Bid on this bottle of 2012 Dunn Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 96JD, 95DC, 95RP, 95VN, 93WS). James Suckling: "Stones and walnuts with blackberries and blueberries. A full-bodied, super-refined and polished wine that culminates in a racy and refined finish. Extremely long and exciting. Great wine." (02/2017)

Bid on this bottle of 2011 Paul Hobbs "Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (93VN, 93WE, 90RP, 90WS). Vinous: "The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard is stunningly beautiful. Sweet red berries, mint, spices and rose petals are woven together in a wine of unusual finesse and pure silkiness. Today the aromas and flavors are naturally quite primary, so readers will be well served giving the 2011 another few years in bottle. The 2011 isn't as big or voluptuous as the Paul Hobbs Cabernets can be, but it is remarkably polished and sophisticated. (AG) 93+" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2011 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95RP, 95VN, 93WS) and 1-bottle of 2012 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD, 98RP, 96WS, 95VN, 95WE). Of the 2012 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "Dark, robust and juicy in the glass, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is still firm with generous oak essence on the nose with elements of Chambord, plum reduction and blackberry jus. Full-bodied, the palate offers a juicy, fruit-forward expression with an intense weight and volume for Cabernet, which evolves to show elevated alcohol across the mid-palate. The wine continues to offer a hedonistic and pleasurable expression and shows the first signs of the wine going from young, vibrant and juicy to matured, tertiary and elegant. I would drink this over the next few months or keep it in the cellar for another four years before opening. (AM)" (04/2021)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Coup de Foudre "Premier Napa Valley - Lightning Bolt" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Winemaker Kent Jarman created 5 cases of this wine for the 2016 Premiere Napa Valley Auction. Notes from the producer: "This rare expression of Napa Valley winemaking is one of only 60 bottles that will ever be made. Think of it as a bit of Napa Valley history in your cellar and celebrated in a glass with friends and family. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon will strike your palate with careful selections from Coupe de Foudre’s best vineyards blocks in Calistoga. The wine shows a dense ruby red color from a five-day cold soak and an extended fermentation soak helped to integrate very fine, round tannins. It was aged for 20 months in a combination of medium-plus toast Sylvain and medium-toast Orion and Taransaud barrels."
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Lewis Cellars "Mason's" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (91CG, 91WS). Wine Spectator: "FA classy effort, combining toasty oak with an elegant mix of cedar, dark berry, plum and cherry flavors, gaining depth and holding focus on the long, lingering finish. Should improve with time. (JL)" (12/2014)
Starting Bid: $135.00

Bid on this bottle of 1997 Bryant Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 96VN, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "I have consumed several bottles of the 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon Pritchard Hill. One of the most awesome young reds I have ever tasted, it possesses a black/purple color, a seamless texture, and freakishly high levels of intensity (cassis, black and blueberries infused with espresso, chocolate, and licorice) that are flawlessly presented in a full-bodied, massive yet elegant wine. Nothing is out of balance in this explosively rich, thick, highly-extracted Cabernet. (RP)" (12/2000)
Starting Bid: $895.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2009 Continuum Oakville Bordeaux Blend (OWC - 95RP, 95VN, 94WS, 93CG, 92WE) in original wood. Vinous: "The 2009 Continuum is still in that part of its life where fruit and texture dominate, while the more aromatic qualities are yet to fully emerge. A rich, explosive wine, the 2009 can be enjoyed young for its exuberance, but the best is yet to come. Personally, I would wait a bit on the 2009. The finish is rich, layered and sumptuous. (AG) 95+" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $325.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2011 Caymus "Special Selection" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 95RP, 94WS, 93JS, 92ST) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A brilliant wine, and one of the stars of the vintage, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Special Selection boasts aromas of blueberry pie, blackberries, cassis and white flowers. It is a terrific success for the vintage. (RP)" (10/2013)
Starting Bid: $1,251.00

