This wine is made from a vineyard planted in 1982 roughly half and half Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The vineyard is southwesterly facing at 750' with a 25 degree slope planted on a fossil rich marne. The wine spends 36 months on the lees with lots of batonage, all hand reumage.
