"Daisy Cutter Pale Ale is one of the first beers we brewed at our brewery on Lincoln Ave. It began as a special release bomber beer, but caught fire both in and outside the brewery. At the time, 2009, there were some local pale ales that hit with natural power, but not many. Daisy Cutter’s lush and dank characteristics steadily carved out a place within the Chicago brewing landscape. Today, Daisy Cutter is a call brand that we continue to keep raw and relevant. Blended pine, citrus, papaya and mango. Dank. Apparent biscuit, lingering, obscenely dry." (...

From the brewery: "100% Simcoe hops make up this beer from start to finish! It is named for the location in the experimental hop yard in Yakima, WA, where it was first created. Simcoe is grown by 3 families in the Yakima area, from all of whom we buy this particular hop (and other hops) — Carpenter, Perrault, and Smith. This is one of several beers we plan to make in our NEW “Hop Grower’s Series” highlighting certain hops from our growers! It has that trademark Simcoe nose with citrus and pine, nice bitterness and tasty hop flavors round it out." DUE TO...

93 points Wine Enthusiast: "With a subtle fruit bouquet of tropical fruits and citrus, this golden pale ale leaves a fizzy sensation on the tongue between sips. RPX is Rohnert Park’s main thoroughfare and a perpendicular shot from US 101 to Sonoma State University. Our team is made up of SSU grads, and each one of us has spent numerous hours driving, cycling, and longboarding the RPX stretch. It is a major fixture of RP, which is happy home to our new brewery. For this pale ale, we wanted to focus on providing a smooth, juicy character that still delivers enough hop bitterness to meld with the oat heavy grain bill. This is a beer you can enjoy repeatedly, and we encourage at least a couple. Simcoe dominates, yet...

Now this is really Aussie for beer. The perfect blend of fruity and floral, up-front, with that classic, crisp Pale Ale bitterness. Naturally fermented, this is not racked off its yeast, giving it a fine, cloudy look.

"As you wade in the current, the work week fades to gray. When the line strikes and you begin that delicate dance, there's no choice but to be in the moment. The refreshing citrus aromas and woodsy notes are like the creek passing through the forest. It's a West Coast Pale Ale for a West Coast way of life." (Brewery Notes)
Price: $2.09

"This beer is mild yet complex in its delivery. The hop presence is noticed by subtle flavors of pineapples that meld beautifully with the slightly spicy and minty character derived from the use of Rye malt. A somewhat recently pioneered style, this Pacific Ale is delivered unfiltered to accentuate its fresh farm to glass, unprocessed, organic qualities."
