Quercus garryana, 5% 1st fill ex-Calvados, 2% 1st fill ex-American grape brandy, and 3% 1st fill ex-Washington apple brandy. Aged for 41 months. An all-malt mash bill includes: Washington Select Pale, Munich, Extra Special, Pale Chocolate, and Brown. Only 5,922 bottles produced.
