According to John Kimmich, the brewer of The Alchemist, Heady Topper is a unicorn beer built specifically for the can. “All that carbonation is coming out, the CO2 is escaping, the aroma, the hop essence, and oils,” Kimmich said. “When you drink it out of the can, the beer is perfectly preserved. There’s a layer of CO2 riding through that can, and when you pour the beer into an empty glass, you’re immediately accelerating the expulsion of all that goodness.” Only Bay Area Purchases *All outside orders will be cancelled*

From the brewery: "Amalgamator is a West Coast-Style India Pale Ale that's bursting with unique aromas and flavors. A light base of American 2-row malt makes way for the hops to take the stage. Amalgamator is hopped in the kettle with Amarillo, Warrior, Columbus, and Mosaic, a newer American variety. The dry hop is a massive charge of Mosaic that lays down an amalgam of passion fruit, dank resin, and citrus aromas."

From the producer: "Old school meets new school in this fresh approach to the classic IPA. At 50 IBU’s and 6.5% ABV, Breaking Bud features the restrained bitterness and alcohol of a classic IPA with newer tropical fruit hop flavors and aromas of Mosaic. Also in the hop mix are Simcoe and CTZ, creating layers of mango, passion fruit, pine and dank. A malt bill with a pinch of crystal malt and a hefty dose of flaked wheat keeps the beer crisp while adding flavor complexity."

From the brewery: A cold bottle coated in condensation sits on the arm rest of your wooden patio chair while you lean back to feel the warm wood on your shoulders. The sun hits your face shining above the Skyline Mountains, and an invisible breeze slightly cools the beads of sweat above your brow revived by the summer heat. You open the bottle, hearing the hiss of carbonation and pour it into your chilled glass, releasing the fresh mango aroma. This isn't your typical summer beer. Optimally enjoyed ice cold, the newest release in the Indulgence Series s...