Bid on this bottle of 1998 Dunn Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (90ST). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Bright ruby-red. Aromas of cassis, licorice, graphite and game. Dense, supple and rich in extract; juicy flavors of cassis and licorice. Offers impressive texture for the vintage, but comes across as distinctly less sweet than the Howell Mountain bottling. Finishes with very good length and ripe, fairly substantial tannins that grew slightly dry with aeration. (ST)" (11/2001)
Starting Bid: $65.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Futo Oakville Bordeaux Blend (OWC - 99RP, 96VN) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The original wine from the Oakville Estate Vineyard is a relatively small cuvée of 546 cases. The 2012 Proprietary Red Estate is a blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot. This is a drop-dead beautiful wine with an absolutely extraordinary nose of white flowers, blueberries, blackcurrants, licorice and camphor. Stunning forest floor notes also make an appearance in this ripe, full-bodied, opulent wine that is begging to be given a three-digit score. The silkiness of the tannins and the stunning purity of fruit of this unfined and unfiltered wine is simply breathtaking. This is just an incredible effort to drink now or over the next 30+ years. (RP)" (10/2015)
Starting Bid: $720.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2009 Corra Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94WS, 93RP, 92ST, 92VN). Wine Spectator: "A rich, expansive Cabernet, with tiers of black and blue fruits joined by currant, melted licorice, mocha and cedar flavors. Yet for all its size and density, this offers the finesse and grace found in the best 2009s. (JL)" (06/2012)
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this bottle of 2009 Karl Lawrence "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon. Using their middle names for the winery's moniker, Michael Karl Trujillo and Bryan Lawrence Henry formed Karl Lawrence at the beginning of the 1990s. Although often un-reviewed, and unadvertised, Karl Lawrence wines have been called the ultimate Napa "insider's wine." While the brand may be an insiders' label, the Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard is one of the valley's best-known sources of high-quality, long aging Cabernet.
Starting Bid: $80.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Louis M. Martini Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The bigger, richer 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley is 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petite Sirah aged 16 months in 50% new French and American casks. This is a bigger wine and close to 2% higher in alcohol at 15.5%. There are 11, 000 cases of this big, full-bodied, boisterous Cabernet Sauvignon that has a dense ruby/purple color, notes of underbrush, forest floor, tobacco leaf and oodles of blackcurrants and black cherries, with a touch of woodsmoke. The full-bodied wine hits the palate with a cascade of glycerin, fruit and purity. This is a beauty-dense, rich, and structured, but capable of lasting 20 or more years. It is hard to believe that the iconic Louis M. Martini Winery first made Napa Cabernet Sauvignon in 1933. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $175.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 96VN, 94WE, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Lighter and lifted, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon shows a sweet frame of fruit with elegant French oak and baking spice scents with vanilla, nutmeg and cardamom that sways with an impressive aromatic array of cedar and cigar box, resinous purple flowers, juicy plum and chocolate ganache in the glass. Full-bodied, the wine is balanced and seamless, offering precision and focus across the mid-palate with fine-grained tannins that continue to sway with excellence before delivering a long, drawn-out finish that's simply stunning. This will be able to age for more than a decade in the cellar. (AM)" (04/2021)
Starting Bid: $135.00

