This long-aged, pure Meunier hails from the cold climate of Pierry, and has had at least five years on the lees. It is sleek, savory, and framed with a sourdough toast aroma of the best of non-vintage Champagne. "My name is Sophie Guiraudon and I am a winemaker since ZERO generation!" Sophie Guiraudon worked in other people's wineries in southern France for years, and in 2000, she started her own biodynamic, organic winery.
