Calvados distilled by Didier Lemorton at La Baillée Fétu in Mantilly, in the Domfrontais Region of Normandy. Distilled from pears (up to 80%) and apples. Single distillation occurs on a traveling, wood-fired column still. The spirit in the "Selection" is aged 3-5 years. This 6-year-old is elegant and beautiful, with more than 60% of the blend coming from pear.
