The winery and vineyards are located in Gualtallary in the Uco Valley. This Eggo Filoso release is described by the winery: "an intense Pinot Noir, in which the calcareous terroir is perfectly distinct with aromas of gunpowder, graphite and chalk. On the palate it has an incredible texture, electric and sharp, from which it gained its name of Filoso (sharp) in Spanish. A wine of great length and persistence."