Bid on this bottle of 2003 Quilceda Creek Washington Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 97WE, 95ST, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Another wine I’ve had multiple times recently, the 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon (97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Merlot) is pure perfection in a glass and yields off-the-hook aromatics of cassis, black raspberries, tobacco leaf, pepper and licorice. Deep, layered and even elegant, with a seamless texture that conceals the sheer wealth of material present, it builds through the mid-palate, possesses huge amounts of extract and masses of polished tannin on the finish. Despite the overall size, it never loses its Cabernet Sauvignon soul and has an almost Bordeaux-like savoriness and tannic frame. Still young (yet gorgeous none the less), it can be enjoyed now or cellared for another 10-15+ years. (JD)" (06/2013)
Starting Bid: $175.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2011 Kapcsándy "Estate Cuvée - State Lane Vineyard" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (95VN, 93JS, 90RP). Vinous: "The 2011 Estate Cuvee is a drop-dead gorgeous beauty. Sweet tobacco, wild flowers, mint, licorice, fennel and mint all meld together in a perfumed, gracious wine graced with stunning elegance and refinement. The 2011 is less obvious than either the 2010 or 2012, but it is more fragrant and perfumed. Clean, saline notes support the striking finish. (AG) 95+" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2015 Scarecrow Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 98JD, 98VN, 96WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon leaps from the glass with gorgeous floral notes of red roses and lilacs over a core of black and red cherries, crushed black currants and baking spices plus hints of iron ore and dusty earth. The voluptuous, rounded, soft and sexy fruit slinks across the palate with incredible seamlessness and expression. Make no mistake, it is full-bodied and decadently powerful, but with a myriad of aromatic nuances, finishing long, layered and boldly perfumed. (LPB)" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $1,040.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2018 Screaming Eagle "The Flight" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (OWC - 100JS, 98RP, 95VN) in original wood. James Suckling: "This is an incredible wine with such depth and energy and ethereal, mind-blowing sensibility. It sent shivers down my spine tasting it. It just shines on the nose, like bright sunlight breaking through a dark sky. Aromas of raspberries, citrus, violets and dark earth. Full-bodied with extremely fine tannins that go vertical and endless, from top to bottom. A monument for merlot-based wines. Drinkable now, but needs six to eight years to come around." (03/2022)
Starting Bid: $2,640.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Signorello "Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (91RP, 90WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a blend of 93.5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6.5% Cabernet Franc from the estate vineyards on the Silverado Trail, south of Stags Leap. Made in a good structural style with plenty of barrique in the background as well as lots of blackcurrant, licorice, new saddle leather and spice characteristics, this tastes like a Cabernet Sauvignon made by someone of Italian origin. I say that because of its tannic structure and spice. This serious, full-bodied, concentrated 2012 will benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age, and should drink well for two decades. (RP) 91+" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $130.00

Bid on this bottle of 2016 Colgin "Tychson Hill" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100JD, 100RP, 99JS, 98VN, 96WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This is the first vintage with fruit from Josephine’s Hill included. This 2.38-acre north-facing hillside vineyard seems to have this incredible ability to retain all its flavor nuances with extended hang-time. By comparison, the rest of the Tychson Hill vineyard is planted to a gentler slope. Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Tychson Hill Vineyard has gorgeous floral notions of lilacs, lavender and roses with sandalwood and cinnamon stick sparks over a core of cassis, blackberry pie, kirsch and redcurrant jelly plus a waft of cigar boxes.(LPB)" (10/2018)
Starting Bid: $501.99

