We are very excited to offer a brand new wine from Rhys Vineyards. This is the first release of their estate grown sparkling wine which was made in colaboration with grower Champagne superstar, Rodolphe Peters of the esteemed Champagne Pierre Peters. The base wines for this bottling are 100% Chardonnay from Rhys' Mt. Pajaro Vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
