98 points Wine Enthusiast: "This opulent wine offers amazingly concentrated, ripe fruit flavors and a creamy texture. Layers of black cherry, blueberry and raspberry syrup are followed by rosemary and pine. Made from 80% whole clusters and 20% aged in new oak, it is an indulgent and delicious wine that beautifully supports its fruity extravagance with a slightly tangy and subtly tannic texture. *Cellar Selection* (JG) " (04/2021) 95 points Vinous: "The 2018 Pinot Noir Estate - Field Selections is the most complete of the Pinots in this range. 94 points Wine Enthusiast: "Hints of earth, leather and black tea weave through this delicate, almost soft-textured wine, giving it delicious complexity that builds with each sip and lingers on the finish. It was aged for 16 months in 23% new French barrels for just a touch of oak spice. " K&L Notes: One of my favorite vineyards in Anderson Valley, Wentzel always seems to deliver the goods. Waits-Mast have coaxed a particularly detailed rendition into bottle this year, don't miss it! (Ryan Woodhouse - K&L Domestic Wine Buyer) Winemaker's Notes: "At a r...

94 points Vinous: "The 2015 Pinot Noir Bearwallow Vineyard is a total knock-out. Rich, explosive and forward, the 2015 possesses striking fruit intensity and purity in every dimension. Dark red and bluish-hued fruits and ripe, silky tannins add to the wine's immediacy. This is an especially plush style for Rhys, but it works beautifully. The 2015 will be even better in another few years, but it will prove virtually impossible to resist young. (AG)" (08/2017) 93 points Jeb Dunnuck: "There are two wines from the Bearwallow Vineyard in Anderson Valley, wh...

Vecino is a small vineyard in Potter Valley. The vines are farmed biodynamically. The winemaking for "Ya Moon" is largely carbonic maceration creating a lifted, highly aromatic style of Pinot Noir. Whilst this wine maybe light in color and weight, it is big on flavor!

93 points Vinous: "The 2013 Pinot Noir One Acre is rich, sensual and inviting, with lovely purity of fruit and terrific depth, all in the mid-weight style of the year. Sweet tobacco, crushed flowers, licorice, menthol and dried cherries are laced into the understated finish. (AG)" (02/2016) K&L Notes: Producer Note: "The softest, richest of the pinots. Aromas of lavender, raspberry, blackberry, rose petal and spices. Pinot noir for fish dishes and fowl dishes."
