Bid on this bottle of 2006 Sheridan "Reserve" Yakima Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "There are only 250 cases of the 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve sourced from the tenderloin (Block 1 ) of the Sheridan Vineyard and aged for 30 months in 100% new French oak. A glass-coating opaque purple color, it exhibits a brooding bouquet of toasty oak, cocoa, cassis, blackberry, and incense. Dense, rich, and super-concentrated on the palate, the wine is mouth-filling, focused, and splendidly balanced. (JM)" (10/2009)
Starting Bid: $65.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2006 Chappellet "Signature" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94WE, 94WS, 93RP, 92JS). Wine Enthusiast: "Feels instantly special in the mouth, with beautiful tannins that are soft and ripe but complex at the same time. They frame deep, flavors of blackberries, currants, tobacco, dark chocolate, violets, anise and cedar, firmed with minerals. *Cellar Selection*" (09/2009)
Starting Bid: $130.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2006 Sloan Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (OWC - 98RP, 97WS) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2006 is performing even better from bottle than it did from barrel. Sloan and McClellan decided to bottle it later than usual, recognizing the rugged, tough tannins of the vintage could be sweetened up with longer barrel aging. Their strategy worked. The wine’s dense ruby/purple color is followed by notes of white chocolate, burning embers, creme de cassis, coffee, and scorched earth (think Haut-Brion or La Mission Haut-Brion). It possesses terrific structure, melted, well-integrated tannins, full body, and is already bursting with complexity. A great success, it is one of the vintage’s most thrilling wines. (RP) 98+" (12/2009)