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2015 Leonetti "Reserve" Walla Walla Valley Bordeaux Blend (98JD, 95JS, 95RP, 94VN, 94WS, 93WE). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2015 Reserve is a borderline perfect wine. Made from 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Malbec, and 8% Merlot, its vibrant purple color is followed by a gorgeous nose of crème de cassis, graphite, scorched earth, liquid violets, and charcoal. Full-bodied, deep, voluptuously textured and layered, with sweet tannin, this incredible beauty stays pure and elegant on the palate, with perfect balance. It's going to drink nicely for two decades as well. Drink 2018 - 2038" (04/2018)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Joseph Phelps "Backus" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (96VN, 93ST, 90RP). Vinous: "Espresso, mocha, cloves, violets and plums all meld together in the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Backus Vineyard. Rich, sumptuous and layered, the 2010 boasts tons of depth and pure structure. Much more expressive than the 2010 Insignia is today, the Backus is relatively open at this stage. At the same time, though, the underlying structure suggests the 2010 will drink well for many years. (AG)" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Paul Hobbs "Beckstoffer To Kalon" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (97DC, 97RP, 96VN, 95JS, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Of the three Beckstoffer Vineyards, it’s pretty much a joyride as to which one readers may prefer. The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard (readers may remember the 2002 merited a 100-point score) has a beautiful blueberry and blackberry fruit note, a hint of incense, charcoal, an opaque purple color, full-bodied opulence and again that first-growth quality, richness, complexity and intensity. I’m not sure this is as compelling as the 2002, but it’s not far away. This is a magnificent, multi-dimensional, skyscraper-like Cabernet Sauvignon to drink over the next 15-20 years. From one of Northern California’s most accomplished and respected wine consultants and producers, the 2012s and 2013s will create high expectations, and readers are unlikely to be disappointed by Paul Hobbs and his team. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $390.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Rivers-Marie "Panek Vineyard" St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD, 98RP, 95DC, 93VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Thomas Rivers Brown does a fabulous job with the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Panek Vineyard, which is not that far from Vineyard 29's Aida on the valley floor just to the south of Larkmeade, north of St. Helena and the Culinary Institute of America. This is another sensational effort that flirts with perfection. Seventy-five percent new French oak was utilized for 20 months of aging, before the wine was bottle unfined and unfiltered. Opaque purple with notes of blueberry, black raspberry, incense, camphor and forest floor, the wine has an fabulous richness on the palate, a front-end-loaded appeal, but then carries through in the midpalate and finish with light tannin and good acidity. This is a sensational, sexy, up-front Cabernet Sauvignon to drink over the next 20 years while waiting for the 2013 to hit its peak. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2004 Dominus Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (97RP, 95CG, 94VN, 93WS, 92W&S). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Like so many 2004s, the 2004 Dominus is a full-bodied wine showing brilliantly at age ten, with loads of complex cedar, kirsch, Christmas fruitcake, black currants and spice box. It has a creamy, opulent texture, but remains light on its feet. This sexy wine is showing exceptionally well and is best drunk over the next 10-15 years. Not one of the longest-lived wines from Dominus, but it is certainly at a wonderful point in its evolution right now. (RP)" (04/2014)
Starting Bid: $370.00

Bid on this 3-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2014 Larkmead "Firebelle" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (94RP, 94VN), 1-bottle of 2014 Larkmead "LMV Salon" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (95RP, 94DC, 94JS, 94VN, 92WS), and 1-bottle of 2014 Larkmead Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95JS, 93RP, 92JD, 92VN). Of the 2014 Larkmead "LMV Salon" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "Even more prodigious is the 2014 LMV Salon. Composed of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Cabernet Franc from the sandy Bale Loam soils of the 110 acres Larkmead possesses, it is a bigger boy at 14.9% alcohol but shows lots of crushed rock and wet gravel minerality, a beautiful, cedary, blackcurrant nose with notes of forest floor, allspice and soy, with more blackberry on the palate as well as some savory herbs and spice. Hints of licorice also make an appearance in this broad, fleshy, juicy and succulent style of wine meant for drinking now and over the next 20 years. (RP)" (10/2016)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Paul Hobbs "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 97JS, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard has a Mission Haut-Brion-on-steroids character, as it seems to be all gravel pit. Loads of wet pebbles, graphite, blueberry and blackberry fruit, a full-bodied opulence, and just a killer, skyscraper-like mouthfeel and stunning finish make for one of the most provocative and fabulous wines in this portfolio. Drink it over the next 25+ years. Drink through 2041. (RP)" (03/2016)

Bid on this bottle of 2018 Screaming Eagle Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 98VN, 97JD). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2018 Screaming Eagle soars out of the glass with vibrant notions of ripe blackberries, black cherries and fresh red and black currants plus wafts of licorice, candied violets, cedar chest and clove oil with a beguiling touch of sea spray. Medium-bodied with jaw-dropping elegance, the palate is finely textured and yet built like a brick house with a super taut backbone and exquisitely knit acidity. The intense black and red fruit flavors are accented by layers of mineral and floral notions, finishing with incredible length and depth. Undeniably stunning. (LPB)" (11/2020)
Starting Bid: $2,720.00

