved now and caressed the palate. It lasted for minutes on the palate. It was phenomenal. It was decanted about two hours before serving." (06/2016)
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this bottle of 2015 San Guido "Sassicaia" Bolgheri (98DC, 98JS, 97RP, 97W&S, 97WE, 97WS, 95VN). James Suckling: "Love the aromas to this young red with blackcurrants, sage, cinnamon and five-spice character. Changes all the time. Full-bodied, dense and powerful with a ripe and rich tannin backbone that gives form and beauty to the ripe and beautiful fruit. Tight and very long. Approachable now but will reward more in five to six years. A classic Sassicaia." (01/2018)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2011 Le Macioche Brunello Di Montalcino Riserva (90WE). Wine Enthusiast: "This opens with aromas of black plum, underbrush and leather. The savory, mature palate delivers black cherry jam, clove, tobacco and a touch of vanilla alongside chewy tannins. (KO)" (05/2017)

Bid on this 8-bottle lot of 2017 Casa E. di Mirafiore Dolcetto d'Alba. This is the historic Piemontese estate that gave Barolo it's nickname "the King of Wines, the wine of kings, " having once belonged to the first king to unify the Italian principalities in the 19th century. All the wines are made from organically grown estate vineyards and in a staunchly traditional style. The Dolcetto sees two months in medium and large used oak barrels, and it often displays a more structured and savory character than is typical for the variety, in addition to all the customary crunchy red fruits.
Starting Bid: $80.00
