Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2013 Domaine Coche-Dury Auxey-Duresses (90RP) and 1-bottle of 2013 Domaine Coche-Dury Bourgogne Blanc. Of the 2013 Domaine Coche-Dury Auxey-Duresses, Wine Advocate writes: "The 2013 Auxey-Duresses Villages has a generous blueberry and blackberry-scented bouquet – think of Bonnes Mares' younger cousin. The palate is rounded in the mouth: smooth and harmonious with hints of black cherry, cassis and strawberry. It is so silky in texture and seductive that it will be difficult to resist temptation to pop this open over the next couple of years, but it has the substance to last a lot longer. Drink through 2026. (NM)" (01/2016)
Current Bid: $435.00
Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2019 Auguste Clape Cornas ((96-98JD), (96-98VN), (95-97RP), 96JS). Vinous: "A highly complex bouquet evokes ripe black/blue fruits, candied flowers, olive paste, smoked meat, incense and potpourri, and mineral and earth notes appear as the wine opens up. Stains the palate with intense, spice- and mineral-accented bitter cherry, dark chocolate and violet pastille flavors that show wonderful definition and back-end cut. Velvety, slow-building tannins add shape to an extremely long, subtly chewy finish that delivers real power and mineral drive. (JR)" (05/2020)
Starting Bid: $750.00
Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2014 Domaine Coche-Dury Bourgogne Blanc and 1-bottle of 2014 Domaine Coche-Dury Bourgogne Rouge. Of the 2014 Domaine Coche-Dury Bourgogne Blanc, Burghound writes: "A pretty nose combines notes of apple, pear, floral and soft wood nuances. There is impressive richness to the succulent, round and seductive flavors that terminate in a refreshing and inviting finish thanks to a hint of salinity that emerges. Lovely." (06/2017)
Starting Bid: $560.00
Bid on this bottle of 2019 Domaine Coche-Dury Auxey-Duresses Rouge (94DC, 92JG, 92RP, 90VN). Decanter: "This structured, firm red is produced from two parcels totaling a half-hectare in the lieux-dits of Les Fosses et Les Boutonniers. The vines are planted in red marl soils and in 2019 delivered a wine of concentration and freshness, with a bright blackberry nose scented with flowers and a hint of spice. Perfect now, this wine will continue to improve with mid-term ageing. Drinking Window 2025 - 2040. (CC)" (09/2021)
Current Bid: $245.00
Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2020 Domaine Pinson Chablis 1er Cru "Mont de Milieu" (93BH, 92DC). Burghound: "A cool, pure and airy nose features notes of white flowers, pear, passion fruit, quinine and a very subtle application of wood. The juicy and fleshy medium-bodied flavors are solidly concentrated with good minerality and power on the complex, long and well-balanced finale. This very dry and consistently fine wine is potentially outstanding and just in need of a few years of cellaring. *Burghound Outstanding!*" (10/2022)