Bid on this bottle of 2002 Kathryn Kennedy Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinous: "Dark, bright red. Deep, smoky aromas of dark fruits, licorice, and leather, with a whiff of meaty reduction. Suave in texture, with a restrained sweetness to the redcurrant and cherry pit flavors. Smooth and fine-grained in texture but distinctly dry and a bit youthfully unforthcoming today. The wine's growing sweetness with aeration and lush palate feel suggest that it may reward aging. (ST)" (09/2006)
Starting Bid: $85.00

Bid on this bottle of 2016 Screaming Eagle Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100JS, 100RP, 100VN, 98DC, 98JD). Vinous: "The 2016 Screaming Eagle is a positively stunning wine. An intense bouquet gives way to a wine of explosive energy and huge textural depth. Graphite, crushed rocks, menthol, sage and dark spice open up gradually in this reticent, brooding Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2016 is a towering, statuesque wine of the very highest level. That is the good news. The slightly less good news is that it will need a number of years in bottle to be at its very best. I wouldn't dream of touching a bottle anytime soon. The 2016 literally does scream, with tons of varietal Cabernet aromatics, flavors and structural drive. In a word: magnificent! (AG)" (12/2018)
Starting Bid: $3,000.00

Bid on this bottle of 2019 Realm "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr Crane Vineyard is opaque purple-black colored, prancing out of the glass with vibrant notions of blueberry preserves, black cherry compote and blackcurrant cordial, plus nuances of pencil lead, tapenade, violets, mocha and crushed rocks. The full-bodied palate is built like a brick house, featuring very firm, fine, densely pixilated Dr. Crane tannins and bold freshness supporting layer upon layer of crunchy black berries and minerals, featuring a firework display of fragrant earth and floral notes on the long, long, long finish. Right up there with Napa Valley’s greatest, this is going to be a legendary wine. Give it a good 5-7 years to really fan out and drink it over the next 30 years+. (LPB)" (09/2021)
Starting Bid: $420.00

Bid on this bottle of 2018 Dominus Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100JD, 100JS, 99RP, 98VN, 97WS). James Suckling: "This is incredible on the nose, offering hot stones, blackcurrants, iodine and wet earth. Full-bodied with a tight center palate, then it opens with a tannin structure that is weightless and spreads across the palate. Totally integrated on the palate. This is a magic-carpet wine. Really incredible. One of the reference points for the vintage. Drinkable now and please try a bottle, but it’s one for the cellar." (05/2021)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2013 Lewis Cellars "Mason's" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (92WS). Wine Spectator: "Firm and flavorful, with touches of creamy vanilla oak around a tighter mix of crushed rock, ripe plum and blackberry, ending with a delicate touch of earth and cedar. (JL)" (02/2016)

Bid on this bottle of 2013 Mayacamas Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon (97JS, 97VN, 93DC, 93WS). Vinous: "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is a huge, dark wine. Virile, imposing and massively structured in the glass, the 2013 is a wine for readers who can be patient. The flavors are dark, bold and incisive, with potent tannins and a real feeling of gravitas to back things up. Black cherry, game, smoke, gravel and licorice add to an impression of brooding intensity. In many ways, the 2013 reminds me of some of the great wines of the 1970s in its dark, imposing personality. (AG)" (01/2018)
Starting Bid: $120.00

A glass-coating opaque purple color, it exhibits a brooding bouquet of toasty oak, cocoa, cassis, blackberry, and incense. Dense, rich, and super-concentrated on the palate, the wine is mouth-filling, focused, and splendidly balanced. (JM)" (10/2009)

Bid on this bottle of 1992 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This was a magical showing for the 1992 Monte Bello—and the best bottle I've ever encountered. At age 26, the wine is still stunningly vibrant and youthful, bursting from the glass with a classic bouquet of cassis, blackberries, black truffles, gravelly soil and pencil shavings. On the palate, it's full-bodied, multidimensional and utterly complete, with superb concentration and energy, its richly layered mid-palate framed by fine-grained, satiny tannins, concluding with a long, sapid finish. Above all, it stands out for its seamless balance and delineation. While for many years the more flashy and dramatic 1991 stole the limelight, as the dust settles, the deeper, more complex 1992 has emerged as the greater wine and one of Ridge's true classics. (WK)" (05/2018)

Wine Enthusiast: "This wine is predominately Cabernet Sauvignon, with smaller amounts of other Bordeaux red varieties. Together, they offer bold, ripe red-currant and -berry flavors, with a rich entry and gravelly texture. Highly stylized, grippy tannins and a leather note provide additional strength. (VB)" (12/2017)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Emerson Brown Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94RP, 93JS, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa, which is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (14.5% alcohol), comes primarily from valley floor and foothill vineyards in Oakville, Rutherford and Calistoga. Impressively well-made, with sweet blackcurrant fruit intermixed with licorice, loamy soil undertones and a touch of new oak, the wine is full-bodied, fleshy, succulent, and well-built. This wine from Emerson Brown, an assistant of Philippe Melka, is a great value by Napa Cabernet Sauvignon standards and should drink nicely for 10-15 years. (RP)" (10/2015)
Starting Bid: $60.00

Of the 2012 Joseph Phelps Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, James Suckling writes: "A solid red with currants, berries and hints of licorice and spice. Full body, firm tannins and a long, long finish. Shows length and beauty. " (07/2015)

Bid on this bottle of 1997 Chateau Montelena "Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 95WS, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "There are 10, 200 cases of the remarkable 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate. Opaque purple-colored with a dense, chewy, full-bodied personality, it displays abundant cassis, mineral, and earth notes. This brilliantly made, super-concentrated, pure, blockbuster possesses sweet tannin as well as a terrific finish. Having added additional weight since last year, this sumptuous, multilayered, profoundly concentrated Cabernet contains 14% alcohol. (RP)" (12/2000)
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Dunn Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (97DC, 95VN, 95WS). Decanter: "Wiry, opinionated and something of a recluse, Randy Dunn has a reputation for making sleek, powerfully structured, extremely ageworthy mountain Cabernet. He is also adamant on the topic of ripeness, vowing in 2007 that he would never make a wine with more than 14% alcohol by volume. The 2016, like most Dunn Cabernets, has not an ounce of body fat. It’s tight, lean, and focused with soaring fine tannin and lots of fantastic savory and spicy flavors from black olives to Chinese 5-spice. The fruit has almost a cool blue character. While I loved drinking this 2016, this wine won’t truly unfurl itself for another several years. (KM)" (10/2019)
Starting Bid: $315.00

Bid on this bottle of 2017 Turnbull "Leopoldina Vineyard" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (96VN, 94JD, 94WS, 92RP). Vinous: "The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Leopoldina Vineyard is powerful and heady, with all of the intensity that is typical of this site on the eastern hills of Oakville. Dark, savory and powerful, the 2017 has so much to offer. The balance of intense dark fruit and muscular tannins makes for an absolutely compelling Cabernet. (AG)" (01/2020)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Buoncristiani Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Moving up to the flagship wines, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa is composed of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Malbec and 2% Merlot (374 cases produced). This seamless, flawlessly constructed wine exhibits lots of blueberry, blackberry, cassis and spring flower characteristics as well as subtle background oak. Full-bodied, opulent and Margaux-like, only richer and denser, this sensational 2010 once again proves how impressive this vintage can be. Enjoy it over the next 15-20 years. (RP)" (10/2013)
